Small Giraffe
Small giraffe,
Short caterpillar,
Slow cheetah,
Shy lion,
Plain peacock,
Serious puppy,
Energetic cat,
Whimsical snake,
Gauche deer,
Undaunting shark,
Rough bunny,
Dull butterfly,
We’re all misfits. We’re all different....

Divorce
Love once was the focus of our lives till marriage became contentious; two sharp knives piercing the heart of it, killing it. Teamed hardhearted misfits dualistic by nature, antipathetic where love’s the casualty and we, just another statistic.

There Is a Place
There is a place
Where misfits go, where my ghosts roam, alone
There is a place
Beyond where you see, far past the sea, inside
Of the horizon
Where planes will crash, where memories clash
And bleed, every story
The world keeps at the back of her mind
There is a place...

Soho Square
The unknown and the famous
the Entrepreneur.
The working class the homeless
the rich and the poor.

The weird the misfits
the wise and the fools.
All nations all genders
I've embraced one and all.

Every faith all religions
different cultures and beliefs.
Soho square in London
Is my haven of peace....

There was once a village tailor named Clyde

Who was known for his misfits though he tried.

      He altered trousers for Mort.

Mort said, "The inseam's too short!"

My! My! Mort, how you have grown!" Clyde replied!

Drawn
Playthings and toys and games for boys.
Secrets and misfits and times for biscuits.
Angels and devils and storms for whales.
Topspin and twirls and babies for girls.

Some of these things are often and true.
Others are real in the mind that sees you.
I find them always in time for a tale:
You find they sparkle as a picture to tell....

Rainbows Misfits Rock's Gothic Child
Plucking my imaginary guitar from it's star studded, silver case..
Fingers swept this air; ripping notes atop his couch unto her table
Next thing I knew we were smashing windows, as kicking out doors
Bobby laughed when I tripped their wire then caught Jezabel's chord ?
Frantic thus became Daemon's crowd while we hit the high side in delphi....

Premium Member A Bucketful of Misfits
A bucketful of misfits
that is what we were
Traveling in pirate seas
Waiting for our chances
To stop hitting each other

We had swords and axes
And we were not afraid to use them
Some did not make it
The ones who did were the
most aggressive

By the time we arrived to
treasure island I was the only
one left. The truest bluest
misfit of all. Aargh!...

Rebelion and War
If you're going to push
We're going to push back
Rebels with a cause
Who society hates to look at

The exiled youth
The misfits, the used
The products of pain
Of the forgetten and abused

A catalyst for love
Into the deapths of hate
A change is to come
When we realize our fate

So prepare for war
You warriors of light
Into the darkness of hell
We will bring the fight...

The Misfits
A flash of lightning on
Marilyn Monroe's back
lights up the desert sky
on the set,
as
Clark Gable
shifts his weary weight
on an impatient
mustang.

This will be his last showdown
Here are the ghosts
of beauty and
pain,
almost gone.......
Twined together
for our greedy consumption,

We reap their Golden Years,
thirsting
for that lost oasis
that once was....
Cinema....

Financing the Change
Sip this description
Flipping indigenous misfits,
Imprints or footprints in sound

The valley out of bounds
Where real world blues
Are castigated in spades
Dark hazes rearrange the page
Pressing
Prime poetry always
Lifted in a miraculous tumble

While battling limbs plunder
Im just herculean on this mystery fit
Having no eye for embellishment
making answers split
And financing the change...

So, the regimental adjutant is to command 3rd Company
As we escort three million francs to Puebla?
Leave it to the general to trust such a fortune
To a band of misfits led by a staff lackey
Who can’t even shuffle cards, hampered as he is
By that ridiculous wooden hand.
Well, I just hope the good captain’s prick
Isn’t characterized by splinters.
We’re likely to get a good screwing
Before we accomplish this mission....

