A commoner married a Prince
This woman made the whole world wince
She always had to have her say
The smitten Prince might rue the day
He met this woman, I'm convinced...

Commoner
Commoner

Nature that we daily hear or see
Is dull- “it bestows us no glee.”
Would its Anatomy we dissect
There is what we did not suspect:

Roiling in Tea Cups; fierce storms
That opens grisly can of worms!

Who Needs Thanksgiving
We three guys did the man thing,
No turkey wing or cranberry ring,
No corn on the cob nor fat ham,
Not a juicy pie or sugared yam,
Decided on a commoner meal,
And short trip behind the wheel;
"Get ready boys, if you please,
We're off to get some Chinese."...

To Think
TO THINK

the frequent mangling
thoughtful tangling
factuation intensified by the love of the wise, is no wiseman at all, but
a commoner sequence going on and on. resplendent is the word,
complex is the verb. and the orderly brain functions that allow your
nerves to feel all is the fall.

A Commoner and not a lord,
He spent his life,
And round his bedside,
Stood only his children, and his wife.

His stroke was fatal,
At 8 am on the 24th day
Of January in the year 1965,
God paved his way.

A genius, an orator,
A husband loving and so mild,
A man who swayed the masses,
In fact “History’s Child”....

SUMMER FLOWER
SUMMER FLOWER

I am relentless, a true survivor
Pushing up across every green lawn
Unashamed, just like Lady Godiva
But a commoner, no affected yawn
From that famous seed head, I am born
Then to bright yellow, in all my glory
My salad leaves tell a different story
Yet I am something to keep an eye on
Despite comments so defamatory
Don’t pity me, I’m a dandelion

Birth and Death
of birth and death
                          birth bringeth joy, whilst
                          death bringeth grief
                          and shakes man in disbelief
uprooting his very belief in Living,
                          for man remains mortal,
                          irrespective of whether he is
rich or poor, a king or a commoner....

I Seek To Release Thee
Thou art held prisoner in a dungeon far away. Mine heart is dripping with sadness this day. My father the king looks upon thee with disdain. He thinks thou art just a commoner and plain. Thee I love, and seek to release thee from thy bonds. I shall gain thy freedom where after thou can abscond. After thou art free, thou can becomest my wife. In this kingdom or the next, thou will share mine life.

The Wanderer
An adventurer of sorts,
Moving here and there, and yet
Nowhere, I find everything everywhere.

Sometimes liked, sometimes disliked,
But most times,
Just misunderstood...

While speaking in a similar language,
Still more a foreigner than a commoner ;
only because the subject is foreign
Not the language itself....

What is the commonwealth
If wealth can be so uncommon,
As only titillating in a dream.......

The Executioner
A tinge of guilt or a twinge of sin
Ghostly pallor on his calloused skin
Taking a man's life away again
Might the hangman's conscience be in pain?

Society's dregs must pay their due
And to him it's just a job to do
Innocent, guilty, it matters not
He must obey those who call the shot.

Tonight he'll have sumptuous dinner
Grateful folks treat him like a winner
Like royalty, not a commoner
A toast to the executioner!

Premium Member Her Papa Does Not Understand
What does she need to become a witch? The proud papa said.
He did not understand, she already was one, apparently.
She has to have a kitty cat, black that is very well fed.
She already has the right magical, mystical witching family.

The papa is a commoner, he does not get it I guess.
He asks what else to we have to do? How can I help today?
The other witches and I have to truthfully confess.
The only thing he has to do is stay out of baby witch’s way....

Who Will Protect Us
Who will protect us
Is good to hope
But depends on what
It could be false
It could be right
It could be truthful
But it could be wrong
Yet it good to hope

Who will protect us
In a world dying
Were commoner
Are meant to short live
Dying with there hope
Buried with out achieving
Their precious aim
Cos their life's was determined
From there prime time
Cos despite they hope
They couldn't escape
The program of no
Positive hope result...

You Care About Me
Why do you care about me?
Why are you nice to me?
I thought I was nothing to you,
I thought you hated me,
But you want to be my friend.
You want me,
Yet you are more than me.
How can you love me?
Someone who is lower than you,
A commoner...
But you do,
You say it's alright.
You want to be my friend,
And love me for me.
You don't care what they say,
You only care about me.
I can't believe you love me,
And want to be with me.
It was always you,
You cared about me......

Explanation
The innocence of my beloved cannot be explained
The purity of her speech cannot be explained.

Every step is bewildering & miraculous.
The fog in the transparent glass cannot be explained.

How I wish I was the same old commoner!
The unwanted change in my life cannot be explained

Rest assured, this world has indeed finished.
The silence at my suffering cannot be explained.

'Mumtaz' you lack charisma which others possess.
Your existence in this dubious world cannot be explained....
