Easter Egg Colors
staring at so many colors.
colors of spring, colors of old.

the season is in the air.
Springs fair arrives , natures carnival.

eggs of color, season of new.
birds building nest, Winter takes a rest.

Summers dreams are growing.
Wind is blowing in your hair....

Colors of Spring
The contrast of the
bluest sky to be
and the crispest green
seen. Make one enjoy
the colors between.

From the petals,
whites thru yellows.
To Robins red,
and trees brown bark.

Outside you'll
find enough
to inspire.

Brigthest
desires.

Spring....

Premium Member Winter Taunts
Winter taunts with his sunset
   blushing the underside of clouds
with colors of Spring blossom pinks
   stretched across the waning sky.

Painted as with an artist’s
   expert brush
teasing my soul
   languishing in yearning
   for the breath of Spring,
Reminding me who watches
   how very distant
Spring blossoms be.

Spring rides in carrying
a vial of green
pouring it on the lawn,
dribbling it on the garden.
Happy and celebratory,
St. Patrick's Day is drenched
with the color green.

The probing sunrays
pierce the darkness of the woods.
Hidden greens explode.
Naturalizers and neutralizers,
the shades of green
enhance the more vibrant
colors of Spring....

Spring Time
The colors of Spring
Yellow is the sun
Green are plants and grass
Pink are the tulips
Clear blue is the sky

The scents of Spring
Freshly cut grass
Fruit trees in bloom
Floral Bouquets

Sounds of Spring
Birds chirping
Kids playing

The Spring

Pastel Sky
The day is done,
As the Sun gives leave to the Moon.
Pastel colors of Spring,
are painted upon the canvas sky
so as not too forget the day that passed.

The Stars will soon message you,
And the crickets will join in melodic chorous,
As Night begins and we can all sigh
in relief knowing that tomorrow the sun will rise again...

In Hope of better Tomorrows.

BE Love..... BE Peace...

Listen to poem:
the carpet of snow
inch by inch disappears
earth covered with sleep
ever so gently awakens

the thaw sets in motion
streams gurgling and tingling
and birds rush home to nest
while colors of spring come to life

The Colors of the Seasons
The colors of Autumn
Are vibrant and bold.
Shining in amber rays of the sun
Leaves of orange, red and gold.

The colors of Winter
Are joyous and bright.
Silver bells ringing
Under a twinkling Christmas light.

The colors of Spring
Are hopeful and mellow.
Green grass that surrounds
Flowers of lavender, pink and yellow.

The colors of Summer
Are simple and true.
The bursting glory of fireworks
Framing our flag of red, white and blue....

meadow turns startling green overnight
monarchs and luna moths appear from hidden crevices
sun colored daffodils lead the parade
                                    searching for umbrellas
                                         streets are blurry
                                          colors of spring

Free From Fears
Freeze them in winters age
and find the new colors of spring
maturing into a summer’s sage
and see autumn trees shedding
leaves into the carcass of a skin.

Free from fears and criticism
And other people’s insecure opinion.

Before nature’s manipulation begins
Sorting the seasons into neat closets,
We mend our ways of scarlet sins,
Leave heavy loads and all regrets
Regardless of how the flaws intercept.

Begin within the rhythm to pray
free at last from cares of today....
