Today Was Cloudy

Today was cloudy,
Dark all day,
I wish I had hope,
Come what may,
I saw a homeless man,
And gave him a kind word,
His smile lifted me to flight like a bird,
A bird of flight who fears not night,
Who fears not fate,
Who fears not hate,
But I wish that he was warm inside,
With a woman who loved him like I love God,
And his plan to redeem the Sun and Moon,
I wish we had a better world coming soon,
Do we?
I’m just not sure,
But the sun still rises,
And babes are still true and pure,,
Today was cloudy,
Dark all day,
But clouds don’t last forever,
And neither does suffering,
Suffering is but a momentary eclipse on a sun shiny day,
And soon I’ll say I love you,
Valentine’s day is coming,
And I have no partner yet,
But I’m warm inside,
And that homeless man was freezing,
I wish he was warm inside with a woman who loves him like I love God,
Because in the end we all smile like that man smiled at me today,
In the end we all say I love,
And we mean it!

are taking away gay people's rights?

people still have to fight?

that Muslim woman a terrorist
All Lives Mattered until you lynched
that black man in your backyard sis
All Lives Mattered until you made fun
of slavery, genocide, the Holocaust
All Lives Mattered until you watched
that girl kill herself and have her dead
body be tossed
When you say All Lives Matter you mean
the whites ones mainly
You think your race is more superior but
we were all created equally
So next time when you say All Lives Matter
make sure you include everyone else
