Premium Member Love of the Lord

Loaded with lovingkindness… love of the Lord leads yon liberty in lifting-up lives toward lightheartedness lavished by lively peace.

Death

Life leaved lavished locations
east establishes engagements
north normally had nothing knowns
west wishes no wastes
south summon their souls
life left rubbishes and rashes.

Premium Member Giving Thanks

heads bowed and hearts full
lavished with undeserved love
beggars turned princes
shedding tears of gratitude
they cast their crowns at His feet

Premium Member Time For Champagne

Loving being bubbly-lavished; May I have my flute replenished? Never have I felt so special - Overflowing with lush delight. Ply me with sweetness all night long.

Premium Member Short Summer

summer
sunny weather
pretty flowers in bloom
rose hips from rugosa roses
many hummingbirds out sipping nectar
lush green lawns, trees lavished with leaves
leaves start dropping, falling
autumn's too soon
summer

A New Thing

i saw a new thing
over the top
of nothingness
better than the old
rejoice at the find
till the rays entered
my lavished mind
excited dopamine
raced and shot
through the veins of rot
bringing me life
and hope of a new
day

Premium Member Homestead Love

gingerbread lace on a gorgeous white porch
splashed of corals and oranges among the green trees
here is a home where love is generously lavished
I rush out of the car almost before it has stopped
Home at last, I smell vanilla and cinnamon and love.

April

Atmosphere alive
Pleasant birdsong in the dawn
Rosy flowers bloom ~
Immanuel resurrects
Love lavished with life lasting

A Prevision

Weighing for a thought, golden
Dropped by whom, this coinage
Into startled mind?
Access to realms approved. Flushed out
This cheerless from behind.

Love's; of a more rarefied
Gracefulness compelled by.
Now actualized. See!
Sweet, twas by whose hand, a fairy's
So lavished me I cry ?

Bewitched

Bright light shone across painted skies above…

It is a fairy tale—is it not?

Cherished by your touch…

Lavished with your kisses made by captured butterflies…

Filled with vigor your soft lips find mine…

You have bewitched me with your love…

Under this passionate spell I cannot go back… but do I want to?

Premium Member Jimmy Was An Only Child

Jimmy was an only child
Henrietta’s only son
She had built him up
Lavished him with praise
Told him how handsome he was
He had always believed it
There was nothing humble about him
This had cost him two wives and several jobs
He was trying to be more down-to-earth
He is still fighting self-vanity
But he is almost tolerable now

My Star At Night

Captured in the dusk of time
 I saw my shining light
His face so glorious, just so fine
He was my star at night

He was a beauty to behold
His hold on me, so tight
I never wanted him to go
He was my star at night

He lavished me with so much love
 Even when I wasn't right
He was as peaceful as a dove
He was my star at night

Premium Member Perennials In Their Seasons

Winter perennials lavished with hope
under layers of crisp snow
waiting their turn

Spring perennials hope to be noticed
duller than annuals
but more dependable and loyal

Summer perennials outlasting the annuals
proudly soaking up morning dew
last men standing

Fall perennials going away gently
giving their seeds gladly
easy like trees

Premium Member Crying

Crashing the beaches
of my eyes,
lives are revealed.

In the small hours of drink,
sickness rained shackled lives
on the bathroom floor.

An abused child
tumbles forth
helpless in a runny sea.

A punished woman
spills out,
lavished with scents of heat.

An eager man
swings new arms.

Fixtures of pain askew,
confined companions swim free.

Wistful Sunset Surrender

Violaceous twilights,
      clandestinely sated
lavished 'til morn's early blush
     midst honey suckled euphoria,
 poetry hidden 'neath
         silken pillowcases,
written 'tween the dew
    of rendezvous'
       blissed arousal
evermore eagerly breathless,
      reawakening intentions
  aloft the vast obscurity of
     a wistfully surrendered sunset

Lioness

Lavished Lioness
Lunges with quietness
Leaks love, inspired with...
Hunger
It aches her when in slumber
It takes her under
Straddling starvation
now just preying on prayers
stuck in a safari of slayers
The hectic hunt continues
Various emptiness in the same venue
Deadlands. Dead things
Then she sees a man.
Lavished Lioness
Lunges with Quietness
sinks her teeth inspired with
Fresh Meat.

To a Siren

You enchanted

With the things you wrote

Your words

Held me like a Siren’s song

And drew me into love

With you sight yet unseen

Until

When I had lost my meagre strength of will

You showed me who you were

So lavished on me

all but all of you

it would have been ungracious to try to claim the rest

That failure then was mine

And only mine

A poor thing all my own.

My Rose

Solely, I posses a rose
though one,out of the window
I see it as drastic orchards
in a clay pot at the corridor.

The bee lands on its petals
in search of sweet nectar
to make honey at the hives.

The red serpent passes by
just to feel its awesome aroma
before it engage in a hunt;daily.

Daisy, the girl from the river
she's mad on its lavished beauty
she honestly comes to have its picture.

Premium Member The Diamond

An elegant stone cut as one desires into shapes with lovely names such as Princess, Radiant or Marquise, or the actual name of the chosen shape: Round, Pear, Oval or a precious Heart! How divine it would be to have such jewels lavished on me; sparkling round my neck in splendid strands and on my hands lusciously lighting me. For A Brian Strand Visual Poetry Contest

Premium Member Sally McGimmy Gee

Sally McJimmy- Gee was a pro at sycophancy
Currently over-flattering plain old maid Nancy
Complimenting her ridiculously excessively
Her honey-like, simpering words annoying me

She lavished on this nutcase all kinds of praise
Thinking she might get herself an undeserved raise
If she does, I will be angry enough to burn this place down
I try to figure out which one of these two is the biggest clown

Premium Member Sleep

"He gives His beloved sleep"-Bible

When given 4 hours of sleep,
I am greatly relieved.
When endowed with 6 hours of sleep,
I woke up very refreshed.

When blessed to sleep 8 hours,
I am pleasantly relaxed.
If allowed to sleep 10 hours,
I would be sore and tired.

If lavished with 12 hours of sleep,
it would be a first, and I would feel
I missed something or
was left behind.

Dark Night Soul

I love you
Because I hate myself
This is my impression

Lavished you in praise and wonder
Promised to be 'yours' forever
I'd complete you in my quest of
Deep misapprehension

But I can't help but think
The look you gave me
Was one of confusion

I fear that you may turn on me
And redefine my boundaries
Where I end and you begin
Declined invitation

And so I must destroy you
If I am to survive
No negotiation

''Never Finished''

Fragments And Crumbs Of Life,All The Little Pieces...John Ruskin...1853

Heartache inside my scattered soul.
Memories rests on the dawn of day.
Brace these silk tears.
As flesh has perished.
Moms' smile has vanished.
My arms left empty.
Still my lavished love remains full.
