Premium Member thanks for being so neat

Seeing aisles of messy shelves
Before a shopper even delves
Is a horrible curse
Which Whole Foods can reverse
With stockers who were Santa's elves

Premium Member At the Park

At the park where they can be themselves
Where little's imagine and frolic like elves
On swings and slides, their happiness delves
Later in life lasting memories of ourselves

House With Shelves

House With Shelves

An interested person is one who delves,
Into buying a house with many shelves;
For us to live in;
Long time been;
We owned after being built by ourselves.

Premium Member The Curlew

The curlew’s trademark, long down curved bill

Delves deep in mud, belly to fill

Heath and moorland breeding ground

Mating calls eerie sound

And then chicks arrive

Oh how they thrive

Birds anew

Puzzlebox

a poem is a puzzlebox open and shut
with a chimeraean key. and fay-like
are the enterings it delves, where
a moment is all had. now
and then clinking to the sides. turn
slowly. it will change as if time passed.

Delirium

Delirium delves deeply
Deeply dense
Derivatively dying
Dancing deliriously
Driving deeply densely

Happily hastily
Honeyed homeliness

Lying loneliness
Levitating loveliness

Delirium doubly
Dealing deftly deathly
Deeply delving deliriously.

Can Do Few and Seek Teeth Into

found tasks to be few
capable of and can do
sink my teeth into

not very clever
relationship should sever
terror made error

husband would whimper
because she had a temper
could still exempt her

we saw many elves
while looking at the book shelves
who into past delves

Premium Member Tolerant Unfeeling

In endless dark tunnel,
winding incisive anguish
delves deep tireless through
insensate sensual strata.

Visual surface of being sheared
to shards by excruciating trauma,
sinks to benumbed depth
of tolerant unfeeling...

seamless stillness.

Mind Drifts

Mind-drifts

A wedge of moon flowers in a fading sky
Floating above a stained swathe of drifting cloud
Mind-drifts in starts and stops
As dark deepens in delves and dips
Cat-steps in dry crunchy grass
Cicada-song shrill and sharp
Starlings tweet in social chat
Crow-croak bass resounds
Light ripples across my mind
Shifting thoughts, drifting wide.

Premium Member Consequences of Actions

She takes the sunlight
Brings it into the thunder
Massive eruption

She delves into
Pains culmination feel
She breaks her silence

Then the mighty fall
Wrongly placed hands were the tell
Revelations true

Consequences real
Time to rid of the sins
Many hated men

It’s finally time
To set the records straight
Let them face music

Late at night, way up north, Santa delves
into making identity elves.
When pressed, none remember
their pronouns or gender,
but it’s specist to sit upon shelves.

Mourn the Poems

a page is such a cold place
pen has a sage who delves for inner face truth's
the page entrances with silent mocking
word thought dances just outside the blocking
the sage thirsty now craves sweet success
but only digs graves in the sheets of paper white
mourn the poems never born
sorrowful worlds in the words
sage now sleepwalking
his empty words never talking

Life Renewed

The river, the giver of life
The river, the giver of time as we know it
Volumes of history on my shelves
Offer dark pictures
when one delves
into the records of the past
So I'll watch, the river, the giver
as it brings
life to us all
The river, the giver
brining home peace
The river, the giver
as it flows past our home
the river , the giver
make it your own

Premium Member It's For the Birds

Listen to poem:
The fragrance of an open bottle, ~~numbs,
It aires a room resigned to fulfillment,
Impatience dealt some wayward errant doves,
Carries them to moor like patient children,
Obeisance for 'tis nature that they delves,
Buries their heads fore flights of fluttering,
A floor draped in white feathers, winds bundles,
Door burst, shoos, closed windows, seals a bottle.

Birthing Blitzkrieg Bruised

worn wit's fang
omen's punctured prank
hoisted odds hampered
relieving rusty orders
monstrous myth melt
dripping dark delves

eerie experiment etched
foiling felon flesh
mental horizon's mesh

fragile future's confetti
humming hacked hymns
quarantined fate flicked

callous contractions cruised
birthing blitzkrieg bruised.

Premium Member Hollow Clearing

A hollow, showering light throughout itself Breaking apart the scene shows how it’s gone down Broken the life of the clearing not yourself Eerie the time of the night delves like a gown A shroud appears from the depths of the darkness There’s nothing that fire can hold or sure harness Calmness it is not, blanket of noise exists Screaming the spot caresses, I’m clenching fists

Freezing and Not Pleasing

is the teenth of june
found face painted on balloon
looked like a racoon

bitten by chigger
sores are bigger and bigger
once were on trigger

poems complicated
which were initiated
then replicated

did contain despair
records were beyond compare
them up trump did tare

there are those who delves
into books that are on shelves
wrote by tiny elves

not very pleasing
when I had started freezing
ended up sneezing

Valuables

Working in jobs we loath,
buying valuables we do not need.
We have no substance to survive on this,
our souls we can not feed.

A million miles away,
across oceans and cracks.
Exist people that own everything,
everything we lack.

The Mark of Cain,
we have burnt upon ourselves.
Ever plummeting southwards,
our conscious delves.

He collects them in bottles,
our evil ways.
Waiting to release them,
at the end of days.

Heart, Mind and Soul

My heart craves for moments
To indulge my soul in bliss
Away from toils and cares of this world
To eternity and immeasurable peace.

My mind delves into depths of time
Seeking treasures sublime
Hold moments captive in memory's realms
Recollections like fragments of shattered dreams.

My soul weary sailing turbulent streams of life
Swirling in life's discord and strife
Longing for that bright day dawning
To merge with infinity yearning.

Life Renewed

The river, the giver
      of life
The river, the giver
of time as we know it
Volumes of history
   on my shelves
Offer dark pictures
    One sees shadows
when one delves
into the records of the past
So I'll watch the river, the giver
    as it brings renewed life
The river, the giver
    bringing home peace
The river, the giver
watch as it flows past our homes
the river, the giver
     make it your own!

Bonhomie

If you embrace poetry, you'll never be alone,
It surrounds you, a cloak in which you're shown.
Time burns in its fire, fragrance prevails,
Poetry is a world unto itself, like Utopia's vales.

A lake of purest waters, sustaining life's breath,
Sprouting from hearts, seeping into hearts' depths.
Twining one and all who let themselves
Into one, like one, only one that delves

Into the depths of bonhomie's embrace,
This one, none other, reveals its grace.

Boundaries

We live within the boundaries
We’ve established for ourselves,
Which likely do not match
Where any other person delves.

For all of our parameters
Are special and unique
Tailored physically or mentally
To comforts that we seek.

The daring cross the borders
Where adventures may await
While most others rarely plunge
Beyond the confines they create.

It doesn’t pay to envy
Those whose boundaries are immense
For to violate our own might yield
A sorry consequence.
