Best Sadducees Poems
In the river Jordan
you baptized the people,
some were brood of vipers:
pharisees, sadducees -
hey sanna hosanna,
king Herod you opposed.
You were his prisoner -
his servants cut your head.
In spirit you survived,
bashing black pharisees
even in red cassocks.
White cassock will not save
the one with black soul
and be it the vengeance,
hey sanna hosanna -
just punishment of God.

A Pharisee was fair you see,
Because with the resurrection they understood.
But the Sadducees were called “sad-u-see”,
Because they did not believe that the teaching of
The resurrection was any good.
Both groups were very pompous you see,
And thought they were better than everyone else on the scene.
And even when Jesus Himself showed up at the grounds,
It made them more vindictive and more mean.
Several times they tried to trap Jesus,
As in the case with the adulteress lady.
But Jesus once again had to put them in check,
For His reaction was what they were watching;
Of which He made them look very shady.
Another time they were upset,
Because they healed on the Sabbath, someone.
Instead of being happy for the person that was healed,
They were upset amongst each other, everyone.
Today we have people like those just the same,
“Uppity” and you can’t say anything to them.
Thinking their too good to be with CERTAIN people,
Forgetting they are to love all people at all times;
But making some individuals feel very dim.
“Clubbing” or “Club-Hopping” on Saturday night,
Going to hear the Word every Sunday.
But smoking and speaking sadistic words,
As if it were something like a Monday.
Jesus told the Laodicean church,
That He would literally out of His own mouth spit them.
Because they were neither cold not hot,
They are what we call being “LUKEWARM”
There is a difference between,
Living in and committing a sin.
The first is a lifestyle one chooses to live,
While the other is a mistake one makes but not purposely therein.
So will you be a modern day Pharisee or Sadducee,
Or will you be a worshipper with sincerity?
Will you have a sarcastic or sadistic spirit,
Or be with your father in hell for eternity.

Dependable Defender Jésus Christ of Nazareth Football Club
This morning lost His appeal for the red card He received
During His side game with the highly rated Pharisees
He’ll be unavailable for their match against the Sadducees
He was sent off by no-nonsense referee Pontius Pilate
For defeating a host of Principalities and Powers
The Club failed to have the decision overturned by the Jurisdiction
He will therefore be sentenced to death by crucifixion
The ‘Special One’ is to make no comment on the decision
After Herod Disciplinary Committee dismissed the club’s appeal
Jésus offered Himself as a *Sacrificial Lamb* for a collective guilt
On the football club’s recent sloppiness and wilt
The Stalwart Defender's Penalty
Will begin with a physical torture
Followed by carrying a heavy rugged cross
Is the Disciplinary Committee right? Make your gloss

Shame must have burned her countenance,
along with fear that gripped her heart;
she’s a woman in the gospel brought into the open,
by those Pharisees and Sadducees in their attempt –
to entrap Jesus on the horns of a dilemma.
Known as legalistic in their respect for the Law of Moses,
they professed as guardians of moral principles;
they claimed as protectors of the Jewish traditions,
however, in truth, they had a wicked motive to ruin Jesus
to discredit him for all the things he’s doing for his own people.
His growing popularity especially to the Jewish men and women,
becomes a raison d’etre to ruin his good reputation;
oh, such a malady that continues to exist through generations,
the seed of original sin – its consequence to human behavior
reflected its aftermath, the evil tendency that is encrusted deep within.
Jesus’ statement, “let him who is without sin cast the first stone,”
made the religious leaders withdraw from the scene and,
starting from the elders they walked away and talked no more;
a sign of shame, an honest reaction to what is shadowed by guilt.
The entire incident focused on Jesus’ endless forgiveness,
his compassion for the woman being bogged down with disgrace;
like a moral stigma, a scarlet letter etched in the hearts of people,
with Jesus she had her past but she also has a future to look forward to.
Just as the prophet Ezekiel says, “I will give you a new heart –
and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone
and give you a heart of flesh . . .” its power and meaning can assure,
God’s love is everlasting; our salvation is his prime concern.

