Ness=state of Being
In this state of being
I'm lost in this world of emptyness
Sick with lonliness
Overwhelmed with sadness
beaten by soreness
Held down by disorderliness
Ness=State of Being...

Quatrain 8 Disappointed
Sitting on our butts day after day is not enjoyable; it is a living hell with pure soreness.
Disappointed because we don’t stand.
Curse to the cubicle islands.
Marx was right....

We Call It Time
We lose when we love,
retain the dripping remnants
of losses we keep.

We call it time,
but cease to count the raging moments
of a sandstorm
when it cries.

And then we say goodbye,
a final soreness of heart
that in braveness,
says "no"......

Shivers
Ocean shimmers under iced-kissed skies, crystal waters freeze the silken shore. We inhale the chilled mist of biting winds, cleansing soreness from our pined outpour We stroll on thick mittens, hand in hand, squeeze cool, sharp flakes between our toes. Grizzly waters lap our sandal strands shiver the beach, the Ice King wears the crown. Ice King Contest

The Fight Within
We often strangle ourselves within,
Quietly, choked and suffocated within.
Dare no one can read it,
Not even a close one dared to feel it.
The load that has been weighing heavy,
The grueling and strenuous task to carry.
We ignore the pain and soreness to feel less petrified.
No one sees how much we have sacrificed.
To bridle the feeling and win the fight within....

Premium Member My Way Back To Myself
the chirping
the peeping
the warm summer day

brings me back to life
in almost every way
I dutifully ignore my soreness

a robin in flight
frantic hummingbird
quickest moves ever

a twitter and a cheep
sail through the trees
on this warm summer day

butterflies welcome me
back to my garden
my senses on high alert,

noticing everything
I am starting to find
my way back to myself....

My Pinky Toe Is Broken
Little brother,
you jerk:
remember when
you pushed me
to the side,
racing to your car?
And I fell
to the street,
cracking my right
foot on the
concrete.
Snap – broken.
You pushed me
and didn’t
look back.
Who does that?

Really,
I’m not angry.
Never was.
Because,
little brother,
the sweet
soreness of
my broken,
crooked,
swollen
pinky toe
will always
make me think
of you....

Gratitude
Gratitude

Perpetual fragrance of life sojourns in air,
As golden glitz of sun swigs despair;

Nature endows its riches on us to cherish,
His boundless bounties will never perish;

A tranquil soul that plucks strings of kindness,
will relinquish soreness of brutish heartless;

Let magnificent aurora of dawn unfold,
and emotions of gratitude rise manifold.

Premium Member I Thought They Were Weak Liars
A constant throbbing
Soreness often
Stabbing two or three time a day
Acute anxiety
I never know when it is coming
Like a searing spear slashing and flaying
I had never felt sorry for others who conjured up these symptoms
Thinking they were weak, liars
Feeling that no one has constant pain
Because it is ridiculous
Now that I know better, I feel a tad bit sorry for them
But even more sorry for myself.
Rude awakening for sure!...

Fate
Rapped at the edges of earth ends
My prayers never seem to reach heaven
Where my father’s in spirit and soul lives
The journey of trio, I run infinity
In the place laidly with horse dunk
I lay with my thundering heart hum
The savior and I suffer the same tragedy
I taste death, tortured in life's struggle
with the crown of disgrace, I carry the cross
In spite of the soreness, I taste the bile
And at the last moment I look up to heaven...

MY SON!SIBULELA NCEDE
The sun was shinning
The energy levels were up
Calmness took over
It was the day of love as they say,

The bath salts were waiting
The smell of a rose
Arrival of mine was near
It was the day of love as they say,

The waiting was unbearable
The soreness of the breasts
Huge as a hippopotamus
It was the day of love as they say,

The unexpected become alive
The pain was endurance
Motherhood loved me at that moment
It was the day of love as they say....

As my bellowing heart so cries;
Tween my eyes are the views of the soreness of this world;
Yet I so choose;
To close my hearts doors;
And to never, never, ever think of those what's before;
Closed thoughts, open hearts
Benign spirits hypocrites;
Release those dreams of compassion;
Help us all Lord seek your satisfactions;
Arise O nations rise;
Humanity cries;
Help us O Lord for in truths our hearts and minds do still deny;
