What I Know

John 10:28 KJV “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”

chosen for God’s purpose, I know
for every joy, each hope, I owe
the One who caused His gentle light
to shine through the stormiest night

anywhere His light shines its glow
chosen for God’s purpose, I know
there is love that’s there to guide me,
love that makes me fall to my knee

listen to Jesus’ still, small voice
His love will cause you to rejoice
chosen for God’s purpose, I know
His sweet song I’ll never outgrow

let this music play on and on
first told by the Baptist named John
came to save lowest of the low
chosen for God’s purpose, I know
