fairy fugue spectacular

We are dreams of God

images in space-time quarks

roles to play on stages

pulling curtains we haste

our costumes fall apart

Stitches were air Undone

                     ¥

Airy was the Fairy

her costume daisy hazy

with haste she closed cracked panes

unkempt garden her playground

time a sure illusion

Beds of acorns were just Too Hard

                    ¥

Too Hard wooden words Fell

illusions had to magnetise bells

she built a playground with swings

at dew panes she longingly waited

denim and leather costumed with glitter

She Sucked air sour and Sweet

                      ¥

Sweet was his thick mane of Hair

bare breasted he glittered seaweed waves

no longer could he contain himself

swinging from tree to tree a Tarzan to see

Bells were his Buddha gongs

Words fell onto her acorns fast as a Blast

                         ¥

Air sewed the stitches with Raindrops

making costumes with feathers and grass

windows had no curtains bamboo or chiffon

together their roles became missions

quarks forming ladybird and spider

God loved to Dream about Fairies

                         ¥

Dreaming HE pulled us Closer

spiders could no longer hide

insect and human roles merged

into Tower Moments windows shattered

feathers gleamed messages of Hope no dope

Stitching raindrops Two became One

to the Power of Zero

Premium Member Ode To the Night Sky

O, black and velvet cloak with silvered motes,
the Sun has gone and left you to preside
while sonorous Moon eloquently floats.

She hums her lullaby where moonbeams slide
and dance with starlight, there on heaven's stage,
where fragments of Infinity collide.

The incandescent Moon, softened and sage,
recites her part in melodies of light
while Stars, in harmony, blink through the age.

Your lavish play, on this October night,
where starry dust and moonlit shafts are cast,
shall rend the darkness luminous and bright.

A song of spangled Stars, for autumns past,
has offered up this spectacle of grace
that shimmers ever onward to the last.

O, hear the psalm of Moon and Stars that trace
the pathways of Eternity's embrace.

do not simply dawdle and diddle
for life may pass as a twinkle
hardly any time to drag and dawdle
in life, joy and sorrow may mix and mingle
before your powers diminish and dwindle,
enjoy it wilful as a child cheerily toying with shingles

for a change, play on the flute or fiddle
and on your toes, twirl and twiddle
or go for a walk with your funny, furry poodle
or write a peaceful placid idyll,
could even be a distrait doodle

life that is a tricky and ticklish riddle
is never a puddle for you to muddle
but is to clasp, caress and cuddle
let it ring with a jangle or jingle

even when you are sickeningly single
smile, showing your dented dimple
as stars in the sky wink, blink and twinkle

The Snake and the Charmer

He has made his own reed gourd pipe
To play on and allure his captive -
The stray serpent, in his basket inactive ,
And rendered a fangless, servile type .

Being a lazy sot, gets his drink
Displaying the hooded creature apt ;
And blows odd tunes with no tact ,
Nor ever allows the coil to jink .

Motley onlookers dole out a coin ;
They know not why : fear or taboo,
Or even feeling heavy with ado
And  he leaves , having drunkards to join ;

Loyal or helpless the selfless reptile
Ever returns to it's bamboo cell,
Despite the strain or a nearby dell ;
Thralldom corrodes the entity all the while.

the lost tribe

The Lost Tribe

Holocaust, this tragic word, millions of lives lost in its
name, and it has not ended. This time,
it is the
Palestinians who are victims of a people
who have learned only one lesson to survive
one has to be
and able to tell lies and
cynically play on Europe’s common guilt.
Hitler wasn’t able to remove the Jews; we Christians
wouldn’t let him.
The people of Israel have taken it upon themselves to
emulate their former tormentors,
will not be able to eradicate the Palestinians
we, the despised and cowardly Christians,
will not let them.
The raw disregard the Israelites show against their Semitic Brothers borders to self-hate; it will corrupt them, and they will sink into nihilism.
Dust upon dust, the story could have been so different hadn’t
they decided that kindness
was a hindrance when creating their tribal paradise.

