The Skunk Farts

The skunk farts
fox squeaks and moves away...
defensive trait

Baby Skunk

The baby skunk was so sad
Because his scent made people mad
So, he sat in a pond
A good fairy waved her wand
Suddenly he stopped smelling bad

My grandma once de-skunked a skunk

Premium Member Polecat and a Skunk

A polecat and a skunk met one day.
And why are you here? They both did say.
Knowing not of zoos,
They worked out in two’s,
And became best friends in every way.

Premium Member To Be a Skunk

How would you like to be a skunk?
And told day and night that you stunk?
   I wouldn't object
   Or change the subject
That awful smell is just something I thunk

Premium Member Still a Skunk

A skunk wanted to be a cat
Rode a rocket to do just that
As the rocket neared the ground
His coat changed, this he found
He was still a skunk, that’s a fact

fuzzy yellow eyed striped skunk
rapidly waddling in the woods
waiting for a grey owl to get her
unaware of my presence
I hold still, making no noise
respecting her spray power

Skunk or a deer -
    what was the varmint?
'Cuz Noah's buck naked,
    without any garment! (Gen 9:21)

Drunk,
in a funk,
a lowly punk,
I shrunk
from a skunk.
It stunk.
Away I slunk.
I too stunk...
I thunk.
I took a dunk
and sunk.
A chunk
or hunk
of B.S. or bunk?
Please debunk.

A Skunk Strode By

A skunk strode by my window last night
Spreading his rancid aromatic delight

His must be a lonely life
Couldn’t have too many friends you’d think

You really have to face it folks
For the guy really does stink

The Skunk

This bad perfume packing feller, not real popular
A natural carrier of rabies and a bad odor for defense
To a old West Texas mountain lion, their meat is sweet

Skunk Smelling

Foul smells of secrets and lies exist in the
Rarified air of
Artificially deodorized
Gentry whose lives
Rarely encounter those
Aromas arousing
Nose wrinkles of disgust, as they
Count on their perfumed cover to
Engulf the real truth.

Stinky Skunk

                                          Black, white furry skunk
                                        Encounter sprayed accident
                                          Sprayed again your fault

Drunk As a Skunk

I'll never give in I'll never surrender
I'll never drink gin I'll avoid a bad bender
I liked to vodka but only drink beer
I'll always have fun and will always cheer
I never drink so much its getting me drunk
I've never got feeling drunk as a skunk

Premium Member I am a skunk

I am a skunk with burgundy hair
it flies around my head in a non-style-like-way
If my roots could grow in burgundy I would save time
But no, it has to grow in white
Thus, I am usually a skunk
Because my hair grows about an inch an hour
thanks Dad!

Little midnight bunny
Hid in deepest umbra
Cunning coyotes prowl
A spotted owl searches
Wherever can you go?

A rattler reached your hole
A wily weasel roams
Inky shadows shrinking
As the moon is rising
Wherever can you go?

A striped skunk skulks your way
Hunker down, let him stay

I’ve been silly, willy nilly,
Not your neighborhood, hillbilly,
Silly is, as silly does,
Silly whiz, I was.

If my brain goes clink, clink, clink,
And my skull, begins to shrink,
What I think, my thinking got,
Linking think to thought.

Now I leave you, for this reason,
I'm alive, in dead skunk season.

Watch your eyes to the road and the view
but hold your nose over the next hill.
A skunk is dead on the side of the road
the kill is not fresh, but three days old.
The stink of the kill lingers on and on
a smell so bad that needs to be gone.
Then seven more miles down the same road
is another skunk whose death is days old.

It was alive in an earlier episode, but it now lies dead in the road. Nocturnal in habit, the creature is not a rabbit, nor is it a raccoon or a toad. The carcass gives off a putrid smell. Nobody can deny it stinks like hell. When it tried to get across, its effort was a loss. No longer does that dead skunk dwell.

After driving for miles on the highway,
I noticed a lump near my driveway:
a black and white chunk,
"Omigosh! It's a skunk
and he's gone to the 'Sweet By and By' way!"

I could tell it was dead because he
gave off a real hum. It was funky!
It was reeky and rank;
it was stale and it stank
and the stench of it really repulsed me!

Drink to the rain falling down
Drink to the tears of a clown
Drink to get drunk
Drunk as a skunk
Drinks on the skunk, he's buyin' a round!

Has anyone seen a skunk drunk from a drink?
It's not a pretty sight you would think
They can hold their liqueur
And they can drink much quicker
They can't drive, but they do drink and stink!

    Noah, ‘a righteous man
pure in his generations’ (Genesis 6:9)
spent a year in the Ark
‘til on Mt. Ararat it parked

    When he emerged
he got drunk as a skunk
    Which just goes to show
it’s a whole bunch of bunk

That to be righteous and pure
ya gotta live like a monk

Skunk Love

Skunk Love Your love is a bunch of fake fraudulent misleads, You smeared your skunky scent to soften me, I did not want us to be foe? 'Coz I knew love fills the vacuum hurt of the past tides, Though past can never be completely erased. Get over it, and erase it off, Don't bliss me with the pot of your craft, Don't enchant me with a portrait smile on your face, Your scent chokes me, get over it.
