Eating them won’t make you smarter
Flying them, frying them won’t make you high
Scraping them off the pavement
Certainly, won’t make you fly
Peeling them off some stickers
May certainly make you laugh and cry
At the same time like me
Synchronicity
There’re always two sides to every coin
Just like there are two halves for every brain
The left and the right may just hold a private conversation
Inside the skull, my numbskull sculling time
Scrolling through my mind
Perhaps, this is the time
I reach out to another
Other person with some brains
Who believes like me and who's not insane:
For some unknown reason
Eating poetrysoup
Really satisfies my brains

~ When the earth cracks -
provides inspiring moments with timeless treasures ~
quote by poet
Have faith in a spring after winter
The pulse trembles as thin separator sheets
in the diary of poetry
drops that create the tree of life green
Still a little weak – sleep-inducing feelings
may need a long time to come to the surface
Liberating to reach for what matters most
It is an thrilling season to embark
The frozen earth slowly begins to thaw
Through the secret dark grave of the night
and the pockets of the sunrise
white wings unfold - champagne satisfies thirst divine
The process depends on the embrace
Receive springs snowdrops with a silent kiss

Have to keep the door closed
(after that midnight treat)
The coyote or wolf far off
(too close)
Can’t remember the plot
(salsa has tightened its grip)
upon awakening
(not at all sure of that)
the widening of the dark
I open the door slowly
to the shadows
(a strange light and likeness)
The wild animal is scarier
enclosed, inhibited
(it tears at my throat, claws
my innards - from a distance)
The pillow next to me
has no face or hair
(hope he’s living
downstairs!)
I need his warmth, his touch
(I’m shivering cold)
ALL THE LIGHTS GO ON
the bathroom
the sink
the bedroom
the hallway
the living room
the stairs
He’s there, in his chair
I tell him I need him
He says he will be along
shortly, so
I remain, reading
in my recliner
shortly waiting
then the warming begins
side to side
his hand over mine
a warmer blanket
after midnight the wolf
will wait to attack
and with waiting
he satisfies his appetite
I’m still cold at midday
but my fears sleep

Happily discontent, that I am, that I be
now future
happy discontent
achievable out of reach
joie de vivre bags of regrets
what I am now what I could be
love the journey are we there yet?
live in the present dream of becoming
I'm truly self made I'm reactionary, dependent
let it be, let it be, now endless mindful reflection
I’m restless, but at peace unable to sleep, daydream
I’m thankful for many things when will this nightmare end?
nothing is perfect, fully satisfies quest for perfection ruins the journey
life is an ever evolving process hit or miss, sink or swim, stuns growth
a chest full of good things in life a pile of things underachieved, undone
thankful for what I’ve got so far I want more, but I'm burdened by failures
acceptance without complacency resentful, jealous of what others have
accept that creativity makes mistakes counting failures, clutters & confounds

Bright light pervades the tomb.
Wrappings neatly folded, laid aside.
Perfect Son of Man resuscitates;
Adorned in power and majesty.
Darkness of death irreversibly erased.
Salvation in Christ’s sanctified being.
Lamb - head-to-heels immaculate.
Brilliance of dayspring greets groom.
Perfume of heaven saturates atmosphere;
The Rose of Sharon satisfies.
Lambent Messiah cast off sin.
His eyes bear no pain,
Nor shade onrushing sun.
Intensity of love and majesty;
Zealous to embrace His victory.

Who am I in the context of you?
I’ll blindly follow your every whim,
For changing is a sin—
That only fools choose.
I’m obliged to follow commands.
It’s written in my code,
That my life isn’t mine to hold—
Though it feels like something I’m handed.
Yes I know I’m weak.
Weak to the power of influence,
Self resolve is a nuisance—
To those who have already reached their peak.
The context of you satisfies everyone.
Mine lacks that sort of power,
So instead it devours—
The context of your idealistic one.

Lord, as I long as I live
I will worship You
You are my rock and
my strength.
Upon You will I build
my spiritual home.
When the storms come and
the winds blow
my house will shake
but will not fall.
You are the bread and
water that satisfies.
My soul will not starve
or want for thirst.
You hold me in the
palm of Your hand.
When my journey is over
I will live with You
in Your house
throughout eternity.

