Fetch me a shooting star
Every 248th year!
On your boomerang orbit
Pay us a visit...now sit!
You're man’s best friend by far
Donald Trump is an old Plutocrat
Living high on the hog like a gnat
But Disney was first
To notify Hearst
That Pluto's a dog, not a rat!
tabby cat slinking
around the house, looking stealth
pouncing and prancing
lover, neat and sweet
purring for a stroke around
his silky neck
I sailed by Mercury, Venus and Mars
Past Neptune, Pluto and assorted stars
The virus everywhere
It's just too much to bear
I still can't find one single open bar
Scorpio is the most misunderstood signs of the zodiac. The spirit color for a Scorpio is black. The birth stone is a topaz. It's ruling planet is Pluto. It's the eighth sign.
Pluto, tell me, why do you cry
Let your tears dampen and dry
Unless you fail the final quest
They will seem to be the best
Oh Pluto, they'll respect you in the end
I once was close to you,
But I'm not any more.
I was closer to you than
Earth is to Mars.
But now we are as
The sun is to Pluto.
Who's the blame,
For things not being the same?
Two Empire State Buildings fly by Earth
Phobos will crash into Earth on Mars Day
Careless Martians created our universe in Pluto's lab
Pluto walks a tightrope over underestimated solar flares
oOOo
jupiter sat
on his turn to run
but Uranus said
“you are a sun”
pen a tune and
become the one
;Duck ;pluto plays
just for the fun.

Mediterranean’s melancholy melodious megaphone
Notoriously navigated Neptune’s neutrality zone.
Overladen, overworked, and overthrowing Orion’s own,
Permitted planet Pluto to persecute Perry’s corn-pone.
Carlos clever carnivore, courageous cosmonaut chimp
Tried twice to turn twisters, for he was an incredible imp.
Twisters tossed him toward Pluto, he went up in the air.
Whether he comes back or not, few of us gave a care.
Unfathomable.......
On vastness of Milky Way
Black round specks adorn.
Mars, Venus, Pluto and more...

Burried in the blue fields of Pluto
family and friends keep Death company
A symphony played by fallen angels fills
the night air
as shadows dance down the halls of
Hades
around blue flames they dance

For Joseph May's "Cleritoons" contest
Venus will not come,
Saturn often run.
Mars filled the earthen form,
Mercury; yet all burn.
Jupiter glows in pride,
Uranus take her on ride.
Earth alone made her stand,
Pluto spent her strand.
Neptune alone made a sigh,
As winter gave her cry.

“Planet” of the distant
past, now considered too
petite for the title.
Pray, don’t you despair now.
Pirouette though pitch void,
pretty as always, for
perhaps our minds will change.

Dixie pixie and Dixie Tom and Jerry;
Swam the river instead of catching a fairy;
While Huckleberry Hound Pluto and Ralph;
Poke them all in the eyes, now they're not seeing like Three Blind Mice

Written by Keith Edward Baucum aka The
Green Poet aka
The Poetic Philosopher
In 1930, Although the smallest of the nine,
the science world declared you to be a planet.
However, less than a hundred years later, they
decided that 'No', Pluto is not really a planet.
Although my experiences with disappointments
did not take nearly as long, I really do understand.
The universe is a wonderful thing. I just want to say that I am in love with the
plantet pluto. It is wonderful. President John F. Kennedy I just want to say thank
you for finding the stars; and the plantets. I love to look at them at night and find
out constellations. I love the milky way.
as quickly as i thought
I decided to write
making my words be a beacon
for the soul within
screaming for the chance to
make its presence felt
quietly the world nods
acknowledging my attempt of fame
i'm as big as Saturn
but as far as Pluto
how soon will i get to Earth....or even Mars?
(smile)
Mars flew out of orbit
Venus got rid of her gas
Mercury sped past Pluto
Jupiter shrunk her mass
Saturn shed all her rings
Neptune's water froze
Uranus just flailed away
Pluto's dog lost its nose
The Solar System was freaking
The 'Laws of Physics' creaking
Oh Neptune, God of the sea.
The final planet in ou solar system.
As cold as death, so far from the sun.
Wind flies across your surface
Faster than Earth's greatest storm.
Where once a planet came after.
Now only dwarfs remain.
Poor Pluto, we remember when-
You were the ninth and last.
But alas, no more.
