one jumps through many hoops to just log out

Got the Hump Enemies
Got the hump

In need of some well deserved T.L.C

Then follow me

I am off to enlist in the Army

Because the advert said

Be all you can be

And who doesn't love a man in uniform

Apart from Enemies...

Beware of Sales
From a store that sold only beds
Came an advert in my email,
50% off everything
This is a closing down sale.

So I bought a double bed
Taking the assistants advice,
But the delivery van brought a single
50% off the bed, not the price....

Uncomfortable
we forget that were
more comfortable pretending
we cant see in the dark
sometimes we bring our flashlights
but we always know exactly where to shine them first
so i advert my eyes as
my hostage pretends to be surprised
i should just be myself...

Respect Stephen Morrison Burke
Stephen Morrison Burke

Respect to you Sir

I absolutely love your work

So much so i even took the
time to look you up and
google you

And all because i seen you
on the Nationwide T.V advert

And my mum even noticed
and thought you we're good too

And that is saying something
and a massive compliment...

My God  David
Your pants are so tight
Nothing left to imagination
Had to look twice.

Your famous for football
Wont watch you there

Going to sit and stare

Writing about David Beckhams underwear advert.  ( my goodness I am a sad case).

I dont know you David but my heartfelt hopes are with you and your wife.  Seren....

Premium Member Mountains of Love
Listen to poem:
"Mountains of Love"
said the advert.
on a Monday afternoon,
and I suppose I should give mountains
to whoever plays my tune.

Trouble is
who is this guy,
and will mountains turn out wrong;
I'll reply to the ad. next Monday,
if I'm still in Hong Kong.

The wind it is fast blowing
over South China Sea,
and mountains of love sure tempt me,
whatever it may be.

Hard Time
Distractions that are trivial,
have kept this poet sane.
Through passing seasons,
counted hours,
daydreams like waters rained.

I've doetted on the little things,
to advert those inner eyes.
for they know my darkest secrets,
concealed in pretty lies.

My days are numbered in this cell,
My "time" slips quickly by,
I view myself in passing pools,
reflections in prisoner's eyes....

Hundred Proverbs Advertize Herbs
To the public the man shows herbs
For Advert hundreds of proverbs
"Your worries and mine wisdom curbs!"
Lots of Adjectives and Adverbs;
On roads blares, neither dumb on kerbs
Voice screaming hoarse near touring Serbs...

But the Old Seller of New Herbs
Settles for nothing short of blurbs,
The problems of voice pitched high curbs
And down brings number of proverbs...

"Buyers I see less for sung herbs"...

Just Exactly How Old Is Eva Longoria
Just exactly how old

Is

Eva Longoria

She of Desperate Housewives Fame

Because the tv advert she is on
advertising facial skin wrinkle
cream

She looks and has the skin of
a 20 year old but surely that
can't be right

Because that show if memory
serves me correct ended and
was on a long time ago

Hasn't she aged well she is
looking younger by the day

Note to self

Must try that cream myself...

Brayco Table Water
Mmiri Oma

How can I live without you?
Your essence is soothing to my body and my soul too
It's heavenly when you run through my oesophagus

You quench my thirst when my throat is dry
Your energy stabilizes my mind

I fear not of diseases cas you are in the purest of forms
Unlike your wanna be who are neither well trained nor reformed

This is not just an advert or me trying to sell
This is the truth I tell
Brayco Table Water makes me "Live Well"...

Premium Member The Milky Bar Kid
In years gone by before the web
we had an advert on TV
it featured the milky bar kid
his slogan was 'milky bars are on me'

This kid just loved chocolate
but especially the white kind
they were so smooth and creamy
bringing a relaxed state of mind

Nowadays you get variety of sizes
chunky, large, medium and small
they taste just great
but you know that's not all

The milky bar kid had a song
it was a great sing a long
so get your milky bar
the best choc by far
