Please stop rocking the boat.
I would like to remain afloat.
I don't feel like swimming ashore.
Please don't rock the boat anymore.
Silently washed ashore
this precarious log; from
where did you come, to
where do you go?
My dog, on you he'll
chew... I hate you.
Waves
Rapid , swift ,salty waves brush seashells ashore
Orange and pink clasp halves scatter on sand

There was an old man of the sea
Who was invited ashore for tea
He took just one sip
Hurried back to his ship
Muttering a tot of rum will do me
In days of yore
All it took was war
to unite us
Think that’s no more?
Let war come ashore
we’ll shake off the rust
breeze wafting ashore
surf invades beach's white sand
angry terns squawking

a hot burning sun
endless waves washing ashore...
gulls stealing french fries
a refreshing breeze
scores of sandcastle ruins...
a day at the beach
Astounding high fliers
Ace gliders and divers
Artful, very skillful
Amazing large wing spans
Ashore only to breed
Awesome and majestic
A great bird of the sea.

whispering low tides
lunar fables washed ashore
articulate waves

Happy birthday, dear Mary Ann,
Waves go ashore when tide is high;
Lovely words written in the sand
Are witnessed by the sunny sky.

now years later,
walking down those rubble and dirt,
which creak in agony,
i am reminded of that innocent face,
which once washed cold ashore,
on a bloody dreadful day,
when the world stood still.

The yard that courts my heart,
May propose a thought in me;
Envoy to impart:
All the words of destiny;
The ship disembarked:
Be my own amen;
Let each poem ashore,
Anchor strength in statement –
I cometh through the sand stones of time
Washed ashore before you were born
Knowing my voice is silent
Though determined to find
The one who prevails
Through terror reigns
Set me free
For you
Love

Knowing my voice is silent
Though determined to find
The one who prevails
Through terror reigns

You must never disturb a woman
when she is taking her beauty rest
while floating ashore on gentle wakes
or else she will transform
into a human hurricane
with lots of violent waves
surging right back at you
although the waves violently swirl
and splash about,
fiercely gnarl
and roar,
their rippling wavelets so gently
woo and caress
the soothing,
soft shore.
volcano erupts
beachside village in peril --
monster 'neath the waves
water wall rises
tsunami washes ashore --
souls float on blue tide

My footprints painting pictures on land
While walking barefoot in wet sand.
Admiring the patterns on high
Created by clouds up in the sky.
Picking up the coral and shells
That wash ashore on the ocean swells.
Coastal ghosts
Out of the foam
when a mighty wave crashed ashore
came a pair of transparent
horses
flying mane of course
They were last seen
galloping
upland where the mist
was settling for the evening
