Fashionable sculptor John Bacon
famous for tombs you'll come upon
His methods were so zealous
&opinions were a little pious
You have never had bacon! Oh you should.
Don’t tell him that! He’ll get mad pig disease.
How do you know? Just ask the cows.
from my south rough
we sit on stoods
and eat good food
and listen to the blues

on the way its fixs

oh is slips
like mist
from my wrist
and takes a stroll upon the page
the scrambled ego's
I'd or did i mean id
scrapping symbols
just to exist
Steal the bacon, crack the eggs
What of those games we played
Laughed off as childish felonies
They haunt us now ~ life's cruel recipes
its a taste
don't go to waste
its goal
and its soul
food from the old
you will reload
its good
well under stood
its how its fixe
GRIT BACON AND BUSTIC
Baking bacon tis a terrible sin,
regardless of the pain I am in.
I'll fry till I die,
with grease in my eye,
and blisters and boils on my skin!
this is breakfast treat
to eat
it make you beat
gets underneath
just heat
put it in and grim
and boil no oil
thats how its fixe
i eat a lot hot
BACON EGGS AND GRITS
What is for lunch? I asked my niece.
Bacon and legs, she said.
I thought this was hilarious.
Until lunch when I saw my chicken leg and bacon.
She was not wrong.

Bacon and peanut butter loaves
He loved meat tender
He got fatter, sad and alone
He got out of bed
Scratching his head
Then promptly died on the throne
The King is dead.
I go out seeking the sun's rays
Cool
White
Plump
Moist
I lay there torturing myself
Hot
Sizzling
Salty
Turning
I return inside
Dry
Brown
Wrinkled
Done?????????

Chocolate is for me,
Color me beautiful.
Can dip fried bacon or,
Crunchy with lots of nuts.
Could live with pineapple,
Causing smiles everywhere.
Candy box is great gift.
A piglet broke free from her pen
She’s pursued by three angry men
Caught by her curly tail
Oh how piggy did wail
Guess he saved the bacon again!

A shortage of bacon reserves
Has Willie, pork lover, in nerves
Willie says drat
Without pig fat
I just might lose all my curves
(based on the fake news “Bacon Reserve Shortage in the USA”)
Bacon,bacon, I love my bacon
Crispy,crispy,crispy bacon
Together with scrambled eggs
Or an omelet with bacon
Maybe a fried egg with bacon
Anyway I decide to have it
Just as long as I have bacon

A burger well done
With melted cheese
Followed by crispy bacon
With a side of fries
Is my burger meal
I enjoy and have often
There is another
Burger I enjoy
The crispy chicken
On a bun with mayo
Then lettuce
With a side of fries
There once was a man who fried bacon,
Naked as the day he was born.
The grease would pop about,
And he would hop about,
Like a mad Lepre-corn!
I realize it doesn't fit the perfect limerick pattern, but it is definitely limerick in spirit.
