Mujhsa Pareshan Aadmi

Behad manhoos sa aur aam aadmi
Kabhi dekha hai mujhsa pareshan aadmi?

Jeene ki chaah liye zindagi se haara jo,
Zindagi ke falsafe se anjaan aadmi.

Ishq ko kahe Khuda, ishq mein haara hua,
Ishq mein jo ho gaya nakaam aadmi.

Jiske chaaron or tha shor bas bheed ka,
Ab reh gaya wo khaali sa makaan aadmi.

Auron ki zaruraton mein ho gaya kharch jo,
Kabhi dekha hai kya aisa beimaan aadmi?

Manzilon par pahunch kar manzilon ko dhoondhta,
Jeetkar haara jo, aisa nakaam aadmi.

The Boardwalk Pier

every year I used to visit a place down by the sea

the boardwalk pier
pizza stands with fresh fried dough
expossed to the sea shell band with family & friends
let the reader understand
bars with beers flowing
was a socialized wandering wizard

frisbee guy and the man playing guitar by the off shor bar
the smell of sea salt & taffy
sunlit morn rolling waves in song
beautiful women in bikinis
playing hacky sack in the back
into the surf I go

Sand in my shoes singing its blues

honk of the horn souped up Nova
listening to the radio hearing Huey Lewis & The News
lobsters galore down at the neighborhood store
shopping for T shirts would often flirt
with the ladies nothing to shady
playing arcade games with friends
going down the water slide

suntan lotion
sipping on cherry Coke cause that's my potion

Where's It Written

Where’s it written he’d like to know
That he must be a man
He likes the way things are right now
Doin’ the best he can

He turned thirteen last Friday morn’
An’ Pa gave him that look
Like he could wear a bigger hat –
As if that’s all it took.

He knew that day was comin’ soon
When he’d put on the spurs
He’d join the ranch hands at their chores
An’ fight the cockle burrs

But dang he’d miss the life he’s had –
It came an’ went too quick
He’d cleaned up Texas pretty good
When hoss was just a stick

Well, maybe there’d be good in this,
He’d shor’ give it a whirl
He knew that things was changin’ fast –
He’d noticed some cowgirls

And dang he’d miss the life he’s had
But he’d do what he could.
All he could say about them gals –
“This better shor’ be good!”

Darr Lagta He

Mujhe rehne do sapno me
Ki jeevan jeene se darr lagta he
Mujhe rehne do sannaton me
Ayurbal ke shor se darr lagta he

Bahut saare padav abhi baaki he
Par path chalne se darr lagta he
Abhi Kayi log milne baaki he
Par pehle walo se darr lagta he

Ve paraye aaj apno se lagte he
Lekin apno ki yaari se darr lagta he
Naye logo ko aaj na jaane Kyu
Dost kehne me darr lagta he

Jeevan ki ekantata tod , Bheed
ka hissa banne se darr lagta he
Bina kisi ka haath Thame Ab to
age badne se bhi darr lagta he

Kuch log mere liye bhi Jeete he
Unka soch marne se darr lagta he
marne ki kabhi sochta hu to
Maa papa ke ansu se darr lagta he

Dozakh Aur Sharab

Dozakh aur Sharab.........

Tere laboan ka rang mile ga gulaab mein
Teri nigah e naaz ka nasha sharaab mein

Mil jaye gar woh aik baar mujh ko khwaab mein
Rakh doon ga dil ko cheer ke unki janaab mein

Dozakh mein mil rahi he mujhe peene ki saza
aatish bharak rahi he suboo-e-sharaab mein

Behre tashaffi aaen ge Muhammad e Mustafa
Bakshe gunah jayen ge roz e hisaab mein

Dil ki kitaab band na krna kabhi ay dost,
parhna likha hua he jo roshan kitab mein

Moosa ko gadriye ki samajh aaee na jo dua,,.
makhmoor tha woh nikhwat e baar e sawab mein

Du pal ka he suroor jo rakhe Khuda se dooor
shaitan ka he shor o shar sharb o sharab mein

Peeri mein sab ko aati he yaad e khuda hee kion?
he lutf jab ho yaad e khuda bhi shabab mein

Easy One

Not trying to be too brash
Or sound like poor white trash

But there is one thing I love
About my man- only thing I adore more
are the brains above-

There is only one for this lass-
I shor' do love his ass!

The Castle of Dreams

The Castle Of Dreams

7:19 AM 11/25/2003 (c) Jacqueline Shor All Rights Reserved

            The Castle Of Dreams

Once upon a time
In a castle long ago
There lived a little princess
With hair as white as snow
She played a little game there
With the friends that she new best
They told each other of their dreams
And made up all the rest
They dreamed of mountains
And rivers of glass
Flowing through the mountain pass
The princess was never lonely
So many friends she had
They never ran out of games to play
They never had time to be sad
So little ones gather
And dream the whole night through
So you can share them with your friends
Like the little princess did do
Your friends will love you too

Thank You Lord

                 Thank You Lord

             I woke up this morning
             That was a feat
             Then a blood vessel broke
In my eye, it's no joke
             And then to my surprise
             The Lord cleared my eyes
He is so good to me
He sent His Son to set me free
             I pray alot these days
For my friends and there ways
             I pray for my enemies
             God help us all please
             These are the end times
They are here, all the signs
             Beloved please consider this
             I don't want to miss
When Christ comes back for us
There will be no more fuss
Trials are good for Kids of God
To learn a lesson before we trod
On Holy Grounds is where we'll be
In Heaven which is anger free
To live in peace through Eternity
