Between all strife,
A deeper calm exults.
Between all movement,
A certain feel excites.
Between all chaos,
A willing peace abides.
Between all madness,
A charming way floods best.
Between chaos and movement,
A deep stillness anchors.
Seek to know stillness
Beyond feelings and thoughts.
Peace and bliss embrace,
Stillness is love unsaid.
