Bringing Home the Bacon

A piglet broke free from her pen
She’s pursued by three angry men
Caught by her curly tail
Oh how piggy did wail
Guess he saved the bacon again!

This is something my dad would say a lot, coming home holding LITERAL bacon ... poor piggy, doomed to be a side-dish on someone's plate. A cute one, Jan, as always.
