Premium MemberResounding Spring

Cool comforts from the moon shining in Spring
diverge from coming Summer's scorching sun.
Sweet honeysuckle lifts its trumpet string
to set swift tempo for the Springtime fun.

The peonies follow in their due time,
shout scented secrets to boisterous birds.
Hornets send buzzing timbre to sublime,
heights of rowdy rhythm in unspoken words.

Loud melodies of frogs bide time with drums
in gurgling creek beds or towering trees.
The bursting bomb of bleeding redbuds comes
to speckle color through sonorous breeze.

Spring buzzes, bleeds, gurgles, or bursts out loud
through its short months, the frenzied, shouting crowd.

Premium MemberA Resounding No

I wish I could ignore
The troubled world I see
I cannot take any more
Of all the controversy.

I feel helpless, useless and afraid.
What can I do to assist and aid?
The poor people who are stoic and brave
Who cannot ignore this horrendous war?

They have no choice but to soldier on
Even though their kith and kin are gone
Unnecessary heartbreaks, worries and woe
Can it be ignored? The answer is NO!

Premium MemberResounding Parade

early morning rain,
sound off insane...
  only rain,
a resounding parade,
frothing with power
for a few hours —
brought back the cold.
bleak sticks and gray stones,
wind and leafless trees again
colorless sky.
                   i may have to trade,
       once again,
thin shirt for warmer weather —
a sweatshirt or sweater.
  no snowmen
    smudging my window,
only twirling wet prints
of birds, foxes, umbrellas.

The Most Beautiful Sonnet

For every day the dawning sun does rise.
Births jubilation there before Thine eyes.
Brightly colored rays nobly to shed light.
Accents wondrous flawlessness in plain sight.

Sparked myriads of seeds on which life's drawn.
Brash rivers bear oath heirs ‘tis tryst of dawn.
Sways and swirls a choreographic dance.
ambient twirls perpetually by chance.

Flail on shores hence spawns of man and beast form.
Yea verily 'tis now yields earths new norm.
Winding winds elope Ye fair leaves of trees.
Rolling thunder cede fealty unto thee.

Esteemed Vox barrage of resounding ardor.
Grasp our lore of adoring loves of yore.

One Resounding Note

one resounding note can last a long long time
with a beauty of such , that is just pure divine
its pretty to write a song and could take you very far
but one resounding note doesn't even need a bar lol oh
a note so sweet,
a note of no defeat
a note of promise ,
a note that doesn't cheat
and pretend to be so flat,
and it never sounds sharp
but it doesn't miss a beat
how can one resounding note, ever miss a thing
and I wont let go of all the love it will bring
but best of all it doesn't have a start
and it doesn't have an end
and it drives away the demons of hell
and you know it doesn't bend
it doesn't take a break, and it doesn't need a clef
and it doesn't even stop when I take my last breath
one resounding note I love your beautiful sound
and in you all the beauty that I have truly found

Resounding

Distant hills echo

          transmitting sounds of nature

                              moonlight waves goodbye.

Resounding Reciprocity

your friends hardly recognize you
your vitiligo so effected your self esteem
we all got together to make a spotlight day for you
for once you cry happy tears when you tell us you feel beautiful
i then recite a poem for you while a crown is put on your head
you sit at the head of the royal table still in shock and disbelief
as i attempt to bow at your royal feet, you stop me halfway
you brush your lips against mine and tell me Love Is King and God Is Love today
you then take my hand and we go to our little secret place
here skin and looks do not matter....only friendship and admiration
you brush your lips against mine again and whisper a thank you in my ear
i tell you beauty is in the eyes of the beholder of friendship and doing unto others
it was our turn now to give a little something to you....to say....an exclamatory THANK YOU....

Abounding and Resounding

Abounding and Resounding

Ice and broken branches did fall down
Onto ground where grass is now brown
Sun came out and back to life will bring
What once had been dying and everything.

Spring soon will be here with life abounding
Gave God cheer which was really resounding
Thanked Him for life which would appear
And, again in winter, it will disappear.

Life is just like a continuous action
Giving your soul so much satisfaction
By God, all of it had been granted
Along with some seeds I had planted.
