Asper this instance,

Luna sings sweetly
when the sun goes down…

…and the stars light up against
the black velvet of the empyrean.

Others view Luna
with a judgemental frown…

…they approve only sunlight songs
in hues of yellow and tangerine.

When will we see with our hearts
and hear music with the love we hold there?

When will the ethereal light
of the moon on meadows here
 be thought as beautiful
as that glaring sun of theirs?

The moonlight is gentle,
it sings to us of lovers and lakes.

Of both beneath those graceful beams,
in a boat being rocked to sleep.

It softens her features,
giving much more than it takes.

Luna in the arms of another
in the moonlight on meadows and lakes…
 …Over what eternity keeps.

A Letter To God

I know you're always busy. You always say you have time for me. The way you handle all you do is hard for me to comprehend. I don't know what your plans are for me. I know what I hope for. You know what I hope for. Well , another year has passed and I am only getting older. The more time passes, the more my hope seems to fade as the eyes of age. As the sun seems to slowly travel across the path of my life the shadows grow longer in the mire. Shallow roots are balled as the palm trees sway in the torrent winds and rain. I firmly hold on waiting to be knocked over or plucked up and swept away. As the storms rage on, I hear your voice and strain to see you and the path you follow. I reach out waiting for you to grab my hand. The debris of past sorrows whipping by leave everlasting marks shame and disgust as others walk by unscathed whispering words of "unclean heathen"... They walk past hurrying to another path. Deeper and deeper I bury the pain. Still, in the quietness of my mind, I play the beginning of what I've learned and experienced. I've seen the love, protection and blessings. I've felt your arms about me. As tears well up and blur my eyes, I know you are there and that you care. Yet softly I weep. Knowing all is well I wonder how much longer must I endure. How much pain will this body carry before it falls to the ground burdened with lies, hatred... darkness... Slowly, quietly and barely seen, a small ray of light shines a path of meaningful hope...
I feel your love reaching toward me and I exhale a sigh of relief...

Scars

I can see the smiles all over your face and something is telling me that you have found a new date, what could be so revealing when a new year’s resolution throws you all over the place, you walk by in a hurry with a pleasing personality and there is something so different about you it is as if your long-awaited dreams have come through.

Your spirit is bold, your steps are firm, and you are ready to take on the world. I can’t tell if it’s real because I am viewing it from the side of my computer screen.

Some things look larger than life and what you see on the screen can be very deceiving. I can put on an eye glass on your face, and I can change the color of your race, I can make you look younger and make you look stronger with the technology in my fingers.

I can see your smile evoking pity with the divine and there is something different about you that cause everyone to click when you start a conversation, you have that mesmerizing voice, baked in the spirit of manipulation and if you asked for a wish, I would tell you that you already have it in your dish.

There is something that is different about you that cause me to think, It is the way you maneuver your body when you stand at the kitchen sink, the brief flash back moment you had holding the umbrella and standing next to the natural juice vendor at the street corner.

I kept seeing that image everyday with you holding the mug on the StreetSide and the rats running around in the bushes and the dogs barking in the streets. You can lip sing in South Africa and your voice can be heard all the way in America, you can shout from the back bushes with the same voice and the sound can come out from someone else’s mouth, let the ventriloquist tell you what it is all about, some voices are deceiving not everyone can sing the amazing grace hymn.

More than a century ago when civilization was just getting out, men of valor walked upon the face of the earth searching for an answer; they got it quite alright, but they had to put up a long vicious fight and then they walk around the bewildering town scattering garbage all around trampling the dignity of the city to the ground and the earth began to shake.

I can see the smile on your face, it’s as if you are holding up the entire human race; your heart is big, your spirit is bold but deep down the wounds are festering in your soul.

Turned on the TV to see what they'd say
There's crowds in the streets all around the UK
Shelves being ransacked at Tesco all day
It's happening too in the U S of A

My TV depicting an end, clearly near
With Donald Trump there and Brexit right here
Then back to the masses, although it’s unclear
Whether it's panic or madness or fear

They're showing us scenes of emptying shelves
With mobs going frantic, all out for themselves
TVs get lifted from where they were racked
It's easy to see that society's cracked

Hoarders are scooping up baked beans and bread
Brand names all gone, own label instead
'Food for my family', is what one said
'I've got to provide for fear they'd be dead’

Coffee and alcohol, biscuits and cakes
Sausages, burgers, bacon and steaks
Folk grab at board games with ladders and snakes
And luxury watches, both real ones and fakes

And now the news treats us to Donald Trump's face
He's saying he's set for a nuclear race
He's gonna build brick walls all over the place
Cos the US is full and there ain't no more space

So they're panicking far and they're panicking near
The whole of the western hemisphere
The Ruskies have nukes and they're all pointing here
It seems that the mobs are in justified fear

Then back to the markets and bustling streets
Shopping bags bulging with with copious eats
Vegetables, fruit and myriad meats
All crammed into car boots and on the back seats.

