Conquering the Sky

Pronounce me lightened,
ethereal wind in wings~
Blow my feathers thus
with slippery zippers closed
to lift me above the sky

Ninette-01

Stars
compose
beautiful
letter on sky
to beautify world space.
Lightened home greets
earthly lives
to love
light.

Shadows

Count the shadows
one by one,
lightened by a brilliant sun,
fragile as a spider's spun.
On the floor the shadows spread,
like a glooming ancient net,
like a picture from the past,
so unique,
but will not last.

Hearts Blushing

Awkward blushes -- sweet qoutings
of words unspoken,
each lightened pause awaits, 61....
Glances shy, as hearts pour a thrill
beneath blue clouds
puppy-eyed as we are.

Smile

Flowers bloom in your smile
A heart is lightened
A face is crowned
A day is brightened
And colored with ease
Just because you smile at me.

autumn haiku

the sun throwing shade
the leaves all turned and they left
the sky remains blue

the sun cast shadows
the leaves are turning colors
the sky lightened blue

the sun bled gold mauve
the leaves mimicking the sun
the white sky falling

When My Heart Is Touched

When outside it is raining
inside of me my soul bathes
in exaltation...
When the sun shines, my soul is lightened
in tenderness...
At divine moments , my heart
touched in rapturous inspiration,
it creates the most genuine poetry... !

Every Step

a little candle to be for me
my room will be lightened

there are not any empty dreams not

which wave goes not to shore
in your opinion

you says like impossible

in roads there is a difference
go-return

We knows from every step

A Helping Hand

For some the weight of the land will task a heavy load
A load so hand to bear

Although it may be lightened with many hands to share
Not just hands against the doughts nor floods and fires faced

But a hand upon the shoulder
With understanding placed

Monalisa

Monalisa, a smile of greed
Over her lightened cheek she
Never think of you, only her creed
Alone, to you under feet
Letting you know, she's inhuman
Industriously, depending on thy sweat
Secretly, plotting to leave you afloat
Above imagination, is she human?.

We Will Surely Meet

Between you and me,
There are..
a distance that can't be passed by airplanes,
a darkness that can't be lightened by the Sun
and a mixed group of rocks and wild animals
that aren't used to listen to music or breed pigeons.
But we can meet, and we will surely meet!

This Forested Space

Cleared of all voices
This forested space.
Left with one's thoughts, and the peace
Of a holy place.

Each, a plume weighing.
And lightened, doubly
Through what, for the living God
Who's heart, solace grants
Is felt, blows and flows, enchants.
Not inappreciably!

Response To Potpourri

Staring at her hips, my tie flips
As a button drops through my neck--
What a mess; but she did confess
I was grinning sans ego’s flair!

Home

Longing to be told the journey is at head. By green leaves whispers, cold streams running chills gently on my feet, the brickwalls, sound of familiar voices, paths always felt. With eyes closed and heart opened, raising my mind and lightened my body, all to find the way back Home.

Lattice of Monet

Pinpoints of lightened tones blush in grace with impressionistic smudges… ornate yet mellow like hues glistening fine textures on Monet’s lattice, breathing alive as I soak in his oil ! …………. Brian Strand's Contest No 219, Max 14 lines Painting: Pathways in Monet's Garden In Giverny 1902

The Pink Evening Sky

The luminous winds of the sky
are love-coated with passion.
Passion hidden in solitude,
concealed for eternity,
under heaven's rules.
The everlasting jubilation
of freedom doesn't compare
to our God-given air.
The mid-lightened setting,
of the days aftermath,
which mesmerizes many-a-people
weakened by the desperation of love.

Would Be Best

would be best
if our actions and tongues
spoke the same language

would be best
if our actions our words
truly expressed

would be best
if our words honestly
professed

would be blessed
our personal lives
our politics
if all the lies
were aired
and addressed

Lightened by truth
before one's soul is weighed
and processed

Ignored

We talked,
But I wasn't heard,
We walked,
But you scattered,
We built,
But you destroyed,
I thought,
But you acted,
We were determined,
But you exterminated...

You were blind,
I was sighted,
You were darkened,
I was lightened,
I was myself,
You weren't yourself...

I was lone,
No one cared.

I was ignored,
No one cared,
About my emotions...

The End of All Things

The end of all things, an uncertain road?
To ignoble ends, reduced to mere bone,
To journey beyond, into the unknown,
To return to harvest seeds past sewn,
Or glorify Him, who lightened the load,
        the end of all things…

Writing, Trying, Using Sphinx Links

Did you ever try growing minks?
Or writing poems with kinks?
With dark or colored inks?
And soft and lightened pinks?
Write messages that links,
With the Mysterious Sphinx?
Get on a boat that sinks?
Use metals made of zinc's?
Go skating at the rinks?
"AW," you say, "That stinks!"
For that, my eye now winks!
And I'll just put a jinx,
On anyone that blinks!!!

April Fools'

Does anybody still play pranks
To honor April Fools’?
It used to be a date when people
Messed with all the rules.

The press would often publish
Stores that were clearly fake.
We laughed about that once, but now
There’s just too much at stake.

It’s sad to find that humor
Lately, more than not, provokes,
When in the past we lightened up,
On April Fools’, with jokes.

My Calm Kit

A recipe perfected over time,
going for a long walk with my headphones;
Severe melodies make me feel sublime,
lightened up by all of those luscious tones;
Feel good movie that warms me to my bones
surefire way to leave me with a wide grin;
Tacos and pizza are always a win
I am able to relax for a bit;
They taste better eaten by the ocean;
The main ingredients of my calm kit.

Ode To Frank

Knew I'd be sad when this day came,
But it didn't stop me all the same,
knew it wouldn't be the same,
But I'm still glad that I still came.

You always lightened the night,
You knew how to make it right,
But you didn't have a choice,
But you did make us rejoice.

You will always be missed,
By those that you blessed,
By being our friend,
Right through to the end.

R.I.P. Frank
