Ribs
My right and left detestable ribs aren’t
recognised as
meeting required standards as
stated by
Miss Certify.
Even if we think
future lies before us,
how would we expect
to go further
unless we look back
also, to our right and left,
My life is like a clock
My pendulum swings to the right and left
When I go right I am never wrong
When I go left I am never right
Turn around, turn
Right and left.
Use not your eyes, but
See it in your heart,
Touch it with your mind, feel it in your soul.
My trust is yours.
Embrace it, and don't break it.
Form:
E ntertain with wordly pleasure
N uance of many flavors
T emptations beset right and left
I dols set up mostly oneself
C haracter destroyed gone away
E mpty life left for this day
Been having nightmares, each night it's the same
Wake up wanting to attack, murder and maim
A psycho I've become
Into the abyss I have swum
Right and left halves have joined hemis in my cerebrum
Been having nightmares, each night it's the same
Wake up wanting to attack, murder and maim
A psycho I've become
Into the abyss I have swum
Right and left halves have joined hemis in my cerebrum
Been having nightmares, each night it's the same
Wake up wanting to attack, murder and maim
A psycho I've become
Into the abyss, I have swum
Right and left halves have joined hemis in my cerebrum
my hands work so hard
invaluable
and dependable
I need them daily
for every hobby
they like to paint
they can type too
garden and paint
draw up cartoons
amazing
marvelous
right and left
hand one
hand two

Ye tripped an fell
an thorns gave you

Aw there.
Ye clyped to tell
an maw gave ye
a skelp.
Aw there.
Looked right and left
because you are
so skelly.
Aw there.
Then oor da left

Priest Stories Could Concoct
Had a priest who stories could concoct,
That would leave us in a state of shock;
Looked right and left,
Until he saw a cleft,
Then sang a hymn about age of a rock.
Get it.
Jim Horn
Burning and blazing meteors fell on my right and left
Is it from heaven or hell, why can’t they spare me just?
Searching for food I came, not for this war I detest!
Won second place in Threesome Poetry Contest sponsored by Silent One
My bad habits seem to jumble
Burp and mumble
My goofy ease
At losing keys
Good luck giving me directions
My projections
Of right and left
Are not so deft
Yet I sort whites and wash pans
Recycle cans
Good habits grew
From loving you.

Loosing is all in the lessons
Planned by the master teacher
Taking heed to what is foretold
Requires attention
Center fold
Wavering will not gain
The true hold
Running making the difference
Filling belief system
Automatic reactions
Right and left
We are not good
This we know from the spirit
For sure
We stand at a crossroad,
look right, look left, look up
don't just stand there, speak up
do turn your eyes to God.
Of right, and left, and up,
Detour always beckons
Light is life we reckon
we don't believe in luck.
Detour always beckons,
Of choice we must beware
Lift up your voice in prayers,
Mercy equals pardon.

Listen to poem:
Gray skys backer to the tears; said; to a clearly ominous canvas
Millions of misty dots; swiped right; and left; truncated by this
Blades; so sharply cutting them; from left to right
Driving you away; after all, guiding was by headlight;
The destinations worth; is much more than the journey
To have said goodbye; would have been; privileged to me
Red road right into trouble
Paths right and left
Did not balance
No help in eyes sight
What could save the plight
Good thing information and facts
They create anything for forwardness
When all adversity shines brighter than
What was taught
Plug into inner might
Strength can not be seen
The knowing is oh so lean
Meeting the call in every way
Beating the adversary
North and South
East and West
Positive and Negative
Right and left
Up and Down
Boy and Girl
Right side of the brain and left side and so on
Water and Land
Good and Evil
Cold and Hot
Winter and summer
Spring and Fall
Sun and the Moon
Love and Hate
War and Peace
Sperm and Egg
Adam and Eve
Life and Death
Wide and Narrow
Sound and silence
Last
Santa and Toys
Life’s fabric - warp and weft,
We loom both right and left
But in that piece we weave
Some loose ends we do leave
So our cloth prone to fray
As those yarns start to stray
Of our weave we are proud.
Perfection not allowed
For what was grand affair
Now sadly needs repair.
Those ageing yarns break more.
Loose ends appear galore.
The unravelling weave
Signals it's time to leave.
Strengthen your stakes
Lengthen your chords
On the right and left
Ascend, break forth
‘Bove sea to land
Stretch forth to it
Extend your reach
Get over it
Just like a bridge
To barren cities
Rejoice and sing
When inhabited
Enlarge your tent
Lengthen your chords
Strengthen your stakes
Ascend, break forth
‘Bove sea to land
Stretch forth to it
Just like a bridge
Get over it.
I took a course in professional lying
under a professor specialized in advanced lying.
I told my girlfriend a lie,
but she chucked me
I told a lie to my employer,
but I lost my job
I wrote a lie in examinations
but I got below average
I applied a lie in chemical experiment
but I got the factory blew up
I was blamed right and left
but I was only doing internship in lying.
Over the hills of snow,
And the mountains on caves,
Above the stars, I know,
You are for my sake.
On the right and left,
By the galleys sole depth,
In the valley of debt,
You have me so blessed.
Kind indeed is your smile,
Going by the solo rhymes,
Playing high in the skies,
At the rage of nights.
To you the leaves bend,
And the showers will descend,
From now and until then,
And forever till the end.
The road ahead
Is best on either side
By desert scrub and sand
On both right and left
And it's tar is beset by cracks
Only permeated by painted white line's
That denote left and right of centre
But which is the correct direction
You should be
Fleeing
Or
Aiming
In the end is entirely up to you
Unless instead you choose to stay put
and put down roots
And settle for a road less travelled
A blanket of white
Adorns the ground
Two red cardinals
Find their sound
A veil of ice
Atop the drive
Winter’s orders
To stay inside
Sparkling eyes
Study the screen
They grow wide
A frosty dream
School is closed
Confirmation
Untouched snow
Outside, waiting
A subtle crunch
With every step
Leaving footprints
Right and left
In Icy Atlanta
A day of fresh powder
Has the magic of Santa
And equivalent doubters
COPLA CINCUENTA Y CINCO: This Bad Guy World
Centre-half’s the heart of defence
Danger comes from the Right and Left:
Ball politics
When heart’s corrupt fickle sans sense
Enemy dribbles through with zest:
Goal posts drumsticks
The second line’s the general
Prince and people rally round him:
Alert spearhead
Goal keeper pulls skin over all
Defence cataracts make him victim:
Balls bounce dead ahead