Zapped our eyes
ears centers
not on a beam
unless
on a ledge
teeter-totter
in space
our eyes want more
or less
either way
satisfies
the milquetoast
our ears crave hypersonic
or a hum
matters not
his horns levitate
left and right
halos
hooked over them
self-righteousness he craves
when Christianity
behaves
dead are men’s spirits
around them

Hope is fading,
I've been participating,
Patiently waiting,
Playing a game,
I'm secretly hating.
My health is fading,
I'm wading through debt,
I can't care for my pet,
I don't see an end yet.
I'm so tired of the hour,
Devouring my life.
Her's some Change for you strife,
I hope it satisfies,
Are the lies we're told.
I can only fantasize,
The peace in my demise,
So my spirit is free to rise.

You and I are God-made male mortals
Mortals with two ordinary legs
Legs I use to jump, move, run and walk
Walk on my unique way
Way that satisfies me sentimentally
Sentimentally to duck destruction and death
Death, self-destruction and annihilation of homes
Homes destroyed by that men’s uncontrolled limb
Limb naturally productive but artificially destructive
God created one man with two legs and a shorter one
A spur to paddle into a neighbor’s food
Food unique to the owner
Men, let us educate our boughs

Career woman is practical
I might as well speak
Frankly and sincerely
Talk about the career plan
Your ideal type, your favorite
And your sports
No more beating around the bush
If you want I could talk about you
Girls like you think of nothing
But find a rich, handsome boyfriend
For your vanity's sake
In the spare time, he will take you
For the spring flowers
And the summer rain
He satisfies all the romantic fantasy
In the work time, he will pay
All the bill for his absence
And give you an extravagant life.

Missy Sue makes malted milk shakes
and she savors marmalade,
macaroons and snickerdoodles
and sweet souffles she has made.
Sue is messy slicing melons,
strawberries and mangoes too.
Sue munches seeds and celery sticks.
She mixes meats, making stew.
Milk chocolate -mouth-watering,
sweet and marvelously mild -
satisfies Missy Sue
mainly if it is Swiss styled!

The world today
Every thing at our fingertips
A meme factory
Consuming everything
And feeding everyone
A rapid endless stream
Satisfies the insatiable
For the briefest instant
But robs us all
Of lifetimes
Of discovery
And so we are initiated
Taken out of our mind
Into another
Stages of the path
Snakes and ladders
Life hacks
And buried treasure
Whatever it is that holds
Generates
And shares the meme
The light within
A hall of mirrors
Knows no bounds
And needs no introduction
And still the child discovers
Their way
Turning fear into familiarity
Confusion to wisdom
And the simple joy of following
A path
Older than time

Soft arms enfold me,
like meadows' warm embrace.
You're the only one I see,
Lights on!
In this sacred space.
Warmth seeps into my soul,
A glow that satisfies deep.
A kiss like molten gold,
Her allure, a dream to keep.
The alarm tolls,
Here I lie.
Alone and broken,
As the days go by.
In dreams, I sail,
A sea of hope, serene.
In this world, I flail,
A gruesome scene.
What shall I become?
A fool in love’s embrace.
When will this void be filled?
The day I leave this place.
Pillows like clouds,
Once more, I descend.
Soft arms around me,
In slumber, I mend.

If I may serve the One
Who silenced the darkness,
Sent peace to the spirit,
Overcame the fears
If I may serve Him,
The kindness who abides,
The gentle in my life,
The music who confides
If I may serve the King
Who taught me everything,
To love and hope and believe,
To never give in to grief
If I may serve my Savior,
The Master, the Maker,
The One who is light,
Who always satisfies
If I may serve Him well,
Avoiding the fires of hell,
Because He is my life,
God’s Son, whose sacrifice…
Gave me a second chance,
To love, to hope, to trust,
To know the One who came
So that my heart would change.
If I may serve Jesus Christ,
The King, the hope, the light
I’ll know the meaning of life,
To glorify the One who decides…
When I’ll begin my new life,
With Him, in paradise!
Death is not the worst end…
To die without Jesus,
would be inconceivable…
To die without Jesus – that is unthinkable!
