facing unending criticism
vaporised self is immune
yet there’s a small chasm
since souls are out of tune

Fierce raging riqq fire
Smoldering bare feet arching
Flickering bright scarves

flickering awareness
an in-between stage
with knowing imbibed
but not yet assimilated
we call it the bardo

Flickering candles.
Dying light, like a refuge.
Embrace the comfort
of nestling Ice cubes in Jack,
And cigarettes with Joni.
Umberto Boccioni,a futurist was his call
died horse-riding,from a fall
his art usp a flickering blur
a moving image was his spur
Night dark and dreadful
Emotions in black and white
Tears blinded my eyes
Flickering celluloid film
Whirling projector my mind
Insanity triggers
Cerebral trip switch
Flickering light
Dissolving
In dark room
Walls collapsing
Silence ensues
fluttered by autumn
the leaves of my window tree
gave up summer’s ghost
and in one flickering cloud
fell simultaneously
by gail
Flickering flames reflect on stained glass
Supplications made this day
Souls in search of their God
for Carolyn's contest
SOUL MATES
Soul mates:
Twin spiritual flames
Flickering interwoven
Throughout eternity!

sharp splinters of white
lightning harvest in raindrops
flash within my eyes
This is for Raul's "Shards of Light" contest.
Soft candle glow
a flickering flame
a calming embrace
first love
expressed
in the dark
of a sacred night
never able
to forget.
baritone bullfrogs
harmonize with crickets-
firefly tenors
flickering-
nothing’s as harmonic
as nights music
Dazzling sun proposed
Pale moon consented bride to be
Flickering stars blushed!

glary aurora MOTH FLYS
glary aurora
why a soft, tiny moth flies
flickering at bay

We lift our
errant eyes
waking up
to the blissful
bluebird skies.
Where there
dawns
another day
faintly
flickering
itself away.
Form:
blossoms appearing just after dawn
butterflies taking their early flight
fireflies flickering midst the night
nature’s summer fest is going on
blossoms appearing just after dawn
butterflies taking their early flight
fireflies flickering against the night
nature’s summer fest is going on
Who cares who calls
How to handle balls?
Kidding bidding close near
Sweet woman lovely dear
Slow fast flickering flame
Adult star tacky sesame...
blue lapsis lazuli
gleaming amber
flickering
as a burning flame
glowing
reflections
on a crystal surface
brilliant
burnished
bronze
Flickering ember
against the darkness
angry rain clatters
the glass window pane
wild flowers a sigh
safe from a vexed sky.

Orange fantasy
Carved smiling face, a candle
Lit inside its soul
Flickering beauty inward
A calm feeling from within

Morning
lovely leafy
smiling shining swaying
cellphone laptop shadows candles
flickering veiling twinkling
