Funny Mascot
To forged a smile everyday

And joined the crowd and be okay

My face tattooed the image of clown

To hide a man who's so feeling down

Night House Frats
The night is drunk,
 The moons are full
And laughter doth ring
 Like a mischievous bell.

The house is a buckin'
 Like a mechanical bull
And the mascot is
 Missing just as well.

The frats never live
 In the dull.
So what you see...
 Live free and tell....

The Pregnant Sailor's Wife
Thar be me captain
The leader of my crew.
He is a mighty man
Bold, Strong, and True.

I be his shipmate
The cook, swab, and crew.
I am but his deckhand
Loving, Affectionate, and True.

In me belly be our seed
The mascot of our trade.
He is but a boy now
A symbol of a love that will never fade....

Am I so quiet that I'm lost?,
Am I so brave that I'm a hero?,
Am I so bad that I'm the scapegoat?,
Or am I so funny that I'm the mascot?,
Do I try so hard that I'm the enabler?,
Or have I lost all control to be the dependent?,
Sometimes I feel like I'm all of these put into one,
and sometimes I feel like I'm none....

The Mascot, Who Is Enjoying
When the fair is free,
have you can always flee,
like counting the one, two, three
when hugging the special tree

Getting to know the he,
As I am always with the she,
when concluded inseparable,
Like into Jesus' parable

With them is as crazy as flying,
Because i'm not trying,
It's the me, a human being,
Getting the best of what I am seeing....

Premium Member I Want To Be a High School
I want to be a high school
So I can have my own mascot
She would be a mermaid

I want to be a high school
So I can have colors.
They are pink, orange and yellow.

I want to be a high school
So I can have my own motto
“Be yourself always”.

I want to be a high school
So I can nurture children
Excitement parading in my halls during passing times....

Effrontery
After scarring, the big gap
confronts a mascot.
The caster is telling a lie.

Under shock and anger
you start cursing the renegade truth.

Black windows now perceive the light.

Nobody wants to catch the dust now,
falling from the stars.

War of words comes to disarming of
wailing hands.
I reconcile with the setting sun.

Back and forth, back and forth
the unabashed, moves a bridal moon.

Premium Member ferns wanted a fey mascot
Ferns were sad.
They wanted their own fey mascot.
Lily had a faerie
Marigolds had a brownie
Mushrooms had a pixie
Elms had an elf
Why are we the only ones without a mascot?

Ferns told everyone about their dilemma.
A faerie from middle earth heard their plight.
She had wanted to move to a new place for some time.
She arrived on a Tuesday, announcing she was the fern faerie.
Causing a bit of a problem
As now geranium, crepe myrtle, moss, and tree bark wanted one too....

Premium Member Lets Make the Troll Our New Mascot
Let’s make him the new mascot someone suggested.
He looks dour, down in the dumps, forlorn, some of us protested.
But he fits in with our theme, one of the Eeyore-types said.
He always loves to make trouble; his name is Depressed Ned.

I refuse to vote for the troll, I say, in a mean kind of way.
Several others agree with me, others have absolutely no say.
The dour depressed troll ends up being mascot for the new team.
I decided to drop out of the booster club, even though it was mean....
