Wise One

i saw a squirrel i
swear i'd seen
before but
the first
time
he

was standing on
a stump that
used to be
a trunk of
an older
than we

tree combining
the ages of
both you
and i

'that Dish'

That Dish

The seasoning splashes over

Gently he tosses the creation

To smell, to taste

Is it perfection?

Creating love, combining passion

Fresh and giving

Succulent, indulgent and orgasmic

That dish

My Spirit Complete

Combining thought with emotion,
  the words came to life

The images eternal,
  as feelings ignite

The lines now in concert
  all stanzas to meet

My psyche impassioned,
  —my spirit complete

Ginormous :: Dunim

Combining only two words to form. Gigantic means too large. Enormous just shows sense of excess. Both above normal norm, use for notable stress. But, its reuse may be to splurge. It's not good word to conform. ~x~x~

Fridge Magnets

Fridge Magnets

I love my
fridge magnets. They’re much quicker than me at
combining numbers so I
pay them to do all
large number or
quantity questions in
my math tests and
homework assignments. We have a
special way of
communicating.

Who
I am,
where I've been,
what I have done
seen or heard, is stored for inspiration.
It takes all of my senses to create,
combining all
refining
into
art.

Speak

speaking
quoting
what do you say
do you hear my words
do they have meaning to you
speak your words
give them life
speak against me
speak to me
words combining
forming meaning
speak those damned words
just speak
scream at me
say something
anything
just speak

JONQUIL

JONQUIL

You may know me as Jonquil
My cousins are daffodil and narcissus
A fringed cup surrounded by petals
Each combining white with yellow
The latter, a hue with my own name
And I’m perfumed, but they are not
Distinctive yet I shouldn’t be proud
As amaryllis, we are all still family

I am listening to some wonderful music this season. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra is the reason. The sounds they produce are a sensation. Combining modern sounds with classic is a fascination. Such glorious Christmas music is what they play. They have me in the spirit for the holiday.

Natures Ill Moments

Touching warm rains
blinking sun feigns
foolish clouds try to sweep
thunder shutters all.

winds combining to stir
darkness steps in to warn
that a storm has brewed
lighting startles the sky

nature held in captivity
time has been uprooted
beauty has been stricken
till the rainbow rescues all.

Newdays

for reawakening daze
for purpose and time
I lack what I cannot find
light gazers bottled my intent
waves blended in shrines
for jumping and screams
for rediscovery
He has yet to pin
short comings and long walks
combining my flowers
for another day
for another breath
each day is just another
all just like the rest

Hidden Truth

The word for what they did past tense
And all just to escape your sense

Next the word for where some live
Wolves and foxes must find or dig
For neither friend nor foe will give

Last what is not revealed
When a lie is told or lips are sealed

You should be worthy of my trust
But combining all found answers is a must

A Fire On Ice

On a great rink
where no one could sink
she puts a smile and her faith
Now this young girl is ready to skate

A perfect triple pirouette
combining the magical minuet
Excellent somersaults... she did it twice
Her grand leaps made fires on ice

Her flaming dance of passion
was an intense fusion
and this winter...
she is the winner

Solution

if love equals pain &
pleasure equals love &
you love & hate & together
we create, how should i
know if it feels good? would
you tell me, pretend you're
considerate & tell me when
to grin, when to writhe scream
& scratch- it's not about
am i attached are you real
it's about mixing the solution,
combining parts- shake,
stir, & combust.

Writing

Put pen to paper and
as the ink flows
so too your strength grows.
The power of the pen
to heal and reveal
innermost thoughts
amazes.
Words within
hitherto unrecognized
take form.
As you scribe unconsciously
the introduction to self
sparks a new friendship
of intimacy.
Put pen to paper
for the combining of the two
creates a powerful force.

Me and My Sister

i mind when i was wee
playing games with my sister

we kept each other free
me and my sister

we loved with all our hearts
protecting each sister

even after having kids
joined each sister

Combining all these things
playing all the games
loving with our hearts
loving each others kids

We are glued, me and my sister!!

The Last Blast of Fire

Before the world
became home to the life we now
know
an inferno of fire surrounded it
  The heat created life
as the darkness
    was finally shattered
  Little do they realize
     how the begining
 came about
No Adam and Ever here
  Just some atoms combining
the storybook is itself half closed
yet fortunately not completely forgotten

The Perfect Compromise

I’m sitting’ in a patch of sun
Or else I’d likely freeze
Because, although it’s June,
There is a really chilly breeze.

I’m not complaining - heat and I
Are different as can be.
I’d rather suffer winter’s bite
Than wipe the sweat off me.

Today’s the perfect compromise,
Combining warmth of sun
With fall-like winds, such weather
Bringing smiles to everyone.

Victoire-Victoria

Winding back the years
I deliver us an ocean of cheers
Many seek to throw us aside
This presence is real and well alive
No need to retrack
Many will guide us back
Combining a masterpiece
I have found peace
Listen to the whispers from within
The mountains kiss the wind
Colour your journey with love
As you seen from above
Let silence surround me
As it now guides me

Invitation To the Rain

Hip Hop Won'T Die

some days I'm neither decisive nor constant still in mid step advancing parallel combining
due stress pre-tense in depth, feign fair, fair is not love nor hate, objecting
lines turning war torn due reputations proceeding by stride and sweat pourn ,
but the clocks harder at self gaining advantage and foolish lost to
insincerity, caused by quotes barley examples of thought misunderstood .

I'm hearing considerable chatter about patriarchal narcissism,
which is, indeed, absorbing and darkly fascinating;

But, I do wish we could invest at least twice as much energy
on analyzing therapeutic potential
of ecofeminist compassion,
re-synchronizing Time's sacred-secular co-investments
re-combining healthy bicameral minds
re-linking wealthy co-passionate bodies,
domestic
and external.
