All That Matters Now
The ground glinted with grease
My feet threatened to slip
But I didn't move

People pushed me from behind
I could've fallen over
But I didn't move

The world was ending
I wanted to run
But I didn't move

I should've
I couldn't
I wouldn't

I didn't...

Fluttered Reminisces
There was poetry in her deliverance as she was swathed by butterflies, whilst cosmoses glinted 'tween tranquil transcendency furthermost harmoniously fluttered reminisces
like a flower gently unfolding, flourishing a deeper kinda nectar

A Leonine Moment
A Leonine Moment

Yellow lion teeth like petals of love
I picked in the green savannah grass,
it had just stopped raining and pearls,
as glass bead around a child´s neck,
glinted in the sun that had been hiding
behind rain pregnant clouds, thunder
and lightening; far away I heard
a lion roar, inconsolable was its loss....

Last Train Home
Forever have your name engraved,
Un-eroding, infinately imprinted.
Ice cold track, a final grave,
Forever have your name engraved,
Raised her eyes then knelt and prayed.
Beneath her weight, the deathbed glinted,
Forever have your name engraved,
Un-eroding, infinately imprinted.

Earth
I crumbled the dirt between thumb and forefinger
grit tumbled and rolled
following the grooves and fissures
of wrinkled worn hands
light seeping between my fingers
glinted off of some of the specks
like splinters of diamond
trapped within the grime
Hand slipped hand
to remove the dusted layer
and with deep breaths push
the final particles gone...

Was Not Intended
Was Not Intended

Was not intended
When my endeavored ended
Rules were amended
Into air blended
Casket cemented
She had consented
Car door was dented
My eyes had glinted
Answer was hinted
Not oriented
I had relented
Vessels were stinted
Ended up suspended
Room was well-vented.

You get to pick out last one you
want for last line. Jim Horn...

The Sky Was Blue
The sky was blue today.
Sun light glinted on my eye lids and bare stretching branches.
Along the railway embankment, though it is early spring,
the spindly matted trees, silhouetted against the cloudless sky,
glistened a golden russet red.
Melodious song rung out from the hedgerows and,
as I walked,
the wind caressed my face.
Today the sky was blue and nature held my heavy heart
in her tender warm embrace....

A lone bird high on sky flies in glee on the speckled spread of blue through the shiny fringes of the glinted clouds of deepening dusk toward twilight horizon making the radiant rainbow in rain soaked firmament ushering the night to fall slowly opening starry sky bird returns to the nest to the warm embrace of mate waiting dreams on wings

Angels Danced
Thinking of day you were born still brings tears to my eyes. I was in a most unhappy marriage of my own making. Two beautiful girls preceded you, bringing me much joy, but you pulled at my heart strings and glinted in my eye. As you lay on my body once born, you looked up at me and sort of smiled. My little missing puzzle piece.

purest love is born
    in physical form today
        in the shape of you

Crystal Kingdom
Crystal kingdom shining bright
holding vigil through the night.

Crystal province over dale
beyond the wide sunny vale.

Crystal armies command the eve
sentinels to all they cleave.

Crystal empire glinted glare
icy soldiers stop and stare.

Crystal forces hold the line
sunshine coming soon to shine.

Crystal troops retreating gone
vanquished by the wintry dawn.

Easter 1963
Every fragile flower
Weaves a different sense of power
But the old gardener
His hands and fingers soil stained
Wears the same disguise
Over his disdain for the poor and trodden mass
The beleagured hair in relentless hands
The squirming bodies bruised and broken
The trying cross of love despised
They gathered the ignorant and stygmatized
And while sun glinted on shiny coffles
The wine cup is poured
To feast the figment of a frazzled mind....

-treasure Tosser-
This morn' I watched a coin be tossed into the sea,

Glittering and goading of all things merry!

It sang the sweetest song in the moments as it glinted and flew,

It made me smile awhile in soft sincere reminder of you.

Then it sank in somber waning song to the bottom of the ocean floor,

I can't help but wish I'd heard a heartful or a hundred more.

And so I wept a good sum once again today,

Over the coin that fell into the bay!

-end-...

Autumn: Sunbeams On Colorful Streams
A spindling sun stream on bough's cloak spun
Melange of orange, yellow, red on foliage doth billow
Decadent Umbrella wields fluorescent shield o'er barren
fields
Glinted blades colorful shades heighten
Bright-cherry, Oak leaf gloss doth floss
Purple haze of each Sweet Gum lobe doth tase
Yellow fringes on White Oak fingers waxes with gilding
syringe
Orange Marmalade, Maple stars varnished with tinseling
spade
Blue Beech crusted folds dusted with a brackish rust...

Premium Member The Shadow of Print
Strange magic occurs in storms of glinted fog and floating sand--
It is this haunt of time and assurance that we find ourselves,
As: Paranoia peaks into blood, seeping through a concrete cafe.
A broken memory and then the muscle of marble
And here in this corner: Time's warped pride.

Her liquid and dust
Our smile and laugh--and our hopeless alternative
To usher in the shadow of print--divinity's backside.
And so we begin again the love and the darkness....

Premium Member She Comes Out Smelling Like Rain
Washed the roundish rock off in the pond.
Metallic sizzle smell came from her center.
Reminding me of a sauna’s fragrance.

Mica and feldspar glinted under the water.
I lift her out and sense a metallic scent.
Instantly visualizing iron on a rainy day.

Memories flood my brain
Other rocks collected and cherished
Thrown out by a prissy mother

Another treasure! I dunk her into the gentle water.
Next to miniscule minnows
She comes out smelling like rain....

Early Morning Walk
The playground hadn’t opened;
The sun had yet to rise
And many might think walking
In the dark would not be wise.

A mist hung by the river,
A tugboat pulled a barge;
The cars inched down the F.D.R.,
Their headlights looming large.

The puddles, partly hidden,
Glinted dully in the gloom,
Soon to saturate some sneakers
Not expecting them to loom.

It was magic to be walking;
The few others I did see
Were the regulars who love
Their early exercise, like me....

Furthermost Gravity
Lost my equilibrium amidst an utterly ethereal seduction, ascending glinted stratospheres 'tween reciprocally magnetic forces, beyond constellations' obscure vapors, whilst breathlessly infatuated moons softly whispered destinies' avowal to surrender otherworldly ventured sighs...
I want to be the impetus furthermost your gravity...
