The Ice Clan

The clan of Icemen wear their mask
covering their faces while they attach
They try to cover their guilt and shame
But in the house of God that shame remains
In westerns a mask was proof of a robber
Hiding their identity to avoid their slaughter
Zorro wore a mask and The Lone Ranger too
But no one ask the question what their mask do
what kind of law protects bank robbers and Jessy James
Since when did the sheriff had to hide his name
An officer of the law has a certain fame
With that fame comes attached a proud name
Nothing like The Untouchables or the O K Coral
But something hidden hiding their moral
Pharisees and Sadducees of our own day
Chasing Gods disciples away yes away
One can't help but wonder
What will happens to their souls
After finding out that to Satan they were sold

I am saddled with a heavy burden
The Pharisees didn't see it
The Sadducees only made me sadder
Now I know I am surrounded by hypocrites

Premium MemberLike Children In The Street

Jesus, the incarnate, told parables to his people.
Like the poets, figurative language, he cleverly used.
Pharisees and Sadducees showed as though they were legal.
At the law of love of Jesus, yet, like Gnus, they're confused.

Were Pharisees and Sadducees like children in the street?
They weren't simple, immaculate, sensitive, and thoughtful.
In them, hatred for the counsel of God had been complete.
They were arrogant, aggressive, cowardly, and spiteful.

They were pipers, who wished the poor to dance to their tunes.
They wished the lowly to live like mourners at funerals.
Theologies and philosophies, they thought, were there boons.
In their mental equipoise, yet, they were mere juveniles.

Though Jesus mocked them, molding them was his mere intention.
As flesh needs blood, they're in need of divine intervention.

Premium MemberJesus And The Demons

As thorns exist with the rose, or redness subsists with blood
The evil that dwells in hearts has its traits in the physique.
Though humans try to nip all negativism in the bud,
Expressions of the powers of pessimism are unique.

They lived with humans who couldn't live with other humans.
Some took shelter in hills and mountains, and some lived in tombs.
To them, day-to-day life and duties seemed like illusions.
As though in unison with nature, they tore their costumes.

Jesus contained them all, as a sea could hold any drop.
His words and touch, as medicinal herbs, healed their ailments.
Peace, joy, and freedom in physique and psyche flowed nonstop.
All who witnessed his acts praised his divine accomplishments.

Demons, yet, in the form of Sadducees and Pharisees
Finding fault with him, they could find their souls, never at ease.

Washed my hands but I'm still dirty
Brush my teeth yet I still cuss
Soak my feet in the lake by the cabin
Yet am I still a savage;

Nappy hair and I don't wash it
Still I smell no one wants to come near me
Change my clothes when I'm made too
wore dirty and torn are my sandals

I am homeless, because I don't want to be with them their people
Who swear they need me
Been accused abused and mistreated
by those clean Christians who so accuse

spit, speak, preach hell fire
Do the same things I do yet you hide it
Juz like the Pharaohs and the Sadducees
You know the scriptures, but ya don't know Jesus

I've done wrong, but it was paid at the cross
I've done sinned, I deserved to be loss
But Jesus, paid for it whole at the cross
did die and rose again so I could enter in

I am homeless, because I don't want
Want to be with them their people
Who swear they need me
Been accused abused and mistreated
by those clean Christians who so accuse

Nappy hair and I don't wash it
Still I smell no one wants to come near me
Change my clothes when I'm made too
wore dirty and torn are my sandals

Again he asked, “What shall I compare the kingdom of God to? It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.”
Luke 13:20?-?21 NIV

A little yeast works through the whole batch of dough.”
Galatians 5:9 NIV

Then they understood that he was not telling them to guard against the yeast used in bread, but against the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Matthew 16:12 NIV

How can we recognize the bad yeast
So many different brands to pick from
Many have a quick expiration date
Many seeking praise of its rise time
When one has found the true yeast
One will begin to receive new knowledge
Distinguishing between good and bad
Working it's way through all the dough
That the good yeast will spread throughout
So when its time to rise
As the heat begins it's reaction
It shall all come together
In a beautiful creation
That is pleasing to the baker
With a new smell of aroma
Which fills His nostrils

Premium MemberThe Common People Heard Him Gladly - Mark 12: 37a

Jesus came with a message of good news
calling all sinners to repentance
He spoke in parables so all understood
that all who rejected Him received His sentence

Jesus spoke with simplicity and authority
for He was God's son, heavenly sent
to lead the people to believe the gospel
for only then could they truly repent

The common people heard Him gladly
for Jesus spoke with real compassion
showing He loved them to the last
moving them by His fullest action

These people weren't like the Pharisees
or the Sadducees and rulers of the land
who thought they were above all others
in reality, were blindly and a lost band

The common people were so glad
to hear Jesus every blessed word
for it brought them life and hope
in their hearts were truly stirred

("And the common people heard him gladly.")

Premium MemberJesus

The two major forms of Judaism in Jesus' day were Pharisees and Sadducees.
All of heaven and The Lord knew priorly that many of them would not believe.
Pharisees believed in angels, like those appearing to shepherds one dark eve.

