klondike solitaire
devil won't play fair
red on black black on red
playing never a dread
it beats lonliness
without any mess
A tear ~ solitaire:
Faint whispers of loneliness
Echo as it falls.
She had lots of fun
Hot dates in the sun
Her body was willing to share.
Defeated by time
And squeezed like a lime
For comfort she plays solitaire.
playing
with a full
deck but getting
upset
that the
Queen follows
the
king
because
in
the
real
game
the joker
is always
taken out

After smoking up along edge of parking lot sidewalk,
I sat in car, turned AC on, started playing cards on dashboard,
Solitaire means solitude doesn't have to be a bore.
He dribbled and tossed with a popeyed stare
As he caressed and slapped it fully aware
That he played alone
With the wife not at home
The satisfying game of solitaire
Some say solitaire’s the kind of game where
you win when you
stop playing, put up the cards
and go do something worthwhile
I’m winning that game right now
but I lost the Game
striking cityscapes
a focus of symmetry
in slicked surroundings
wet with salty tears
escape in views
solitaire existence; crowded
path to the unknown
follow at your own risk
I wash my hands
My mind yet dirty
I wash my feet
My heart hard as stone
I in a crowd yet I'm still alone

Alone;
an abandoned,
waterless oasis
that cynically
mocks you knowing
companionship is a gift
it will never
furnish you with,
where hope
turns into a
repetitive game
of soulless solitaire.
in the sky
a sharp picture forms
clarity
of shadow
omnipotent silhouette
just as suddenly
observe the single
uniqueness of its essence
solitaire
stars align
prodigious melding
of the One
My soul and rain are one
lost in despair
like an empty cold street
made of cut stone
neither ever escapes
its solitaire
languishing in darkness
both are alone!

topaz solitaire
set with eight opals
favorite ring ever
diamond is long gone
or not, no interest
Blue jewelry my favorite
It should never be the ring.
It should be the guy
Sometimes you
Do
Not
Even

Love is a common weather
Covers entire body with feather
Stick to each other like glue
Like a duck to water flow
Like a flower like a dream
LIke leaf in flowing stream
Does not look on its frailties
But rejoice to its victories.
You are roaming, sailing on “our lake,”
While I, while I, dream twilight dreams,
Knowing your roaming is solitaire and alone;
I hide my soul from you, as I wait,
I wait to hear your dreams and hope
You find my bonfire on the shore.
Selecting the misery,
crown jewel of my pain
To wear like a necklace,
but serve as a chain
Its dark stone on fire,
all light one’s defaced
Reset in a solitaire
—black diamond embrace

A sentinel
Celestial pearl
Hung in silence
Over the velvet
Of a midnight sky
A solitaire
Free spirit
Lunar splendor

Singer,songwrter and piano man
We,fifties teens remain a fan,
Classically trained,a musical chameleon-
Oh Carol, hungry years, took him to Amarillo
But never,solitaire,this brillant Brooklyn fellow.
Tribute to Neil Sedaka ,71 years young this year
It doesn’t
come natural
to me
I wish it did
I wish I were
but
a team player
I’m not
never learned
wish I did
wish I had
I prefer
to do it all
on my own
I wish I didn't
but always will

Rain on my cheek
on a sunny afternoon
solitaire
Charma
In an illusory vision, I perceive the moon
High aloft the world in midnight's pitch,
polished to a satiny sheen; burnished pearl,
a solitaire gem mounted in celestial skies
surrounded by multi-faceted diamonds,
myriads of gleaming stars before my eyes.
Deck in my hand any day
Hey hon, lets play 31 I say
not now, not my thing, not today, I'm busy
solitaire is all I see
Another deck shuffled faraway
alone, 31 is the game they play
learns how, keeps playing, hours fade away, made her school girl giddy
solitaire is all I see
