Congrats on well deserved win. I actually did not use the word spry at first. I had used Popeye the Sailor man as my first line and was told it was too much (to pare it down to Popeye, and spry is pretty much all I was left with, for the point I was trying to make.) Originally I said how he squeezed spinach from a can!!

Same here, I too had used Popeye the Sailor man, ate spinach from a can:) then had to change it to Popeye only...

I learned Hypocrisy from Popeye. Eats spinach once but smokes pipe all the time .It is a good poem ,relates to so many people .