Narrative
Out of that ugly, cruel piece of wood
Ushered a sweet aroma, but by a sword
The Creator nailed by and on His creation
Offered a perfect sacrifice, for my perfection
From lands beyond afar, he descended
Boldly He came by divine steps of love and landed
In sublime compassion He stared at a lost soul
The whole world drenched in darkness since the fall
The devil stretching the blanket of wickedness
Entering the earth in love, animals congratulated
Room in the Inn could not be found, so congested
No religious people liked him even Priests of Pharisees
Even some of their own Rabbis and Sadducees
Sold for only 30 pieces of silver by the son of perdition
Suffered in the cruel hands’ that’s no Word contradiction
Carried the cross of my sins in deep agony
And drunk a bitter cup of my deadly iniquity
My saviour got an inflicting piercing pain of a head gear
Ended up with no vestures nhas they all wanted to wear
Sweetness sprung up out of that immense bitterness
Weaknesses swallowed and overcome by boldness
Eternity to win he enslaved death and took of its stinger
Entered hell and preached to souls in great torment
Then up with victory he arose like a real torrent
Now with keys of hades, he came up with him those saints
Eventually graves opened, triumph now reigns
Sweetness now floods my once troubled soul, he arose
Secure from all bluffs of the devil, his scream I oppose

Jesus Christ’s Final Days on Earth
His ride to town began with human praise.
And palm fronds paved the road that Jesus chose.
The will of God the Father Christ assays.
Upon an ass with humble heart he goes.
The lessons that he spoke on Earth’s byways,
All words he taught amid the crowd echoes.
And men began to feel the higher law.
So, on that day they greeted him in awe.
Alone amid his friends he sought to pray.
No man could understand His strength and pain.
The drinking of death’s cup for sin would pay.
The Son of God knew well he must be slain.
His fear of mortal death would come that day.
He bleeds from every pore as man’s sins reign.
Upon himself he took the flaws of all.
Submitting to God’s will that death befall.
Through trickery and lies his words were banned.
Some Sadducees distained lessons he taught.
The Pharisees paid Judas; and they planned.
Determined that Christ’s life would be for naught,
The soldiers knew the signal as preplanned.
The kiss of death sent Judas to his grave.
The news of his arrest filled all the land.
Lord, Jesus greeted wrath but he forgave.
Disciples ran away to save their lives.
The temple heard the angry shouts of hate.
Imperfect men succeeded with sins’ strives,
The hatred of the mob did not abate.
With strength Christ sought to save their afterlives.
As for the crucifixion he did wait.
In silent love he bore that bitter cup.
Because he loved our souls are lifted up.
Despised, rejected, hated by his own,
Upon the cross that perfect man was hung.
Because he loved us so, he did atone.
And since his death, great praises have been sung.
For man no longer walks through life alone.
As to the gospel faithful saints have clung.
Arising from the grave he overcame.
By righteous faith, his saints can do the same.

The Gospels share a negative understory,
thematic across all four.
However diverse these four voices may be
in describing and delineating Messianic love,
and political-economic priorities for poor spirits,
all four are univocal with anecdotal warnings:
If you are on the supremely powerful hoarding side
referring to those less fortunate than your enlightened self
as mere cowards
and traitors
and sinners
being who they marginally are,
as they perhaps criminally are,
for acting out insanely,
as they compulsively,
but not long-term nurturingly, will,
then you are on a wrong side
of co-redemptive ecopolitical action;
the wrong side of the GoodNews Gospels.
Blaming the victims
of poverty and ecopolitical marginalization
of abuse and neglect,
of addiction and victimless criminalization,
is the Gospel-condemned hypocrisy
of desecrating Pharisees
and Sadducees,
Publicans
and other clericalist malignant Aristocrats,
Caesars breeding Mammon
rather than CoMessiahs breathing Manna.
If we create an old with new blend of Jesus
as Solomon,
a more positive Gospel message
invites discerning issues of freedoms and rights to say
and/or do and not do
by asking ourselves, and each other:
Will this democratize freedoms to love,
to participate
to cooperate
to look for WinWin resolutions?
And, will this build higher boundaries around monoculturing restrictions
toward further WinLose anger,
fear,
intolerance,
chronic hatreds,
while excusing hypocrisies
of supremacists calling themselves on the side of defusing love's barriers,
removed from cowards,
losers,
soft on healthy defense,
fostering long-term economic disaster areas,
deniers of LeftBrain healthy nondual co-realities,
detractors from patriarchal capital-obsessed evolutionary self-aggrandizing theories
as more culturally important
than Matriarchal-ReGenerative CoOperation Stories
about Messiahs
and wise guys, royal as humble-servant birth
of healthy,
courageously cooperative,
mutually trusting and vulnerable ecopolitics.