The Poetic Pirates
You may call us misfits, or even troublemakers
But we are not what you say we are, theives and takers
In fact we are givers, lovers at that
This is known by everyone to be a true fact
Thomas, Rene', and even myself
We are the poets, we are true to thyselves
Dillan and Kris they bring the best bliss
Making everyone laugh even when they miss
We love eachother even when we're blue
The poetic pirates all of us stay true......

Giver of Life
GIVER OF LIFE

Her damp books in boxes,
Lovingly dried and pressed
At home on new shelves

Survivor sparrow
One-legged from cat attack,
Nurtured in a shoe box with crumbs.

Pensioner hamster
Superfluous to school pet-needs,
Straw-warmed in the garage.

Kids from beer-bottle bedrooms
On the periphery of love,
Made central again.

A homeless home where misfits fit.
Where she laughs lightly,
New life is breathed....

The Ending
The Ending

This old tramp ship
Rusty and tired
Her engine often stopped
It was a struggle
To start it again
The sun rejected
This ship sailed
In a fog of despair
The crew were
Residue
Of harbour debris
For the officer the last
Chance Saloon
Misfits who struggled
To stay abstemious
Some failed
Disappeared
In the night.
Off the coast of Peru
She died
Sank slowly
Beneath the ocean
With her
Tax avoidance
Flag flying...

Epistle Xxxi - Sculpting Saints
(I)
When I traversed
heresy’s lonely road,
You stood watching
the mystic moon,
an uneven crescent emitting
fa able radiance that pierced
my palpitating pupils,
as I fumbled to decrypt
the incandescent fire
light years afar

(II)
And then,
you materialized in our mist,
nourishing us with
Your word,
pardoning the
leperous misfits,
your hands sculpted saints
from disfigured tar blocks of
brutish barbarity,
hammering
away at our iniquity
with each resounding strike...

Videogame Potholes
Don't get distracted by the videogame
Distortion effect hollars
Slipping tricky thumbs bothered
By coin slip franchise misfits
Cops in collars, never bother
Blowing up stop signs and mail boxes

Skateboarding through town, shuffling around
Cocktails and marsupials
Grins that shegrin amped up
Plenitude posed as holy redeemer
Careful when you leave her
Heart balloons carry an ancient tune

Blessed in tombs, caressed
magnetic earth chanting
There's room to escape
Videogame rantings insane...

Its now to question
It's now to dicuss
It's now deny
Any hold over us
By the spawn of
The unconscionable
The dregs of the dregs
The descendants of
Misfits septic as pus
Unacceptable beings
Being devoid of true
Soul, lovers of gloom
Who live as in holes
Like spiders in Webs
They only can kill
If their dens are not
Cleaned out; nows
No time to be still
It's time to be active
Spread the news all
Around , their agendas
Have lost it, Humanity
Is taking back ground.'...

My Own Little Place
In my own little place
I live all alone.
It's not much to some,
but I proudly call it home.

My fluffy pillows on
my big unmade bed,
When I must get rest,
That's where I go to lay my head.

My dresser where
I keep my clothes,
which is anywhere but
where they should go.

There are two different cups
they do not match my two plates.
Just like me, they are misfits
and have no mates.

I love my little world;
my quirky odd space.
Happy am I
in my own little place.

Spring
Spring has sprung

The pollen hits my lung
The sun hits my dome

The winter doom undone
Though I'm still not home

Its a long drive to get there
But we all don't care

Cruising past the sand
Will I have time to see it again?

A band of misfits
As good as it gets

Travelling through time and space
With no race.

Amusing ourselves with sound
Positive vibrations transmit

The sun walks on the water
With that our hands clasped together

I pray this lasts forever
Amen....

Broken glass world
pithed with black flags
madmen and misfits.
Where is our god in all this fantastic muck?
Atop an out of touch mountain top...
Salving wounds of savant sons?

Far below all the rest flayed and salted.
mostly forgotten
Our collective-depressive monkey minds fleeing to
origami boats.
Drifting upon shark finned ponds.
Flaming arrows line the shores.
Ribbed strays and one-legged orphans
turning tricks for milk and crumbs
and the rustic prosthetic called
love....
