A cup of coffee in my midsts
Keeps me fit
As I open up my box of chocolates
I am bestowed with accolades
Today I feel I must pray
And must obey
Gods sumptuous
Plays!
Eating chocolate bells until my bulging stomach swells.
Indulging in the sweets which I was given as holiday gifts.
Enjoying delicious small chocolate coins from a mason jar.
Digging through the sweetest of a fine soft solid substance,
Looking for the velvety amber caramels and chocolates,
But such indulgence all too often renders them as delicates.
There is no taste as sweet …

why all the roses
and chocolate
everyday?You
stated, because
you're my Valentine
each second,minute
and hour of the day.

Dreams of contentment and dreams of desire,
These are the things that the heart doth admire.
Flowers and chocolates are merely to say,
Our hearts meet our dreams on Valentine's Day.
On this day of love, I will follow the crowd
And give to you lots of chocolates and flowers.
But my love for you, I will say loud and proud
Is all year long… every minute, every hour.
On Valentine's Day, Clay brought her candy
Hoping chocolates would make her randy
She threw him out the door
Yelled, "Men are such a bore!
I'm in love with twins, Mandy and Sandy."
Cups of peanut butter
Called Reece’s, tootsie pops,
Chocolates, Snicker bars,
Caramel Twix, sweet fruit
Chews and Skittles top the
Chart as treats loved by most
Children at Halloween.
Lazy flower
Petals for her
Just cause she’s
The one I adore
Roses for
St. Valentine
Chocolates so
She’s crazy
Bottle of wine
And here I close
The door
Cause tonight
She’s all mine
A PRAYER
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the Lord my shape to keep.
Thank you Lord for all you've done,
For chocolate, ice-cream and cream bun.
