so took for precaution a spoonful of medicine

As I travel on a path
Or drive upon the road,
Signs communicate to me
With their certain code.
They are there to stipulate
Wherever I may roam.
Directing me inside a zone...
Carrying me home.
On their walls, doors and gates...
Fences and their posts.
If safety was a said party,
Signs would play the hosts.
Dictating my pace of speed...
Displaying navigation.
Precautions there ensuring me
Towards my destination.
If it was not for the signs
Designed, then I would be
Without limits and likely lost
Within my life's journey.
Early morning break
Thunder and lightning so sharp
Must take extra care.
When we are ditched by some people
And if we have conveyed our sorrow
Never think that their joy we cripple
As their behavior was damn narrow
Again at any time they may topple
Our precaution must be thorough
In case we just forgive and forget
We undermine us and may regret
Within our control is life I now bet
Just carefully deal with this World
Test every relation by being smart
Unjust acts are done by being cold
Many souls inflict pain to our heart
All will cheat you if you are not bold
As a result your mirth will be short.

On Sunday, the sweet soft tone of the choir was muted
The church pews were brimming with dust
Ushers were unable to give directions
For even the congregation was stuck up in isolation
Preachers had to minister to the echo of their own voices
No trace of humanity has witnessed such a calamity
A pandemic with the propensity to spread faster than fake news
The entire globe is bleeding a single wound
We have to stay at home to avoid the blood stains
Meeting friends and family seem to be the good old days
The latest trend is keeping a distance and washing your hands
Who knows?
What's in the air or exactly how this thing spreads?
The beautiful feeling of just going out and getting fresh air
Now, it seems like a bad idea
This Plague, like a fiend, feeds the earth thousands of righteous victims every day
It's striking a newly sharpened double edged sword into the hearts of mortals
This is not just a virus, it's fear itself
Take precaution!
People are afraid of catching the Coronavirus, we've seen better days.
What we should do is to take precautions and it won't hurt to pray.
Regularly use an alcohol-based hand rub or water and soap.
People can avoid catching this virus, we shouldn't give up hope.
Stay at least three feet away from people who cough and sneeze.
If we avoid touching our mouths, eyes and noses, it can help to prevent us from catching this disease.
When I went to a Shell Station, the sales clerk was wearing a mask.
I knew it was to protect her from the virus, I didn't even have to ask.
It's a bad epidemic and it's hard for people to cope.
Pray and take precautions and never give up hope.
Precaution, VS Fear

Just from what i see and hear,
an overabundance of precaution.
Can often lead into fear,
and constant hand “washin.”
An Oval Precaution
Safety comes first when dealing with the oval
They are the shape of things to come
Which once was round before they found their way
Ovals start out as circles drawn upside down in lead
A thin line curved first between reality
Other objects follow them in calm accordance
Ovals are not born or hatched from eggs
Imagination welcomes those who wait
They have no eyes
But serve as examples of how to be
While coming into being from the source
Original in the course they take
To occupy a particular space when they are in it
When being formed they learn no boundaries
Roll oddly down the street
They could learn a thing or two from tires
Ovals never look both ways
(Having no eyes creates that quandary)
Beware of them
Take every precaution
Take an oval precaution if you can