An adopted culture
inculcated into individuals
with packages full of half truths
blended with interests so personal
as the convictions of its prey
are bought too cheaply.
A never fully understood process
a system either ambiguous
or full of darkness
yet commands dedication and loyalty
Far from being a lifestyle
a pretender; so hypocritical to spirituality
and a sworn enemy to freedom
appears as the light
but comes in a flash and leaves total darkness
its actual and true nature.
So well obeyed
and diligently served
powerful and mighty
as it is a master
in manipulating the mind.
It's cage is heavy
with thick Iron rods
very small and compressive
but having no lock,
want to come out? Simply open the door
and emancipate yourself.
You need not follow the doctrine of man
to be spiritual
a mortal guide is ideal
but finding your own understanding
is the most appropriate
or else, you'd be burnt
by the deadly flames of religion
NOTE: There is a huge difference between being spiritual and being religious. Even in Christianity, Jesus Christ condemned the pharisees and Sadducees over and over again.. Why? They were religious and not spiritual!

Prose Poetry
It's not like children wearing color glasses,
Or like the spectacles protecting our eyes;
Jaundiced eyes are Like carnivorous glances,
Everything seems like preys in many a guise.
Isn't every human a true image of God?
Am I to reduce or offend anyone?
Didn't Jesus love even those who were a fraud?
Sacrificed his life for every frail human?
The Sadducees and Pharisees with their jaundiced eyes,
Thought themselves, caretakers of the Judaism;
They found Jesus was a man with no bias,
Yet, they threw on him mountains of criticism.
Though my eyes are jaundiced by my upbringing,
I have the freedom to change my perspectives;
I need to feel the goodness in me springing,
And end all disdain and intolerances.
I am given this life as a gift herein,
Using it or misusing is my judgment;
I know that the fullness of my life therein,
Will be the outcome of my true commitment…
Let me hearken to the call of the Spirit,
Lovingly embrace each brother and sister;
Look at them with eyes with no bias inbuilt;
Just like looking through the eyes of God's glister.
“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life” (Proverbs 4:23)

Atheists,
nihilistic babies
weaned on void milk
They raised themselves not to partake
of any faith-altering substance —
God and religion
is hard liquor and hardcore ***********
to their pure humanist, temperance sensibility
They don’t believe in spiritual invisible things ...
yet, they can touch the unseen air they breath
The spirit of unbelief ... spirit of the Sadducees,
rest within the bosom of their dry souls
Breast fed on prayer emptiness,
so many miracles of God they dismiss with ease
On womb birthdays and tomb holidays,
they eat cheerfully the sumptuous Devil cake:
(a dark angelic spirit in whom they don’t believe exist,
of course, in the first place)
A pasty pastry which contain twin ingredients: malice and avarice —
hate and greed leaven mixed into the ugly bake
They take such preening pagan pride
in denouncing the very existence of God
But, in cremation ashes they can’t hide,
from the holy, divining Resurrection rod
When their atheist flesh and bones
get reconstructed from the urn grave
It will be too late
for them to wanna believe and be saved

