God in-dwells all forms
Who are alive by His breath
God hurts Himself that we may help
Such are among our innumerable life tests
With which vibration do we here now resonate
Observe: are we ascending or descending
We have been provided an opportunity
To demonstrate our growth in love
We should be grateful
Are we?

Awareness, self-aware
Stupor would have us somnolent
Entrapped in ego snare
Desires driven away
Stillness shows us the way
Serene, through night and day
Heightened bliss quotient

Quietus
Time and fate are unpredictable as united in life they flow
Take the man and the woman in this story…lets go back an hour ago.
They had a pleasant morning…she had coffee…he…cocoa
as they talked and laughed together…only an hour ago.
When the policeman told him she was gone…he screamed…he hollered NO!
You must be mistaken, he cried…she was here an hour ago.
You must be confused…I’m sure…in fact…I know
you must have the wrong person…we were together an hour ago.
The policeman explained there was an accident…it happened in the snow
she died immediately, the doctor said…about an hour ago.
The policeman stood in silence…as the man swayed to and fro
Thinking how his life was different…only an hour ago.
The policeman’s seen it many times…he never gets use to it though…
How people wish their lives would return to where they were an hour ago…
He sees it on their faces…they instantly lose their glow
when they realize their life will never be the same as it was an hour ago…
It reminds us all to cherish every moment…because we truly never know
when our life will change forever…like theirs did…one hour ago.
Moment to Moment
Our feelings keep changing from moment to moment,
it’s something we both realize
One moment we’re hurt and next moment we’re happy,
and it’s always revealed in our eyes.
So much affects us in so many ways,
that play little notes in our soul
One moment we’re high, next moment we’re low,
from moment to moment we go.
Moment to moment we’re changing each time,
You have your moments and then I have mine.
Words can’t describe how I’m feeling inside,
as moment to moment, I am reading your mind.
Your smile makes me happy, your tears make me sorry,
I feel as you feel inside.
You have your moments and then I have mine,
our moments keep changing our lives.
I look very closely and let my self feel,
all that I see in your face.
As moment to moment we feed to our souls,
all that our feelings create.
Moment to moment we’re changing each time,
You have your moments and then I have mine.
Words can’t describe how I’m feeling inside,
as moment to moment I am reading your mind.

Moment to moment… and from breath to breath…
I decide which bills to pay from this second to the next.
This one today… that one comes next…
All waiting my next payday.... never to come…
Things aren’t the same… never will be again…
I sold the last of my jewelry to pay the last bill...
A garage sale gave nothing worthy again, still…
The days travel insistently around the clock
They are quick and fleeting and leave me behind.
My options diminish more daily
Tomorrow will bring more of the same.
No one is hiring unless you already have a job.
Two Thousand arrived for one janitor to hire.
Where is my white knight to scoop me upon his horse?
Where are the promises made to a child?
Where went my home with a white picket fence?
Where is my future I hoped to retire upon?
Where went my gifts for laughter and fun?
Where went the next Christmas for my son?
They are gone and moment-to-moment is all I can see…
Is there any one out there… who isn’t like me?
In honor of every man and woman... feeling lost, forgotten, and alone.
Moment to moment I'll remember to sing our song.
We won't go unheard... while I am around...
Sometimes I feel like
there is nobody
who understands me
and I am bound shut.
Then another
moment passes
while I see your
heart open up.
Moment to
moment time
passes by
and I
can be
Free.