Now we view traffic jammed up standing still
Ambulance racing to someone who's I'll
Drivers attempting to show some goodwill
No room to maneuver for sirens so shrill

Then back to the clambering hands and shelves bare
Frantic swipes reach for the last items there
Desperate housewives pulling out hair
Their trollies still holding a square inch of air

As fighting breaks out in aisle number eight
Some fellow bought milk... An entire crate
But what made the other bloke really irate?
The last crate was taken by the first bloke's mate

I turn in shame from my TV
Can't bare to see the things I see
Where once we had humanity
This war has brought depravity

But as I turn, the room to leave
I hear the words I can't believe
Do my eyes and ears deceive?
This is not war... It's Christmas Eve

The crime families have met
It’s all been flogged and settled
The crime of all crimes
The crime of the masterminds

They have met with the hackers
And the behind the scene masters
The plot is in play
Let all the world fall prey

Bankers will fall
Poets will run over to the mall
With their two dollar money orders
All for fame and obvious fortune

Any fraudster knows
To bring all the gullible in to binge
The prize must be huge
Huge and as heavenly as sin

If you never have to pay
Make the prize a billion they say
In gold or in fools all told
Oh yes this tops even Thomas’s crown

Affairs and petulant airs
They love the sound of their own voices
Living in a world with few choices
For those still seeking fools gold

Anything they don’t understand
Must be evil
Burn those whom don’t adhere
To our negative trump like ears

These brilliant pyramid men
Have figured out the perfect scheme
Send me two dollars
The contest is different than it seems

If you cant tell a template from the evil gate
Or an amateur student like affair
You are as blind as the guard
In the museum of fraudulent despair

The super tramp of
Krispy Kreme
Has reported live
The crime of the century!

Poem of Late Thirty's

After ten years a night like this,
when I will be in my late thirty's;
with a healed heart and maintained smile,
I will be laughing at my youth's flaws undefined.
I will be laughing for rushing after those 'emotionally absents',
I will be laughing for wasting months and years over my imprudence.
I will be laughing for dedicating them saucy love poems.
Maybe I will be reading them aloud but I will not be feeling the same.
Those breathless nights will be gone.
I no longer be keen to do constant adorn.
Those traitors shall be anxious to get back me,
but I shall not feel the same pace of glee.
I shall be celebrating my birthday without mourn.
Because till then I shall admit this that 'Winners Stands Alone.'

Rainbow Mind

O’ rainbow, you’re no rain, no bow
But together rain and bow in hue
Seven colors side by side
Live a transient colorful life

The color of rain’s heart!
The color of bow’s heart!
O’ no shade is here,
No sky is there
With rain and bow together!

Merely over there a space is flying
Blueness in the heart of void is crying

I fly to that sky
But I do not find dye
Here is trap of my sight!
I fly to endless upper
But there is no trapper
Makes me reach the light

I fly and I find the rain
I fly, I find and I bow
All color I need to train
If I want to stay in row

This is row, row of God
In which lived greats a lot
To follow their belief and conscience
I make rainbow minds a dyeing sense

I fly and I touch cosmic dye
To leave transient rainbow eye
To the path of God I fly high
Cause this world is Satan’s spy

Premium Member Life Defined Within Time

Was I ever what I was before?
Is who I am now less or more?
There were times I thought I could fly
Yet because of fear I failed to try

Sure I can't do what I used to do
Limitations are many, quite a few
Still I remember me and you
We were so young, that is true

It seems age has caught up with us
We can't fight it, so why make a fuss
Thinking back, it all seemed so simple
Moving among the young and nimble

The many things that I liked best
I cherish them and forget the rest
Now we are older, wiser and blessed
I believe we are more, not truly less

Our lives are not over, there is more to give
Sometimes being older teaches us to live
So try looking into these mischievous old eyes
There is a young heart, masked within the wise
age
