Not that I know of, Andrea. I had spent a lot of time writing longer poems, so I thought I'd return to some forms I find difficult...haiku and tanka. I think almost anyone can write them, but it is so difficult to write good, memorable ones. Good to hear from you. I hope you are well.

Absolutely. They are particularly vocal in the morning hours, and sometimes I awaken to their choruses outside my bedroom window. Have a marvelous day, Jenna.

One of my great pleasures is to sit on my front porch and listen to the birds calling to each other. I pick up on the different males calls and their female responses. It is, indeed, fascinating!
