My saving Grace

Distruction
Depression
Drugs
Death
Just a part of how I used to feel
I thought I would never heal
Never see through this cloud of fog
But I have found God
The one true love that I need
If I didn’t have him, I don’t know where I would be
He helps me see clearly
My dear heavenly Father 
Oh, how loving you have been
Showing me the good
Never leading me astray
Healing me through you, never walking away
Your earthbound child
Here to love thy neighbor
Share your love and peace
You have taught me to fight my battles through you
And that is what I shall keep continuing to do
My saving grace
Though I may not be able to see your face
I will continue to chase
The short chase for your love
Heavenly Father, take me in
Oh, wait, you already did
That’s why I’ve had this relief
This weight has been lifted
Thoughts have shifted
I never believed in you when I was a kid
I hid away from your love
But as I’ve gotten older, we’ve only grown closer.

Bitter-Sweet Passion

I chose to love
Embraced bitter sweet love
My mind's patched
My heart's banded up 
Yet it heals to be fibrosed 
To never beat like before
All a consequence of loving
Loving has never been more difficult
But do I still will to love
You are damn right , I do
Cos it's my way out of a dystopian life 
Love's hurts are like butter to bread compared to my dystopian woes 
Finding love was always a daydream until I grew wings and escaped back to reality 
You don't know how many times I died inside in loneliness
You can't fathom my heavy burdens
I have appeared all fresh superficially but deep down I dessicated multi-ply 
Love was my savior, my guarding grace

Nothing and you

Are not two..

That's the saving

Grace...

(Short..but these few words might seem to end seeking..)

Our Saving Grace

It's not the blackness, that will be our fate,
This we will cry out, when the time is late.

The all-night meditations, about things,
and the surprise, when the morning bell rings.

Those who wake, with sleepy eyes and smiles,
before innocence, the world defiles.

This land of opposites, and its' extremes,
that turns out to be, much more than it seems.

They say that love, will be our saving grace,
as its' light illumines...our sacred face!

Saving Grace

Precious romance in paradise 
A memory that damps the eyes 
Lovely tune of charming love song 
Played in the air for hours long 

How can his heart forget her face 
When her soul was his saving grace? 
She's a star of the darkest night sky 
That lifted his spirit high 

She's the sun in a gloomy afternoon 
That blew away his lonely tune 
She quenched the thirst of his contemplation 
She was the calm of his agitation 

May the heat of her warm embrace 
Fill again his empty space 
So the heart that craved for long 
Will play again his lovely song

Saving Grace

when your blue sky
              turns gray,
          when all flowers 
        in your garden wilt,
when the light switch of hope
               flicks off
           to pitch-black,
             turning you
                 blind;
                 when 
                  your
                   up 
                    is
                 down;
          when you have
            nothing else
             to cling to -
                 faith
      is your saving grace.

Silence is charmed
disaster avoided
New breath to infuse
fresh words on the run

Tomorrow disarmed
the instant unleashing
Each moment a present
—time gifted becomes

The Saving Grace

What happened on this late date,
None could possibly anticipate.
For averted tragedy-exhilarate!
Cheated was cruel hands of fate.

Daisies thrive in sunlit zones,
And with Him, failure is unknown.
Of seasons that've lately flown,
Never the sun more golden shone.

Saved by grace and reborn alive,
By His love it is that we survive.
It causes all of nature to thrive,
And canaries of summer to arrive!

Genuine faith God ever approves,
Prayer causes mountains to move,
Day to depart or night to remove,
As stars twinkle in the groove.

Stunned by joy, stunned by love,
Surpassing all that was dreamed of!
Stunned by grace, of heaven above,
As the sun set on skies of mauve.

Saving Grace

Through the storm and the chaos
I have found the light
Brief and non enduring
But a light nonetheless

Saving Grace

Pure light
True God
A single entity that loved us
To mould in his hand
The saving grace of the world
The pure light
The true God
Came here to live with us. 

This day
Christmas day
A God so powerful and divine
Without a single regret
By the vessel of the blessed mother
This one day
Today, Christmas day
The gates of heaven were opened.

Jesus Gives Us Space He Gives Us Saving Grace-

Jesus, Jesus
He gives us;
Saving, grace;
Upon our confessions;
Dismissing are sins;
JESUS GIVES US SPACE HE GIVES US SAVING GRACE-
When we return to God;
When we repent of our wrongs;
Saving, grace
Jesus
Provide for us;

Oh, God, God
Creator of all;
Father provides us;
Everything in His love;
When we return to God;
JESUS GIVES US SPACE HE GIVES US SAVING GRACE-
When we repent of our wrongs;
We’ll see His face, (in peace)
God
Father created us;
Jesus gives us space, He gives us saving grace
All I need is just, a little faith

Saving Grace

Should the house and all its contents be lost
 and everything pay the price of disastrous cost
I would put on my jeans and sweatshirt warm,
  clasp my dog, my companion, take my dachshund  from harm,
     (he is always with me, at my side), no lie;
 scan the room with tears blurred and choked
 pick up the picture of my love and hold it close,
  as all else goes up in embers and smoke,
find my way to the open bedroom door
 look back one last time at the memories there stored,
take the Bible, well-used and tattered from the kitchen table,
 grab the car keys near the tv stand and cable
and with one last look, myself I would depart
 for everything in my life, is always close to my heart
 and everything else can be replaced
with a brand new start of saving grace.

Wending her way westward, wafted on whispering wings
   Sailing serenely southward, slithering past secluded scenes
Nudging northward, noticing narrow, noctilucent moonbeams
   Edging effortlessly eastward, entering ecstasy's eerie baleen...

Grace dillied and dallied, then dithered and doodled and dozed
   Could Heaven's Handiwork save her? ~ Neither angels nor seraphs know

of tiny raindrops and promises,
an upside-down rainbow

Poetry likes to play hide and seek
    with clouds of cotton,
and words seem to drift in sugar coated
         memories
