A young girl with the Spanish Fly
Decided it was, "Do or die"
Could she fit in
So many men?
There was nothing to do but try!
you on the way
mabe up state
the road tired burn
you must be stren
as you turn
your minds going
to the brids

HIWAY CURVE
Our Vicar has a magic wand
A gift from some old vagabond
Though our choir can't sing
His "uppity" thing
Will rise to salute every blonde!
A sanctioned priest fell in his cell
Lickety-split straight down to Hell
He grabbed a spade
But for its shade
Since Climate Change does not bode well
Michelle fell for a guy named Mikhail
Whose imagination is so fertile
She felt greatly loved
As she has been told
That her most beautiful curve was her smile.
misshapen bell-curve
disproportional distribution
of misconceptions made
as a result of faulty representations
within the view point from an underground
vantage point
Handling the Curve

When life throws a curve,
And it rattles a nerve,
To focus return,
The lesson learn,
From direction never swerve!
Bobby Stokes pined to be a politician.
He was bright, idealistic, full of ambition.
But in office he forgot
what he clearly should have not.
Incumbents heed a dirty tricks tradition.
Her mood isn't like the weather
Eastern and western style
A wise person with big heart
Light mind often not little
In figuring out
Northern star and
Going on the right curve road.
Let's hope for the flattening of the curve
It's bound to happen, need to keep our nerve
The timing is critical
Must think logistical
Think positive, shop smart, CONSERVE
From such loving trust to decrepitude. Heartbreaking. Another time.. wonderful.
Embrace the learning curve of Identical polarities. Outcomes remain. Another penny drop, another goal another gain. ??
hand cups a breast
fingertips trace lips and thighs
learning curves of love
crescent lid of light
In frozen glass marbled eyes
penetrates
Yoke, spills, dilates sun
Noble thick mourning tears
Drop, slip off a dome sky
Existence a great learning curve
A journey to sway and to swerve\
Whilst society attempts to unnerve
Communities we need to conserve
Help others with kindness we serve
Self love is what we deserve
Fulfilling our lives with much verve
There's strength in being bent, askew,
for in nature nothing is straight on cue.
Trees lean the way the wind blows.
Streams carve the path where water flows.
Bending to flex and bow is not compliance,
For resilience resists, reworks defiance.

Attentive eyes, skillful movement;
Music tune lowered and brake applied.
Distraction, a sin at the moment.

A smile
Can mean happiness,
When brimming with bliss.
A smile
Can mean surprise
With twinkle in one’s eyes .
A smile
Can mean empathy
When hearing a story.
A smile
Can mean sorrow
Burying it further heart’s burrow.
But when a smile
Never loses its shine
That can only mean—
A determined mind!
poised
above the minaret
a crescent moon –
a woman in labour
holds her husband’s hand

Note: The crescent moon is related to life… a sign of fertility.
The ‘curve’ refers to the moon and the belly of the pregnant woman.
dead man’s curve is my want-to-be scape
wait, I am there, no need to refute it
curvy and dangerous, harrowing to many
intimidating and scary to others
proceed with caution
some are diffident, shy upon approach
be afraid, I think, be very afraid
my master mind laughs at their confusion
dead man’s curve and I are twin souls
waiting for those who dare
Everything pressing on my mind
So, I question, why?
Blessings are small when addressing
Where I am currently at right now.
Life is compressing my being
With every-day turmoil progressing.
I am a window dressing of peace,
But a different narrative inside.
Blessings my Lord, gaze down on me
And open a flood gate of discipline,
Help me transcend above it.

Enableability taken away
in an instant, the way it was granted.
If we be a conduit, we should not sway,
there being no ego to be flaunted,
with no narrow thoughts, feeble and slanted.
We being oriented for expansion
are thus disconcerted by contraction.
However, it is the ego upset
having lost reason for celebration,
since pristine presence always stands erect.

Mitigate to stagnate
What have we become
Fear for fear's sake
Are we protected in our cocoon
We are isolated
Do we hear the voices of the dead
Do we mourn in isolation
All die alone
No loved ones near
Just sterile isolation
The cry of the soul is blocked by the hum of machines
What have we become
What have we lost
Curves and daily numbers of the dead
No humanity
Faceless in isolation
Just a number for the daily briefing
The engine blew up in my car.
Leaving me stranded looking at the stars.
Not quite sure what to do
I have to go to school.
School has kicked me hard this time.
Hopefully I don't fall behind.
So much homework and no time
Kids are helping me to lose my mind.
they will not listen and think they rule the world.
Where the hell did I go wrong.
Well this is life on my side of town.
Just waiting for my stars to align
As I tackle the world one more time.
Step by step
A new mind map
A trap to strap
Point by point
A strange new joint
A surge that points
Urge by urge
A sensuous surge
A bonding verge
Line by line
A touch drafts fine
A craft that's mine
Mind to mind
A squeaky find
A touch that binds
Heart to heart
A glimpse of art
A touching start
Soul to soul
A feel made whole
A sublime goal
Learn to learn
A lifetime churns
A poise that turns
