You knew me when the world was small,
Before I knew what love meant at all;
Through schoolyard laughter, years gone by,
You were the constant beneath my sky.
They paired our names in childish jest,
Unknowing fate had played its best.
And somewhere 'neath those youthful days,
Your name grew dear in quiet ways.
Then came October, soft and still,
When you confessed your heart's own will.
Four years we wandered, hand in hand,
Through distant roads and dreams unplanned.
But life, alas, grew stern with time,
And stole the sweetness from its prime.
I lost my way, I lost my light,
And held your memory through every night.
Now you call me friend—what bitter art,
To give a common name to a sacred heart.
How can I greet you as though we never knew,
When half my yesterdays belonged to you?
You say no second chance shall be,
Yet hope still keeps its vigil in me.
A wistful heart, though bruised by years,
Still finds your name among its tears.
Perhaps, when seasons turn and skies grow pale,
You'll find our old affection in the tale.
And if you return when all seems through,
I'll know, at once, the boy I knew.
Guardians of the Shrouded Palace pt1
Royal secrets loom throughout the palace when whispers echo the shadows of the past.
Where once illusions were constructed on the altar, veiled truth, their rituals and elegies in lament stain the Kapala (skull cup) and Kangling (thighbone trumpet).
Those who once invoked the silent deity summon the solar Goddess to return.
Demanding that supernatural entities serve as forbidden guardians.

Today we remember all of our lost, lost from war, lost by death, lost from our life by forces that are negative, making us lift prayers and love with remembrance.
Memorial Day 2026, we send you our love, we bow our heads and pray for all of our lost.
We miss all of them, we pray for all of them, we thank them for all of their service, making us have better days.
Memorial Day 2026, we place our American flag, with pride, with love, with all of the positive thoughts in our heart, we love and remember each moment past and present and into the future.
We thank God, for all of our blessings today, and in the past, and send our love forward to the future of all of our loves to remember.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
A sea of marble markers
In perfect rows and place
Adorn the sprawling green
Above each cherished face.
Beneath the graven tombstones
Are soldiers low and dear.
Void of breath, still, at peace
Full of honor, lost in tears.
No one will forget these lives
Though silent, markers speak.
White monuments still stand
Like glorious mountain peaks.
Trumpets blare their tributes clear
Through heaving, sobbing faces.
Salutes surround the site
Where loved ones kneel in places.
Their dear loss is not in vain
They bore great pain for us.
High is the soldier's worth
Come lift a grateful chorus.
Do not forget the ultimate sacrifices
of those lives lost to a cause.
It is incumbent upon us to
recognize their valor, so that we may succeed.
Tributes of parades, barbecues and holiday gatherings,
are not intended to blur or obfuscate the true meaning,
"Memorial Day"
Be thankful and appreciative, in remembrance,
of those known to us or not,
for what they have given!
He died on the field, to live in the heart,
Lifted are nations by heroes that fall;
Never we’ll know on which ground he took part;
But then, the truth is, he died on them all.
He held, on that day, “No evil shall pass!
No, not today, though I die at my post!”
Courage is not just a word by the crass,
But rises with flames, when duty calls most.
What shall we think of a life cut so short?
There once died a rose, that others might bloom;
What shall that death to the living report?
There once rose a call, that lives past the Tomb:
To face every danger, never to lag,
And to embody what’s meant by the flag.
We memorize a ton of things
Them phones, birthdays and deadline
Important something, so it clings
And daily chores of every kind
But there's a day we shouldn't miss
Amidst the life's intrepid fuss
We are around, think of this
Because someone protected us
He gave his life on a battlefield
We knew his name not, or deed
Yet, we as nation, must be kneeled
To soldier's memory indeed
Remember those served in wars
And place a flag in ground they rest
These fighters, gallant to the core
Gave all they had, they were the best
Time to observe Memorial Day
Stop for a moment, pay respect

of long days and sunny beams.
Of Picnics and barbeques,
and playing games of horseshoes.
New sprigs up from the ground,
will bring vibrant blooms all around.
Songbirds out singing their song,
serenading all season long.
Nature’s awakened by choice-
It's time to reset and rejoice!

The month of May,
holds many promises.
For mothers,
they have their very special day.
For the graduate,
a new life is emerging.
Memorial day,
a day to remember.
May a wonderful month,
before summer shows up.
Bugler and player of bagpipes
Continue. Stretching out
That now breathed to more than a stout
Minutes' honouration.
Soonest war, its great wound
Closes, opens again.
With no respite to the realm's pain.
Nor your own! Death appoints
By tomb, blue-faced, with sound annoints
To stand at attention.
The sounds of boots on the sands
Soles imprinted deep into posterity
Steady matching under the soft glow of hope
The gallant steps of the mighty men
I saw the weights tied around their waist
The stench of cold, ghastly death
The ears bleeding from the wails of the forgotten
The forgotten. Soles imprinted in the sands.
I looked again and I saw the eager
Soaring farther into the forlorn sky
I smiled as more men pass by
The mark of hope on their forehead.
Big numbers, birds and beasts see
Inside a circle so free
Great white with hush browns
Bricks of lightning strike
Ending a lunch break in hike
Napping horse, championing...
The random times of fun,
of which I cannot run.
The most beautiful joy,
That make the teachers annoy.
Eating lunch during class,
Breaking windows made of glass.
Careless of the school rules,
Roaming making the teachers fool.
Such of free person was I,
Thinking of it I wanna cry.
I am ransacking for those days,
No matter what may it pays.
Those days were much fine,
Because in the end they were mine.
