A white moon
Mist dissolves
Polar bear licks
There’s Pandas at National Zoo
It’s true they’re still keeping a few!
Some black patches dyed
On Polar Bear hide
Let the exhibit continue
handing a coke
to a polar bear not handing
me back my arm

Polar Bears feel the Northern Lights before they arrive
They have a spiritual connection with this cosmic anomaly
People of the north do not question the mysticism in this
aurora borealis renews polar bear’s hopes
her children and mate float into mind’s eye
this world is better than that one,
no climate change here
do not fear your transition

A polar bear cub was once told,
That the Arctic was not really cold,
But it gave him a cough,
And he froze his butt off,
So he kept his nuts wrapped in a fold!
A Polar bear
With an icy stare
Looked down at her newborn cub
Feeling sad, and felt bad
As she had no milk to sup
She was getting old and extremely cold
Her milk had frozen up
The polar bear so they say
Is renowned for being gay
After salmon and stuff
Wants to huff and puff
For gawds sake don't get in the way
Penned 10 November 2017
Land masses in freeze
mans conditional now waned
nature retracts, whilst
a polar bear roams a city
incomprehensible times

A polar bear seeking a mate
Spruced up his fur coat for a date.
Alas, his sweetheart
Had drifted apart
For sadly, he'd left it too late!

the polar bear is unaware the reason
why its hunting ground is de-freezing
unlike the human race
it sadly cannot outpace
climate change, warmer is each season.
Salmon thought he had a chance
He felt it was his lucky day
The giant would grab someone else
enormous polar bear almost snatched Salmon's sister, so he
Jumped into bear's clutches
willing to sacrifice himself to save her
breathtaking melting
ice shelf floats away to sea ~
a polar bear flees

A long time ago in the land of ice and snow
Played out such an extraordinary loving scenario
A white rhino and brown bear
Made love on a chair
Result was a snow white polar bear, wouldn't you know

She held on for the sake of her cub.
Who held on with her for many days.
The iceberg got smaller and smaller.
She knew her cub would not make it.
She tossed him into the ocean first.
Joining him at the bottom soon after.
Glad it was over.
Polar Bear Brigade manned their enormous 747 airplane.
They jumped in their warships and they sailed past Maine.
They were ready to take on congress or the prez or the police.
Their ice floats are melting! This is a travesty to say the least!
plain jane bird from the northern territories
lands on reflective ice, possibly a berg
attracted to gorgeous polar bear like parakeet
no idea how she will ever be able to leave
even though her new sweetheart is cold and flat
she is so totally in love
Polar bear at the north pole,
floating on a lone ice floe,
thinks to himself,
'What happened to my world,
where did all the ice go?'
If to the south pole he did depart,
penguins to compare,
would he then be,
a well-traveled
bipolar bear?
In hibernation, like a polar bear
After the searing pain dulls
Bearable, day by day

AS I WAS WALKING IN THE SNOW
As I was walking in the snow of prints,
blanket mystery of Denali squints.
Where’d I put my maps?
Polar bear, perhaps?
A roaring of fur — I race from sure hints!

Polar Bear Faerie arrived at midnight
She was given a tour by a bear called Bright.
He materialized minutes after her arrival.
The death of polar bears is on the rise; we have a rival.
Who is it? She asked. Can you take me; is he a derange?
I am afraid, the bear said, he is climate change.
An Inupiat "slow-grower"
Believed he could sink no lower
When an icicle rose
On the tip of his nose
He won "Number 1 Snow Blower"

A cold polar bear did stutter
And folk thought he was a nutter
But God loved him a bunch
And dropped off his lunch
With buckets of peanut butter.