Both sects had problems especially along the lines of 'JOY' and 'LOVE'.
They had no experience with The Holy Spirit descending like a dove.
Mortals could live a HOLY LIFE on earth without any HOPE from above?

Christ arrived with GRACE and an invitation for any who would, to have FAITH.
Jesus spoke with authority, not with arguments, discussions, or a Great debate.
Essentially, Jesus said to thief on the cross, come with me now; it's not too late.

The Great Commandment
By: Miracle Man
1-23-2020

Jesus said to love our fellow man
But I’ve found that some love easier than others.
We can love our neighbor as ourselves
while separating them from the ungodly things they might do.

*Matt.22 Verses 34 to 40

[34] But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
[35] Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
[36] Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
[37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
[38] This is the first and great commandment.
*[39] And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
[40] On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

John the Baptist

In the river Jordan
you baptized the people,
some were brood of vipers:
pharisees, sadducees -

hey sanna hosanna,
king Herod you opposed.
You were his prisoner -
his servants cut your head.

In spirit you survived,
bashing black pharisees
even in red cassocks.
White cassock will not save

the one with black soul
and be it the vengeance,
hey sanna hosanna -
just punishment of God.

Spirit of the Sadducees

Atheists,
nihilistic babies
weaned on void milk
They raised themselves not to partake
of any faith-altering substance —
God and religion
is hard liquor and hardcore ***********
to their pure humanist, temperance sensibility
They don’t believe in spiritual invisible things ...
yet, they can touch the unseen air they breath
The spirit of unbelief ... spirit of the Sadducees,
rest within the bosom of their dry souls
Breast fed on prayer emptiness,
so many miracles of God they dismiss with ease
On womb birthdays and tomb holidays,
they eat cheerfully the sumptuous Devil cake:
(a dark angelic spirit in whom they don’t believe exist,
of course, in the first place)
A pasty pastry which contain twin ingredients: malice and avarice —
hate and greed leaven mixed into the ugly bake
They take such preening pagan pride
in denouncing the very existence of God
But, in cremation ashes they can’t hide,
from the holy, divining Resurrection rod
When their atheist flesh and bones
get reconstructed from the urn grave
It will be too late
for them to wanna believe and be saved

John the Baptist

https://m.soundcloud.com/user-921599710/john-the-baptist-new
A sole preacher of the wilderness
To thus attest, the Lord’s word
Of numbers great, from lands afar
Would flock to him
To the river Jordan with baptizing
A righteous man, John the Baptist
Of whom would practice, righteous ways
To tell the people, flee from sin
To warn them of a coming king
A worthy man, much greater than him
Yet Pharisees and Sadducees could not appease
Nor make-believe, of apparent good
For turn away from solemn sin
Of God’s kingdom, enter in
Simply clad of camel’s hair, simple food, home of bare
From Nazareth, so Jesus came
To be baptized, God’s holy plan
Yet worthy not, to unfasten his shoes
Open heavens, spirit of God
A symbol of, the coming King

Premium MemberDeadly Flames of Religion

An adopted culture
inculcated into individuals
with packages full of half truths
blended with interests so personal
as the convictions of its prey
are bought too cheaply.

A never fully understood process
a system either ambiguous
or full of darkness
yet commands dedication and loyalty

Far from being a lifestyle
a pretender; so hypocritical to spirituality
and a sworn enemy to freedom
appears as the light
but comes in a flash and leaves total darkness
its actual and true nature.

So well obeyed
and diligently served
powerful and mighty
as it is a master
in manipulating the mind.

It's cage is heavy
with thick Iron rods
very small and compressive
but having no lock,
want to come out? Simply open the door
and emancipate yourself.

You need not follow the doctrine of man
to be spiritual
a mortal guide is ideal
but finding your own understanding
is the most appropriate
or else, you'd be burnt
by the deadly flames of religion

NOTE: There is a huge difference between being spiritual and being religious. Even in Christianity, Jesus Christ condemned the pharisees and Sadducees over and over again.. Why? They were religious and not spiritual!

Christ Sets My Spirit Free

Upon that hill up yonder long ago,
Three men were hung for evils they had done.
But one of them had traveled to and fro.
And taught of Heaven’s gates, oh, holy one.
He healed the sick and brought the word of God.
But Sadducees, then, claimed he was a fraud.
In innocence he hung upon that tree.
That Holy One of Israel set men free.

Pure love was in his heart, no selfishness.
But evils of that day wrought their strong hand.
They hung the Son of God in sins’ caress.
Upon their quest for power fear did stand.
That Son of God and man did bear great pain.
Though all the days he lived in sins’ abstain.
Great strength and love; his death he did foretell.
He gave his life to save my soul from hell.

Oh, precious Jesus, Holy One of God.
In humbleness I ask with contrite heart,
Please take my faith and guide me; I am flawed.
I thank thee for the gift of each fresh start.
Perfection marks the way to God above.
No gratitude can equal thy great love.
Imperfect as I am, I come to thee.
Please cleanse my heart and set my spirit free.