Premium Member A Hero For You

If there's a chance,
Can we have this dance?

I will take a life's race,
will you come with me to face?

Tears flowered to my eyes,
save my soul,
will you do?

Don't tremble or fumble,
as I touch your lips
Yet express joy,
as I joke and play on gyst

Hero, that I want to be for you
Crashing all your hurts and pains

Be by your side, forever be
Vowing to be only yours,
Only yours...

But would you consider me?
Will you take me as well?

A lie
Never ever will you tell
"Only us", that you will swear?

Premium Member What I Know

John 10:28 KJV “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”

chosen for God’s purpose, I know
for every joy, each hope, I owe
the One who caused His gentle light
to shine through the stormiest night

anywhere His light shines its glow
chosen for God’s purpose, I know
there is love that’s there to guide me,
love that makes me fall to my knee

listen to Jesus’ still, small voice
His love will cause you to rejoice
chosen for God’s purpose, I know
His sweet song I’ll never outgrow

let this music play on and on
first told by the Baptist named John
came to save lowest of the low
chosen for God’s purpose, I know

Premium Member On the Field

There was a field behind my childhood home.
It was enormous and surrounded by
a tangled woods in which we used to roam.
We’d lay on grass and watch clouds in the sky
sometimes when we would play on summer days.
We called it “Ball park,” though it had no name
that I recall, and in my tomboy phase,
I loved to go there for a kickball game.
Like baseball was that game, but with no bat.
You’d kick the big ball rolled toward your foot,
then run the bases – as easy as that.
It was no time to be going barefoot!
But other times with bare feet we would run
beneath the sun on that field - having fun.

Island of Fantasy

On my island of fantasy
with me I'd bring,
my birthday suit.
To swin in.

I would have plants
from my garden
to reset in soil
rich in minerals.

Like the film Piano
with mother and child.
I would have mine
to play on.

Speaking of children,
I would bring my girls.
To keep me company.
Share my paradise.

Would I need a man Friday?
Like Robinson Crusoe?
I don't think so.
Unless he cooks.

Oh yes....books.
All the ones I've been
meaning to read.
But never did.

Who needs water
when one has wine?
Best bring along
my favourite vine.

Last but not least.
Music for my soul.
Once I have all these.
Never miss home.

What Matters Most

What Matters Most

Shadows linger in the living-room
It feels that something is watching over me
I like the way you make me smile...it wipes away the gloom
It sends those shadows far away at sea
Look around and you'll see
That you belong with me
Free your mind from rue
Potential is what I see in you

Ch: I just happened to bump into you - it was perfect like butter and toast
I had a temporary high and then, I greet grief...I know it's brief...
But, it makes me stop breathing and all hope seems to fade away like a ghost
Feeling dumb and wasting time...time that I should have used up for relief
Sounds like you focus too hard on worries than on what matters most
What matters most
What matters most is that you and I are meant to be together in unity

Smile, baby, smile for a little while now
You shine triumphantly somehow
Leaving so soon? No, I don't think so
So you say that you're going with the flow
Look around and you'll be
With me and all that's inside of me
This love in my heart beats on with unique passion constantly...rapidly...
It's like the dawn and the dusk colliding with each other in serenity

Ch

If I fall, would you be right next to me?
If I lose my grip, will you build me up? For I'm Mr. Lonely and you are something else I see
Would you catch me and pick me off my feet?
I noticed that you're as golden as wheat
If I hug you, would you accept my hugs?
I'm getting tired of throwing our uncertainties under dusty rugs

Chx2

Mirror my depression that traps me in gloom
It feels that I'm shielded by the strength of our vitality
Wrapped up in your clever play on words that drives away doom that leads us to our tomb
Your smile, though I don't see it, I feel it uplifting my spirits that were dampened by misery...
I'm closer to the finish line,
I can feel it just fine
Cure me from my disease of envy that's as bittersweet as red wine
Determined to overcome this for you alone...my brave love of mine
