There's nothing worse than hogging the scene It's even sadder that they have to be mean To be seen and not heard Is the truest of words It's even worse when they turn a dull green http://www.thehighlanderspoems.com/humour-2.php

Epitaph on Jade Goody

                           (June 5, 1981 - March 22, 2009)

Happy is your grave nobody can take.
Only few probably at home can make.

Without You - My JADE, My GEM

My forever missing puzzle piece,
A longing, forever desire...
Missing you always,
My heart just cannot enquire...

Lost amidst life,
Each day creeping past...
The years flying by,
Time passing far too fast...

You grow older,
As do I...
Cradling my broken heart,
All I do is cry...

Jade

Jasmin said yes to the
                     June starlit proposal-
      Jazz was playing as she
               joined him in complete awe-
               Joy surrounded lovers-
          Jade was her favorite
                       jewelry...she said yes.

Slade and Jade the Mermaid

There once was a pirate named Slade, had a crush on Jade the mermaid. Asked her out on a date, thought this love was his fate... turned out she was there to get laid!

You

Your eyes so beautiful,

The times I've looked in them,

And have gotten lost in a jungle of jade,

Your touch so soft and comforting,

Like Heaven in arms reach,

Our love so strong that,

Nothing could compare,

I was crumpled paper and,

You were the flame,

Growing stronger as the night became elder

Premium Member Jade Green Box

A bright white square
Inside a jade green box
Glows with an eerie glow
Calming those that stare at it
A harmonious color
Deep within its screen
Leaving a feeling of peace
Inside the core of the green box
Enjoy the luminous glow
The bright white square
Creates the calm glow
Peaceful and mild
Wonderful
Glowing

Jade Pools

jade pools of glistening hues
containing such beauty within
lips exuding the sweetest music
talents exciting unseen senses
loving existence denying presence
relying on faith to bear it
and it's still one more day without you
painful distance desiring closeness
fearing I can't go on without you
not understanding just knowing
and wondering what more could I do

Premium Member Jade Butterflies

Sloth-toed ivy flutters
in lissome breeze,
each pentagram the pinion
of a jade butterfly
clustered on a brick wall.
In the throes of spring
they sojourn
from dark loam
toward shingled firmament,
past celestial windows
pewter with light
as they besmirch
diaphanous peril,
imagining
when they reach heaven
they will repose like angels
in the shimmering damask
of God's aura.

Jade

Jade

                                      She sits moon-stil
in the low tide of the afternoon
ebbing the annoying scum after a robust ingress...
A breeze from the bay, goose-bumped her breast
and her eyes stabbed at jaded notes
                                      on ruffled sheets…..

Jade

Jade flowed from sullen eyes
Disdain from fiery hair
A soliloquy of anguish
Captured by a snowy stare

I found rose petals on her lips
The remnants of a trusted man
Who had forsaken the pleasure
Of holding heaven’s only hand

I had dreamt of her touch
Kissing her angelic face
Whispering those words
Only eternity can embrace

I found her silent sorrow
Trapped behind shivering eyes
Offering her my shoulder
When she was ready to cry

Heavenly Jade Ghost

Ghostly figure in white
Wearing the oni mask
Softly plays the heavenly jade xiao
gleaming in the moonlight
Underneath the peach blossom trees
A sweet fragrance in the air
Near the pagoda waits
Like a Ghost in the night
Playing the song of the sea and waves
On haunted isle
While peach blossoms swirl around
Eastern evil waits patiently
Awaiting the day his daughter comes home

There was a big
macho guy named
Jade.

When you saw him
he put you in the
mind of Andrew Dice
Clay.

Who wanted to be
a comedian. He often
thought it shouldn't
be that hard.

The thing was, once he got
 introduced the crowd
roared with laughter
without him saying a
word.

He was dumb founded .
He didn't think it would
be so easy. Jade got
really famous.

He changed his name to
Jayden.Said a few words
and got booed off the stage.

Premium Member Ostentatious Pirate Captain Jade

Ostentatious pirate was known as Jade.
On Seven Seas her reputation made.
Feet of her crew were flimsy and clayed.
Order of day was a fresh escapade.

Men were smitten. Plans were swiftly laid.
Noble men arrived with dog and maid.
Women overboard in Everglade.
Enthused their excitement took months to fade.

Jade’s leadership skills were truly well-played.
Rule violators were quartered and flayed.
Rewards were given to those who stayed.
Ruthless but giving was our Captain Jade.

Jade

Jade
Young lady with a twinkle in her eyes
Surprise
Ready, with her past in disguise
Thighs tight
Bulge in her green dress
Rythmic swaying body
Drawing eyes to her chest
Steady and slow
Stride heel to toe
Show ‘em what heartbreak
Forced you to know
Sweetest fragrance
Flows in her curls
So bright
She puts her own shine in her pearls
Lover of classy dine
But tonight her majesty wasted
Another non arrival
Lips she never tasted
Rolls in sheets
With only her flask
Mental note
Men always come last
