sons never came back…

ships sinking to black

AN OCEAN ONCE UNEXPLORED
The Atlantic was an ocean once unexplored,
even the Romans with their naval might, took no minimal interest to go beyond
so it remained an unknown their minds:
perhaps its high wrathful waves kept them away: they made frightening sounds....
I Could Never Write
naval, 10th grade, 11th grade, 12th grade, 6th
I could never write a poem about
A dead roach
A dirty diaper
A car engine
I say and then I do....
barely whisper - behind ear
drum quite - nostrils flare
pulse quickens - blood flows
lips part softly - supple fingers test
legs spread freely - dark naval dips
chest rises fully - tender nipples press
back springs upward - faithful head lifts
well tightens - hips flex
eyes glaze - mind ejects
love pauses - whispers yet
Dawn To Dusk
naval, absence, dedication, deep, destiny, devotion, emotions, environment,
The sky invites us openly to dance around the rim of daily grinds
if only we would listen,
the clouds implore us earnestly to weep when sorrow calls but sadly we are deaf, the sea, it opens up its gallery of ocean murals, salted fables, naval yarns, dawn to dusk,
if only we, the Royal We, would use those faculties that Mother Nature gifted us...

Like God cant to satan surrender
naval, betrayal, bible, god, senses,
The lord God worship
And you’re a naval ship:
In your tasks no hardship,
In your slavery, your kingship.
In the Lord’s Bosom
You too are awesome,
Unreachable to The Troublesome,
To Life’s pitfalls, the burdensome.
In the Lord’s Good Books,
Twenty-four-hours good looks;
Not among those Hell fire shall cook
Nor abinitio judge a crook…
You can’t to Satan be under
Just like God can’t to Satan surrender.

A dawn breaks
The dawn mist melts down,
On the shoulders of your
Green valley swiftly;
The face is full of ice cubes;
Sprinkled in and around,
and on your red cheeks.
The mid-sun shines on top,
On the smoothness of your
Pink naval softly;
The body is full of ray drops;
Sparked in and around,
and on your spicy breasts.

Tears Were Shed
Tears Were Shed
We did decide to take a tour
And ere to go were not sure;
Maybe to Baltimore and then back
Or Phillie and see Freedom Bell crack.
Arrived at Norfolk and saw naval base;
Then off to Raleigh we would race;
After that to Ashville did have to go;
Ended up in snow and car went slow.
Went to Wilmington to see a friend
Which is were trip came to an end;
We were all tired and went to bed;
Died and over grave tears were shed.
Put Off and Prolong
naval, allegory, analogy,
Put Off and Prolong
Put off and prolong
Sure seems to be same old song;
Stick us with their prong.
How much more can we
Take while we also endure;
Wish there were fewer.
Of them Republicans
A bunch of son of a guns;
Want women with big buns.
Wonder what is the stage
We are in with all the rage;
Is hair orange or beige.

Devon by County
Devonshire by name
Exeter the capital
Part of England's frame
Her coat of arms
That warrants claim
Displays a red crowned lion
And Naval fame
Three sea faring Sirs
Are Devon born
Chichester, Drake - Raleigh
We all come from somewhere
Not where we reside
Its from back in the past
On our ancestors tide
So where ever you are
And where you are from
On this beautiful Earth
We all belong.
" Tribute to a fellow poet "...
naval, analogy, desire, feelings, metaphor,
So Blue sky is above my head
Blue is a whale in the ocean
So blue in the trees
A bluebird tweets
Sounding waves of the seas so blue
Church Sunday bells ring ever true
As naval trumpet soldier blowing blows
Blue ala blueberries I like grapes
Blue a comfy satin pillow a newborn baby
Folded linen freshly washed and air dried
Blue keeps me embrace cuddled and calm ahh! so calming true, just
