God places His hand on our head
blessing us as an elder would
to our home we’re by bliss beats led
heart exults with joy as it should

the flow of life propels us
love tweets are uttered
the echo may return
or it may not
vibrancy exults
nonchalance is still
this orientation epitomises
our bilocating consciousness

divine magnetism hums within our form
ushering ineffable bliss
our soul’s enlivened by this benign storm
feeling complete, nothing’s amiss
joyful heart exults, ‘I Am This!’

an esoteric node
in scriptures unknown
exults ‘here I Am’
thus known to us alone

there is no point to prove
we may if we like ignore
bliss exudes love’s fragrance
caress that keeps no score

Delicious Liquor of Poetry

The liquor of poetry is sweet...
Donates taste to life,
moves the ideas,
sweetens the mind...
Kiss us ardently,
offer us love,
exults our existence...
Savour it,
with constancy...!
It benefits the soul... !

Premium Member Echoes After Evening

Serene and silent evening
Fluffy clouds rolling across
Importing a lot of tweets
She is waiting with high hopes
To receive the warm echoes
She seems alone but her heart
Exults with the nostalgia

Egg Story

Emergent of life
God's glory protein, souped gold
Gave excess of joy

Example, me, exults
Gratitude of existence
Grasping given grace

Earth's replete to tell
Golden centered origin
Grand umbilical

Excite me to love
Garnish blessings with pure praise
Good eggs make true saints.

Premium Member Forgiveness Heals

Forgiveness heals perceived insults Yet but a half measure When we embrace, our heart exults Then remains no fissure Love throbs, our heart smothers All souls are our brothers Know, there are no ‘others’ Soft touch appeals Forgiveness heals 27-December-2021 Quietus

The sun has now climbed to the Eastern hills Charioted in scintillating glory like a mighty king Shattering the mist with his lance like beams He exults like a victorious warrior His crystal rays rouse the sleeping birds And they begin their dulcet chorus without cords

Playful spontaneity is frowned upon,
looked upon as unbecoming for adults
but vibrance of innocence cares not for scorn,
as its pure childlike heart bliss emotes exults,
living in the moment, each breath a new dawn,
leaving it to God to determine results.
A rebel, a nerd, we follow not the herd,
for having cracked the code, we need no password.

Your Death Lies Before You

Oh! Mighty kings, how many of you have been cursed by a beautiful silhouette.
How many of you have willfully fallen unto treacherous ground.
You have been poison by her pleasures and in her labyrinth you reside, for love is her poison, and desire is a trap.
King no more, but a broken man, for before you a woman exults herself, and in her nakedness –your death lies.

struggling for results
no more, heart exults
pulsations of joy
since thoughts don’t decoy

aligned with God’s will
our consciousness still,
poised in witness mode
lets not desires goad

sometimes dreams replay
causing heart to sway
but we soon rebound
since we are not bound

being by bliss led
in truth we’re spoon fed
following love’s scent
for assured ascent

Divine Poetry

Divine instrument, is poetry
and only poetry with her magic vision,
who describes
the indescribable,
defines the indefinable,
exults the verisimilitude
of the simple, because
exceeds any limit
of the believable and the incredible
breaking the shackles
  of the mysteries..
Simplifying and demystifying
the obscurities by clarifying
any and all secrets
exposing emotional beauty
of poetry...!

Premium Member Between

Between all strife,
A deeper calm exults.

Between all movement,
A certain feel excites.

Between all chaos,
A willing peace abides.

Between all madness,
A charming way floods best.

Between chaos and movement,
A deep stillness anchors.

Seek to know stillness
Beyond feelings and thoughts.

Peace and bliss embrace,
Stillness is love unsaid.

Nimue

So quietly she trips across the floor,
dragging random flotsam and jetsam
she finds in niches the vacuum can't reach.
With evil intent, she crouches at my feet.
Then BONK! I've been kitten-bombed.
She exults in my reaction
of flying drink and floor-bound french fries.
Then she creeps away again
waiting for her next opportunity
to turn on airplane mode,
shut down the computer without saving
my changes,
and scare me half to death.

Mirror

Some mirrors are cracked Some mirrors so clean Some mirrors biased Some look so serene When you smile in dew My mirror exults In many a hue Yours in pink tumult We wish to live in Eyes in the mirrors Are not we still green How much robbed by years Love looking in glass In flux the red vase _________________________________ Word count: 59 17 May, 2017 Contest sponsored by Laura Loo

THE QUESTION (college life)

Carefully
How carefully
Leather elbows has selected
Chin elevated
Eyes sweeping the classroom ceiling
Now he turns!
No!
Not yet
Now his back is to his victims
Thinking perhaps of writing on the board
No!
A sudden lurch of the shoulders
He turns
Mouth opens slightly
Eyes dancing mischief
Downward goes the chin
“NOW!” he exults
“Aaaaaaaaaa…………..
Let’s see?....................................(grade book)
