Heartbeats like a strong earthquake.
Glistening sweat drips on sheets.
Lips on fire with every kiss.
Two souls become one.

Rosemary and Pepper meant
to have time spent
down by the Bay
took a cloven path
met Sir Basil's wrath
and decided to not stay
Spice GIrls
Just watching late night Telly
And the Spice GIrls
Sing
If you wanna be my lover
You gotta get with my friends
Girl power
yellow mustard, thick, spicy
making tongue quicken
a great amount is dicey
with the grill lid closed
lips like roses posed
larruping
good!
Love's the spice of life
and life's the “meat” of being;
love is like flavor
which adds the tastes and tangs of
joy, sense and meaning to life.
SPICE
seasons
simmering
saffron flowers steam
crimson threads libido
scents so sweet, bon appétit
“Rosemary perfumes August’s breeze”
I’ve always known roses are red.
It’s just something that’s often been said.
And that violets are blue,
But I know that’s not true.
My rainbow flower, I’ll take you instead.
A poet once tried to rhyme “turmeric”:
he ate ten big jars, and then murmured “Ick!”
His taste buds murdered,
poor dear old Bernard
bolted up three flights of stairs to be sick.
Like the background music in movies
Like the artwork on the walls of your home
Condiments spice up your sandwich
~ Conversation is the spice of your life
Happy pumpkin spice latte season!
Someone said the leaves had turned
to butterscotch, banana, and lemon
but they don’t taste right.

ps, I write short stories too
Pumpkin pies, cinnamon rolls, chili
Succulent smells that entice me
My nose gladly leads the way
I have a small helping
Not fooling myself
Just three more bites
Satisfies
Others
More!
Peppering the season
Praising God, the reason
Prayers for hearts and souls
Peace that always consoles
Preparing us for One
Prince of Peace, He will stun
Pure love has just begun
Treated ourselves to an Indian food delight
Mouthwatering, succulent, a place called Vintage Spice
Will surely return
Time and again
If not sooner, surely an example of spice paradise
Searching for
The green spice
while
the gigantic worms are
Tunneling through the
Red sand dunes of mars
thus
Building bundles of lightning
and
Engaging in the sandstorm
until you
Bring me the green spice
Humdinger Spice
Yesterday my friend fell on the ice
Yelled quickly bring me a vodka splice
Then called I said
She hit her head
Bartender bring a humdinger spice.

Limericks by definition are supposed to be bawdy
At times mine can be considered just a wee bit naughty
Seems you people so nice
Are looking for spice
So this guy's elected himself as the bringer of saucy
Prize posture well
Watch fertile spell
Learn to be nice
Taste sensuous spice
Price how joy speaks
Love anchors peak
Join in the game

Spice
Feels nice
Warm surprise
Good
Fills mood
In life's woods
Come
Now hum
Mantra sum
Greet
Most sweet
Love you meet
Quest
Pure zest
That works best

We made a simple particle,
it soon began to fade,
We gave it spin and mass and charge,
much longer now it stayed.
We gave it flavors strange and charm,
and soon we had quark.
Neutrino here, a photon there,
enough to fill the dark.
I've noticed lately, more spice, more views
What in the world has come over youse
Have you no shame
Where's the class you proclaim
It's all about popularity so I'll continue this ruse
(This is NOT a formal complaint! LOL)
The new Mc Spicy is born
Can i have non vanilla non milk milkshake
shaken vertically then horizontal then metaphorically
Why isn't there a kft-Kentucky fried turkey

whatever bloats your flats
Thunder is irrelevant
When eating cheese.
I find myself trapped
Between the trees
Under the watery cage
Of Koi floating
With lucky coins
In their mouths.
The thunder is coming
Despite the irrelevance.
How disturbing
On such a peaceful stage.

Pumpkin spice and everything nice,
October brings the heart autumn wings,
This gentle peace is God’s masterpiece,
Lifting the heartstrings with the love He brings,
Silencing the evil stings with grace that truly sings!
Relish every bite of life,
Sprinkled with a little salt.
Spice it with a dash of pepper,
Bake in oven without fault.
Smell the aroma in the air,
Set your table 'neath the sun.
Share the feast with those you love,
Savor the flavor when it's done.
pumpkin spice coffee
or mulled hot apple cider
october magic
pecan pie muffins
cinnamon hot chocolate
as the red leaves fall
white november days
eggnog in the afternoon
sledding at twilight
december teatime
a fruitcake on the table
and cardinals sing
