The stars hide time
Having sent their light years
Before red dwarfs
II
If I am the void between
stars, satellites, galaxies
I'm the canvas the Universe needs
Our lives may find their ending,
but my love for you is never fading.
Like the galaxies, endless and true,
forever and always, I’ll love you..
until our very last breath
Galaxies crumble into your gaze,
charting bright shadows through a shimmering haze.
Beneath fluttering lashes, light learns to dance,
poignant and sweet, a breath of romance.
