Premium Member Let me heal

Let's set things straight now
I'm healing from brokenness
don't need promises

too many pass by
try to comfort what they can't
just leave me alone

She Wolf

After falling in
love with a demon,
she became an angel
of Chaos.
A wild storm with
lighting running
through her veins.
A dancing star
with a brokenness
that makes her
beautiful.

Drifting Dream

Build me a sandcastle of drifting dream,
just to scatter every particle in the wind...
Lay me under the burden of brokenness,
until the shore gives in to a new dream.

~Ayesh

May It Find

A soul was comfortable in its brokenness.
Frightened to feel the happiness
that greeted with a smile.
estranged itself into solitude.
may it someday find love or
may it find peace
or both.

Smile

Praise - Adore
your smile
it conceals the nude of your brokenness
with it half - torn raiment
yet it sparks
sometimes yellow - white - brown
or a barren land of pinky bliss

Sixteen Seasons

It was all upon you. Its all but you:
the brokenness, the wickedness,
the wilderness.

Sixteen seasons.
Obsolete for mere reasons,
taught a boy valuable lessons.

The scorpion and the frog:
its me but you.

Broken

When God is all you have,
God is all you need
But God brings beauty
out of brokenness.

He restores
He calls us
and brings
JOY
So my trust is in you.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit
Psalm 51:17

Faith Lives

I will never give up believing that there is good to be found
When I was lost and couldn’t see the light, God still saw the best.
Through my brokenness I found myself and in his great mercies bestowed upon us faith was born.

Hug

you hugged me
and in the moment
i felt happiness
i felt warmth
i felt comfortable
and i felt yours
i felt all of the brokenness inside of me, come back together
and then you let go
and that all went away
now i am cold
and i have been since

My Soul

I close my eyes,
To keep my soul from shining through.
Try to disguise,
The brokenness that lies inside.
The dust is settling now,
What’s left is all that remains
A tattered me, a broken past.
A girl who just wants to be set free.
That is who I am.

BROKEN

Broken clouds, bring down rain !

Broken grain, sprouts into grains !

Broken hearts get restored !

Broken items, get mended !

Broken soil, produce crop !

Broken bread, fed five thousand !

Do not get dishearten over brokenness !!!

Solitude

All I say and all I do
looses nothing but
chaos upon my life

So I go to seek out
a place of solitude

A hideaway from all
of my pain and suffering

A place where maybe the
brokenness will mend

And dreams will come
and live again

People out here in this World are agonized, wounded for more reasons than anyone may decipher.
Where’s the compassion? For another human being. It’s so much going on in the world, it makes one want to hollar. Somebody please tell me what’s going on in the world.

Quiver as pinions tremble
Bandaged by your balm
Brokenness shed to soar at dawn

Quiet Seas

Lord, lead me
to the quiet seas of your peace
camouflage me
in the waves and currents
of the undying love
you posses for me
Quench my thirst with more
of your splendor and rightcheousness
to heal the brokenness
of my body and soul
and to restore me
back into your image

Night Walk

The beauty from within overshadows
my brokenness
A voice of hope spoke unto my hopelessness
one hopeless rainy night, as my tears
merged with the raindrops
See, I had to take that walk
The soothing of the rain eased my pain, as
comfort fell upon me in the midst of
my prayer

Love Hurts

His heart has been destroyed. Struggles to find inner peace, His heart has felt pain.
Loves rough on a soul, Uncertain with why love ends, left standing alone.
Can he find the strength? To repair the brokenness, That leaves him hurting inside.

Heart Shaped Hollow

There's a heart shaped hollow in her
as she stands amid falling leaves
the bare branches bear witness to her brokenness
her heartache hurts to her harm

A Watercolor Lie For Two

upon the painted grains of sea
I posted dreams of a candy-cane
barely on the verge of belief, we
drown myself to sleep in a bed of insane

within the breathing skin of a canvas
you rub your brokenness into my heart
shallowly I drift to clean up the mess
that neither of us would ever start

Music

a wreath of roses, seductive.
gratifying as fine wine,
when faded from the lips
and nectarous symphonies die,
reverberates in the hearts
its scents, long a dweller; a sacred pill
for brokenness,
a muse for ecstasy

The refrains - pervasive in the air,
land, and water;
This gift from the gods.

Power of Poetry: Broken Heart

I
Grow as Nature does around a human mining operation
Oil you hair, open your eyes wider, ears softer... roll heart over diction
Dry your tears, give broken heart to Dr. G O D, Jehovah Rohfikaa, Elohim

Broken hearts can mend, do not rush to hate or declare an end, stay a friend

Small Talk Delayed
David J Walker

The days dawn falling in
Uncertain brokenness

Strangeness
came in waves
of multicolored
Cool sunrays

Nothing would be the same
		He said
But nothing ever is

Instead
	Of small talk delayed

The gardener went about
his business
Pruning the garden
