Birth and Death

of birth and death
                          birth bringeth joy, whilst
                          death bringeth grief
                          and shakes man in disbelief
uprooting his very belief in Living,
                          for man remains mortal,
                          irrespective of whether he is
rich or poor, a king or a commoner.
