A Pulling Abyss

At a cliff, hanging,
My grip starts going unwind,
Making me fall deep...
A bereaved forlorn abyss,
Comes pulling us to our death...

Glass

Glass like pottery
is fragile
and can easily break
ah! I fear to be
injured by broken glasses
as these things
 too are making up.

I unwittingly caused a vast chasm~
                                     where despair is eroding love.

Abyss

For upon this face, loves tears have walked,
Tears filled with broken promises,
tears filled With lies and betrayal,
dripping into the dark Abyss.

My mind is a blank abyss entwined in a paradox an illusion waiting to define reality a reality wanting to get lost in illusion

Premium Member my room an abyss

I throw away this
I toss out that
my room an abyss
the piles so fat

if this was a crime scene
the police would cry
murder would escape
with barely a try

Luna, rise high into the night sky, and ink its darkness with golden beams of reflected light. Light up the ebony abyss enveloping me.

Premium Member Bleaks Abyss

Bleak
my life
endless strife
to where, darkness
consumed by an abyss so delightful

I now fall, in entering, smiling I
appease echoes
resonates
my heart
still

Abyss

in a far off place
a land full of dreams
wonder approaches

although asleep
I can taste the sweetness
on my lips

if I move
it slips into the abyss
of darkness

Staring At the Abyss

Looking at the void
Open eyed falling
Mouth agape
Our eyes chasing theirs as you drop

The wells power
Ghosts of the past
Things come and gone
Looking back at you

A marionette

A marionette of the void
Aware of the needle like strings,
Stranding on the edge of light
Yet covered by the veil of hollowness
A woeful homunculus, gazing at the abyss

The Abyss

How blissful it is to live in the abyss.
Unaware, insouciant of the world around,
Tormented are the empaths in the desensitized world,
Who are to their earthly senses bound.

Abyss

Skulls on the wall of this dark abyss
Forever looking for the end
Suffocate diminished air
O' endless pit of doom
Why do you insist
Upon making
Me suffer?
Please help
Me!

The Abyss

I gaze up
Into the Abyss of darkness,
The expanse of blackness.
And see their smiling faces gazing back at me.
Shining, beaming,
Glowing, gleaming.
I'm glad to
Know
There are stars.
Form:

You Are My One True Star In the Dark Abyss

I dwell in the light
besides the north
high alike
the clouds
I see it
as I rise in time and close my eyes
and open them before
the sun
and stars
I am the
one and two
the star of
stars

Staring Into the Abyss

Like a deep mysterious well
Those gone before disappear like dropping stones
Once loved and so familiar their faces
Gone to where what is gone is gone
Look as long as you like
They won’t come back

My philosophy on life goes something like this In spite of the hassles, end each day with a kiss If no one's at hand Send a kiss to the land Appreciate the good stuff but avoid the abyss

Coffee, the beverage of people worldwide Three cups a day makes the brain smarter as an aside A braggart I'm not But I'm obviously caught In a dilemma, not a fact this super brain can hide

Premium Member Grief, the abyss

Loss of a loved one cuts deep.
It feels like we'll never smile again.
We don't know how we'll ever cope.
Friends who care will extend their hand.
Somehow we will manage to go on.

A chasm divides us from spiritual realms
Bringing inner conflict as we spiral into chaos
Yet the divide gets deeper with time
  Shadowy preachers spew twisted sermons
Steep is the fall from grace
