sign of cosmic peace
Not all words bring meaning
Some swill like seaweed and debris
Tangling and getting caught
Then drifting like a fisherman's rusty line
Ripped souvenirs tucked like debris
Old rock preserves them through history.

despair
dusts hearts dreary
draped in stark pain debris
that angst next dresses more hopeless
depressed
and it all runs off
like a desert wash
after the monsoon rain
debris left in dry arroyos
hazard signs to remind
remnants of the storm
some day I will disappear
like a rock under the sea
lost, beneath all that debris
will you think of me ?
debris from dark storm
dredged by the leaf skimmer -
grandsons putter* in pool

the dust around him
he has not seen many things
the drunk redneck bull
his irony legs
both got a lick of work done--
cocoon of debris
Intertwined, like natures tree
Lighting strikes, there is debris
Years go by, we heal and grow stronger
Our roots run deep, in life defined
Quick over there!
Before it’s gone!
A rhyme to share,
fair to look on.
But, oh! Shiny!
Glittering flash!
Some bright debris!
Pretty for trash.
a mighty torrent
unleashing wrath –
storms eye
a scattering of debris
puzzle pieces

Sin and Debris
When will God with us agree,
Once free from sin and debris;
Other bad things,
Sadness brings,
Am glad He removed from me.

Listen to poem:
Each dawn's debris sort
of wreckage from day before
yields jetsam just junked
and flotsam break-up relics.
On the beach who can tell which?
ever drifting,ever shifting
sifting through the mountainous debris
it often seems they never rest
like snow upon the crown of Everest
are the gulls of turnkey.
Form:
She's shifting the bedrock
She's dancing tectonic
And now I am drowning
In the deluge
Struggling to get to the surface
Fighting through the debris of my heart.
Whistling wind
wrestling with withered leaves
on the cocoa farm
Lifting debris does not pay
I plead thee
go to our leaders' hearts
blow down their stony ramparts
Could you be serious for one minute? She asked.
Like the Dog Star? I quipped.
Radiant I glowed, and in the moment, basked;
Inexplicably, the next, I tripped.
Leaves float in the wind
Averse to sitting in trees
Falls on big debris
My dream for palm stays empty
Miss your cup of orange tea

Tears that drown the heart are like a blue sea,
With waves of pain crashing onto the soul;
Flowing with an anguish beyond control,
With lonely eyes underneath the debris.
Lying on a truthful table;
Clinging like three-day-old food
To pots,
Still scrubbing,
Oh, still scrubbing
Off debris --
You are to me,
A lie wrapped up in honesty.
In suit of orange, he strides the scene
With tweets like whirling winds, sharp and keen
Promises made to sweep the debris
A tumultuous path to a grander decree

Space debris is rife
Collisional cascading
Junkyard in orbit
When these bits collide
Eventuality is
Ablation cascade

Wondrous heart
In even cosmos,
Diamond and gold get glow,
Like knowledge to souls.
Breathing through debris in slush,
Opt for gems with wondrous heart.

Destruction From Did See
From storm destruction we did see,
Along with all the ruins and debris;
Through hurried,
And things buried;
Is such a sad sight for you and me.
