silent, dark, and deep
nighttime’s mysterious sleep
dreams, a secret keep
Jet black satin gown
with tiny crystals sewn upon.
Silver disk at her waist.
It's length trails out eternal.
The night dresses well.
My blanket wraps me tight
and snuggles me,
It keeps me warm all through
the night,
Until the morning brings the
the first bright light.
Rustling in the bush
The night time world awakens

Dusk falls light fading
in the half light lives mystery

what lurks in deepest night time?
scarey shadows loom
The clock always reads 3 in the morn
at least that's how it seems
stuck on a time forlorn
granting all but sweet dreams
while the solemn moon gleams
Night time is here now.
Time to go to bed for me.
Tomorrow morning
