Condescend of being happy
changing thought and sense
with playing chemistry
Solution is well planned
called it nature balance
made them all thought
is the joy what we should have

She says bow down before me and I will be your friend,
She will talk to me only if she can condescend.
With no hesitation she will try to put me in my place,
This is not a friend… or someone with any grace.

Jan doesn't write iambic pentameter
So please don't condescend and mock her
We have different styles
I bring laughter and smiles
Please remember Jan is just an amateur!

Sun sprites fill my eyes
crystal brilliance synchronize
all my thoughts in Southern skies
sugar tasting wind~
Nerves of needle nights
condescend the Northern lights
as I turn to say good-bye
and make my way to him...

His image built; the mighty king
began to sing
“All heads must turn
bow down or burn.”
The faith of Judah’s best declared
"We will be spared.
We will not bend
nor condescend.”
Our God can save; but should He not
”We’ve cast our lot.
This is our vow;
we will not bow.”

Politicos prattle
their prating rattle,
will such rantings ever cease ?
Smugly they sanctimone
as listeners,inward groan;
With theories,so unreal
hypothesising on how we feel;
Will such arrogance condescend
listen,or unbend-
or is it all just talk
sans hard yards of walk.
Trust me,it won't happen again !

Verse
Never act like you know it all, or,
Come on too strong or condescend,
For you’ll be known as a perfect boor
Even if, in your presence, we pretend
Yes, avoid that reputation, my friend.

well if one won’t stoop to fight the devil ~ he will always condescend
he’s further up the ladder ~ but down a manhole so let’s not pretend
and how do I know such things ~ on any level he’s a charming friend
one who makes empty promises ~ only the mesmerised comprehend

Euphony of poise
Languidly impressed upon the minds with
Ease and social graces
Gesturing magnificently with liquid hands
And setting the room afire in interest
Never needing to condescend while
Creating an atmosphere of dignity to
Entrance normalcy to the height of irrepressible combustion.
(Written about and dedicated to my mom, who,
being the embodiment of elegance always,
passed away 7/11/07)

A stranger, somewhere, there exists,
Someone I can never be;
A thief who'd pilfer what I
Treasure most so easily.
For little difference I have made
To both what's me and mine,
I was a witness many a-times
To easily-said goodbyes.
But God has taught, if Love be pure
'Tis not about one's self,
Instead what for the beloved one
Will truly be best.
Hence, even at my own expense,
I'd rather she be happy
Even if her happiness' cause
Will not be me.

I place a great deal of importance on morality
and never will I perceive it as a mere triviality
It is a fine quality I seek when choosing a friend
A virtuous trait, one should never condescend
Those relishing debauchery, I consider unsavory
Surrendering their honor will surely lead to slavery
A bondage that breaks the ethical code of respect
Their sense of morality is in a state of gross neglect

Oh, fickle friendly fearful feline,
ne'er a pet be so sublime -
playful, licking, leaping, purring,
even while you're sleeping stirring;
watchful with a wary eye,
careful cunning in disguise.
Our fussy flip and fuzzy friend,
we're thankful that you condescend
and bless us with your loving being
though the dog is disagreeing.
We kneel before your regal paws
with which you shred and kneed and claw,
but with that warm and funny face -
a faithful friend we can't replace.
