The overcast sky wept quietly.
It’s tears joining with the Earth’s breathe.
Mountain peaks and ridges covered with evergreens
pierced the roiling, gray firmament.

Parasoled people paraded past shops, 
selling candied ginger and quince.
Road weary tourists bathed their frozen feet 
in street side hot springs
And, so, the day commenced....

along a twisting, wild road
along the side of a green mountain
where hot springs melted.
Down in a valley green,
cliffs and hills all around
sat a white stone house
and a little wooden barn.
Behind the barn, stood a little stable,
where two dark horses roam.
Beauty in those creatures shook me
to a melted core,
I wiped away the tears
and kept on the wild road....

Glasses with wine ,holding upto the stairs 
Viewed with blushful ideas
Strengthen my scars with awards
Drown my leg in summer hot springs