Dramatic Verse
Modern day scoffers say,
only the strong will survive
That the weak will be eaten alive
Only T-Rex,
cold-blooded logic will thrive
The talking serpents e-vol hiss,
instincts of compassion and kindness won’t abide
Forgiveness is viewed as fleece clothing
to bear skins
sin cloaked in naked pride
Warmly showing forth utter soft, sheer love
will get an Abel body devoured by crocodile eyes
Whose gator jaws have teeth
sharp as knives
Carnivore minded thinkers believe those
with the most leopard spots
will claw ruthlessly
to the genome mountaintop
But, my bleating heart
was verily, second Adam told
this was not so
From the dawn mist of Eden’s birth,
the first paradise promise
spoke the Gospel truth —
That the meek will inherit the Earth
New Age Sadducees tout,
how the wolves were gonna turn
the Moon glow red
Make the ewe reflection of the sunlight
get darkened instead
Tho’ the Son still shine on the wolfsbane,
genetic scorners mock in vain ...
Derisively baring the fang,
spouting ebb-and-flow abysmal theories
Cloned Dolly insane
Boast howl those silver tongues
were green changing, cheatah fast,
the wavy blue to bright crimson
Like grisly paw mouths of the past
Raptor grip moneychangers
who prey devoured the pray fittest least —
Faith impoverished lost sheep,
who idol strayed
into the coin belly of the beast
But, my poor, bleating heart
was verily, verily, Lamb of God boldly Amen told:
The pyramid scheme/food chain feast,
to saber tooth prowl
evilly for eternity,
won’t ever Last Supper be Red Sea parted possible
Oh, my bleating heart
was verily, verily, double blessed told:
That the Resurrection Exodus was in the sheepfold
Good Shepherd voice activated, ready to go
Yes, my enriched, bleating heart
was surely comforted gently by buried wisdom gold
Three-day-old alabaster ointment
(that was dirt price sold)
caught the tiger by the evolutionary tale,
I was so graciously Only Begotten revival pulse told
Mercy green pastures of meek hope
wasn’t grazed for woolly naught
Ere crucifixion teardrop thought
got turned into a beautiful, Salvation pearl
When every saintly flock
closed eye awaken joyously,
(with bloodstain-free,
sin clean fleece,)
there will be no predators in the new world

Jesus came with a message of good news
calling all sinners to repentance
He spoke in parables so all understood
that all who rejected Him received His sentence
Jesus spoke with simplicity and authority
for He was God's son, heavenly sent
to lead the people to believe the gospel
for only then could they truly repent
The common people heard Him gladly
for Jesus spoke with real compassion
showing He loved them to the last
moving them by His fullest action
These people weren't like the Pharisees
or the Sadducees and rulers of the land
who thought they were above all others
in reality, were blindly and a lost band
The common people were so glad
to hear Jesus every blessed word
for it brought them life and hope
in their hearts were truly stirred
("And the common people heard him gladly.")

Upon that hill up yonder long ago,
Three men were hung for evils they had done.
But one of them had traveled to and fro.
And taught of Heaven’s gates, oh, holy one.
He healed the sick and brought the word of God.
But Sadducees, then, claimed he was a fraud.
In innocence he hung upon that tree.
That Holy One of Israel set men free.
Pure love was in his heart, no selfishness.
But evils of that day wrought their strong hand.
They hung the Son of God in sins’ caress.
Upon their quest for power fear did stand.
That Son of God and man did bear great pain.
Though all the days he lived in sins’ abstain.
Great strength and love; his death he did foretell.
He gave his life to save my soul from hell.
Oh, precious Jesus, Holy One of God.
In humbleness I ask with contrite heart,
Please take my faith and guide me; I am flawed.
I thank thee for the gift of each fresh start.
Perfection marks the way to God above.
No gratitude can equal thy great love.
Imperfect as I am, I come to thee.
Please cleanse my heart and set my spirit free.

at the end of the Sabbath day on the first day in the passion week
both Marys went to the sepulcher for Jesus' body they did seek
but before them stood an angel wearing raiment white as snow
he told them "fear not" as the one they seeked had to go
Jesus has arisen as He said He would
go to the disciples and tell them that they should
go to Galilee and on Jesus they should wait
go to Galilee and start spreading the faith
the Pharisees and Sadducees of Jesus they did fear
thinking like politicians, they plotted to remove Him away from here
they did not like His attitude nor would accept His beliefs
they treated Him worse that a murderer, worse than a common thief
they had Him abused, tortured and then crucified
they knew not what they were doing, they thought God would be on their sides
they refused to believe that He was God's earthly Son
they could not perceive that He was the Anointed One
who was sent as our appointed Savior
to cleanse us of our sinful behavior
yet He expired upon that wooden cross
and we have all suffered from that great loss
but Father God is a god of mercy and forgivingness
despite man's treatment of His son, to us He still does bless
so be mindful of the things in this world that you may or may not perceive
just discern with The Holy Spirit and in God just believe
